I recently had Ned Stevens Gutters come out to my home to add flashing from my roof to my gutters. Although my initial experience wasn’t ideal due to the flashing not looking visually appealing. I spoke with the worker who immediately put me on the phone with his manager. I have to say that Gustavo, the manager, really made things right. After expressing my concerns, Gustavo stepped in and took control of the situation. He was extremely personable, professional, and committed to making sure everything was resolved. He didn’t just address the issues—I could tell he genuinely cared about delivering the best possible solution. He tackled a nearly impossible job with skill and creativity, finding the perfect fix. Gustavo went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the result. If you’re looking for a reliable and dedicated team, Ned Stevens Gutters is definitely worth considering!

Had normal scheduled fall gutter cleaning but wanted to send a note of thanks to the guys for clearing my driveway of leaves and placing them in a recycle bag for disposal.. I greatly appreciate that extra service

I used this company once for a gutter cleaning (they did a fine job). About two years later I called them for a quote on a job and decided to not go any further than that. Ever since they CONSTANTLY email,call,send letters to me despite me blocking them. This company is the Comcast of gutter cleaning

The workers showed up as planned, although we weren't home they rang the doorbell and left a door hanger indicating service complete. After cleaning all the gutters they cleared my yard of all leaf debris. Very professional and respectful of property.

I used this service for gutter cleaning- the job was done efficiently and all debris was removed from my property. I would have liked to speak with the guys that completed the service but they were in and out so quickly. I would/ will hire Ned’s again.

Gutter cleaning always done on scheduled date. There always seems to be small debris left on roof top but maybe I just expected it to be spotless.
Window cleaning with soft bristle brush is ok, I prefer to have windows cleaned with soapy sponge and squeegee wiped.

Extremely fast and reliable service for a great price. Gustavo, Eudin and the team were able to identify some issues and work through them all on the same day of install! I can't imagine a better gutter installer and servicer in the greater Puget Sound area.

The two that came were very well equipped (all had safety harnesses, etc.) to clean the gutters), pressure wash the gutters, and haul away the debris.

After multiple calls of trying to get my gutters cleaned and being told that I was setup for next available. I waited 3.5 weekS and they never cleaned my gutters. I would never go back or recommend them.

The two workers arrived on perfect timing and did an amazing job. Shaqis has amazing communication skills, I asked if he could take a before and after picture as I am not able to get on the roof to see for myself and I was extremely pleased with the results! He even showed and explained other problems I didn’t know I had with my gutters and roof, I will definitely be booking with this team again soon for these issues!

They always come on the schedule time they do their job and consistent. They clean my roof they clean my gutters. What can I say? They’re pretty good.

Terrible customer service and scheduling. Never show up when they say they will. They installed new gutters 2 years ago. When they finally came out to clean them this summer they told me the gutter pitch was off and needed to be corrected. They've been cleaning them for over a year and either the pitch has been fine or they never noticed it. I called and told Neds THEY installed the gutters last year and if the pitch was off it was their fault. They agreed and said they would be out within a month to fix them. They never showed up. I called again and they guaranteed they were coming within the next 3 days. That was two weeks ago. I'm done. I question if the pitch is really off. Avoid this company at all costs.

Excellent pricing, many color options. Met all agreements for arrival times. Nice crew. Completed work beautifully & on time.

This is the second time I’ve used Neds for gutter cleaning and moss removal. They did a great job both times. This year there was no moss to remove. I had the gutters cleaned and I got the same gentleman from last year Mr. Shaquis Evans very professional and love his attitude to get the work done. I will be using Neds from now on and hopefully will see Mr.Evans and his team again thank you for your hard work and amazing communication!

No waiting for someone to show up with a sales pitch, they did it over the phone. Came out, knocked it out and done. And actually a very good price. Really good job also. I don't do reviews, they were worth doing a review.

I had used their services in 2025. I don't remember signing up for an annual service.

In 2026, they came to my house, cleaned the dyrer vent and charged me for it. This happened while we were out of town. No prior communication was sent by them.

They did such a great job! Very thorough and efficient use of their time, so polite and respectful. I think they went above and beyond with their work.

The technicians did a great job on cleaning my gutters. They were very polite. The price was also very reasonable.

I had a repair and a cleaning from Ned’s crew and they did an excellent job. They fixed all the loose nails and straps, cleaned out the gunk and checked everything over. Highly recommend
