We had an incredible experience with Kai & James! They were absolute experts—professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. They left the job site clean and pristine, and our gutters look beautiful. I signed up for Ned Steven's Platinum service. They called me and told me a section of my gutters needed replacing. I agreed to have them replace them. They came out and took my gutters off and left. They then called and said they couldn't install the new gutters and it was my problem now due to issues they couldn't control. I'm stuck in winter with no gutters and a gutter service company that can't service gutters. Be careful when considering using Ned Stevens. You're on your own.

[Updated] To clarify my review. I actually connect with the company many times. Everyone assured me, quite politely how sorry they were as I was working to cancel my account. While I do appreciate the politeness, sorry doesn't fix the problem. Another gutter service company will have to do that.

[Update #2] I wanted to provide a final update to say that the company very promptly refunded the money for the gutter replacement they were not able to complete, without me needed to specifically ask for it or even mentioning it. This is very much appreciated and high integrity.

I am very happy with the quality of service provided by the technicians that arrived at my home. Exactly on time, neat and clean, appropriate safety equipment and equipment necessary to perform the work was well maintained and new. Daniel and Franco were very polite and listened carefully about my concerns and expectations. All debri was removed and areas hosed off and swept leaving a very clean finished product.
I am very happy to have acted on a tip from my neighbor to use Ned’s and will continue in the future.
Hopefully Daniel and Frank will perform the work again next year!

They were able to schedule us in even during the season of heavy rain and heavier leaves. They provided competitive prices, comparable to the prices we got a couple years ago from other gutter people. We were helped by Kevin and Davy, who worked for three hours in the rain and hauled away 9 bags of leaves from the gutters. Respectful. Kind. Even helped shore up a gutter that was coming loose due to wind chucking a branch at our house. For a once-a-year, end-of-the-leaf-season visit, I think the price is perfectly reasonable and remarkably painless.

Edit: We had a great follow up with their roof repair team who helped replace the damaged gutters. Kai and James, we loved your work and you had great energy! I hope this company treats you guys well because these guys are QUALITY.

This company is a total scam. I had stopped my service because I was unhappy with their ability to complete a job properly. They would send not the appropriate number of staff or equipment to complete the service at our house that is very tall. We had to have them come back many times and still couldn't complete the job. I subsequently called to cancel the service back in 2023. I ended up having the Gutter Guard company, who installed the gutters, come to do it properly. They subsequently continued charging me once every December. Since then, I have sold my house and they just charged me for a cleaning this year. When I called to inquire about the charge, the customer service rep, who was defensive from the beginning, said no we have you listed as once a year service. Why would I have continued a service that doesn't even get the job done. When I said the last invoice I have from y'all is from 2 years ago, his response was well you probably deleted the email. When I said maybe the company should change the policy, where they notify the customer before coming out, his response was we don't do that. We have been a very successful company for 16+ years. If you want good quality care and great customer service, this is not the company for you.

My gutters were over flowing at my home and Gustavo came to my house today and was so friendly and he took the time to explain what my issues were and what he did to fix them. After he finished cleaning everything out the gutters look brand new again. He also cleaned up all the debris off the ground that came out of the gutters. 5 star service would recommend for anyone needing their gutters cleaned!

Gustavo was extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to find a suitable solution for my gutters. He was so positive and professional. It’s refreshing to experience first-rate customer care these days! I highly recommend.

I was very disappointed with my experience with Ned’s Home / Lincoln Gutters, especially given their strong reputation and long time in business.

My business is located in a historic mansion on a steep street with approximately 30-foot roofs. When I initially scheduled the appointment, I made a point to disclose this information, as I know not all companies can handle that type of work. The agent I spoke with looked up the building on Google Maps and confirmed it would not be a problem.

I also explained that we had an active leak in an upstairs unit and needed service as soon as possible. I was advised to book next-day emergency service, which included an additional $100 fee. I followed that recommendation and scheduled the appointment.

The crew arrived the next day as scheduled and remained on site for about 20 minutes. While they were sitting in their truck outside my office, I received a text stating they had “come across an issue,” would not be completing the job, and would return the following day. No one came inside to speak with me or ask questions before leaving.

I called the office and was told they needed different equipment and would return the next day, which seemed reasonable. However, the following day I received no confirmation or communication, so I called again to verify the rescheduled emergency appointment. At that point, I was told, “we aren’t coming back out.”

After pressing for details, I was informed that the crew decided the job was “too dangerous” because their 40-foot ladder was allegedly not sufficient. While I can understand safety concerns, I cannot understand why this decision was never communicated to me. Had I not proactively called, I would have been completely ghosted — despite paying for emergency service and dealing with an active leak at my business.

To make matters more confusing, I later received another call from the company saying they were contacting me because I was still on the schedule. During that call, the representative again confirmed they would not be returning and mentioned that the crew had taken photos to document the issue. This was the first time photos were mentioned. When I requested them, they were emailed to me and showed the ladder reaching the upper gutters on the side of the building just fine.

If access issues existed elsewhere on the building, they were never discussed with me. We have a large flat roof at the rear that could have been used for access, but no one asked questions or explored alternatives. There was simply no communication.

I’m grateful I was diligent enough to follow up repeatedly, but that should not be required — especially when running a business with an urgent maintenance issue. This experience was disorganized, confusing, and unprofessional. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.

My compost bin had gotten so nasty I was scared to touch it. I plan to continue to use this service as needed! At $100, it’s kind of pricey if you just pay for the one-time service. It’s a much better deal if you get the quarterly service. But there was no way in heck I was gonna try to clean that thing myself so in that sense, $100 was well worth it for me! I don’t know if it’s necessary to do it quarterly? But I don’t know, I’m really enjoying this sparkling clean bin that smells nice too. I may be back sooner than I anticipate.

I don’t know how Instagram knew I was looking for someone to clean my trash bins. But we all knows by now that our phones reads our minds lol.
Anyway I saw their ad and I was like there is nothing to lose so let me try them. Am I glad I did this? You bet 👍 I am super happy I have found them. My trash bins looks brand new and they smell so good as well. I signed up with to get my trash bins cleaned 4 times a year. If I need to get them cleaned sooner then I will change it to different option. The gentleman over the phone was so professional and helpful as I had hard time figuring out how to sign up and he went step by step with me over the phone. The gentleman who showed up to clean my bins was super professional as well and did amazing job cleaning four bins in good amount of time. He went through each one of them twice. I am so thankful I found you guys!

We signed up online. It was super easy. The day of our trash pickup, Orca texted to remind us to leave the cans out. They were so smelly in the summer heat that I couldn’t get close to them without gagging. Now they smell like lemons & are sparkly clean. We will definitely keep using their services. Hopefully next time we’re home to watch, because their trucks look pretty cool.

Yay!! Clean bins! I was telling my husband that i really needed our bins cleaned as they smelled rancid. Next thing I know I see an ad for Orca bin wash! They were fast and efficient! They found our condo complex and bins no problem. My garage smells so much better now that I have squeaky clean bins!

Impeccable service and communication. I will definitely continue using Orca. My truck-obsessed toddler is a fan as well and has been watching the camera footage of the guy cleaning our bins over and over. He keeps saying "he's a good boy" - so thank you to whomever cleaned our bins! Every member of the house approved!

We have cats, and even double-bagging the litter doesn't prevent our garbage bin from stinking. Add in the recent strike action and summer heat, and the smell was overwhelming. Another friend had signed up for Orca Bin Wash and liked it, so I had to try it. Our first service was 8/28/25 after our biweekly food/yard waste pickup, and I am amazed. The stink is gone, the service was quick and easy, communication was totally awesome. So glad this service exists!

Orca bin wash did an amazing job cleaning our bins. I couldn’t be happier with the service, communication, and overall job that they did. I’m so glad I signed up for the reoccurring service. We will no longer have nasty, disgusting bins!

Amazing service! Paid online, had a quick phone call about scheduling, they sent reminder texts day before/scheduled date and no contact was needed day of. Perfection. Garbage cans have never been cleaner. Will be a returning customer!

Great service, the bins are super clean and smell fresh! I have been putting this off for months, glad I finally hired it out because it was totally worth it. I would recommend this company and plan to use then again in the future.
