I appreciate having the same crew for our weekly cleaning. They consistantly do a great job. Our service rep, Ryan Urbano, has been very helpful and responsive to any request/issues that I have. As the office manager I truly appreciate having one less thing to worry about!

I had a pipe burst during one of the cold Seattle winters and had water leaking on my new luxury vinyl flooring.. it was also during a cold weather warning where barely any companies would come out. I called Citywide and the president of Citywide himself sent out a sub contractor to fix our water issue! I appreciate yall so much!!!!! Great customer service and outstanding reliability!

I regret to say that my experience with CityWide has been very disappointing. Despite having a clear and detailed statement of work outlining the cleaning tasks, the company consistently failed to meet these expectations.

On multiple occasions, I found areas that were supposed to be cleaned left untouched. Dust was accumulating on surfaces, floors were not properly mopped, and the bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned. It was evident that corners were being cut and the level of attention to detail promised was not delivered.

Additionally, communication with the company was frustrating. My concerns were either dismissed or not addressed in a timely manner. This lack of responsiveness and accountability added to the overall dissatisfaction with the service.

I chose CityWide based on their reputation and the promises made during the initial consultation, but unfortunately, they did not live up to those expectations. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

Our church uses City Wide for janitorial services. We got a lot of nooks and crannies in our building, and they are proficient in cleaning all of them. There is great communication between the cleaning team and our staff. The Facility Solution Managers are prompt in responding to communications, think outside of the box, and come check in regularly - which we appreciate. We highly recommend City Wide for your janitorial needs.
