I am the Facilities Maintenance Director for a number of condos here in Seattle. Kelly, from Malone’s Landscaping, came out to one of my properties and did a fantastic job of upgrading our sprinkler system because we had multiple issues. He got everything up and running and tested each phone to make sure they were working properly. I appreciate his hard work to make sure that our whole system was functioning correctly

Mark came out, gave me an estimate to power wash a clogged, mossy freestanding 6 ft. Fountain. Came back and did a wonderful, awesome cleaning & leveling job and recommended Algaway - to help prevent the algae growth.
Price was competitive.
I'll refer them & use them again in the future.

I’ve been a Malone’s Landscaping customer since 2008, when they transformed my backyard with patios, a waterfall, plantings, irrigation, and lighting—the full works. Seventeen years later, it still looks just as beautiful, which says a lot about the quality of their design and craftsmanship.
Around 2014, we brought them back for a front yard project that included a gorgeous stone wall, garden beds, and irrigation. Once again, the result was stunning. Now, in 2025, we’ve added even more outdoor lighting—tree uplights and additional pathway lights—and Malone’s delivered the same outstanding service as always.
For this latest project, Vincent’s initial visit to the careful installation and fine-tuning, everything was handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and grace. I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. If you’re considering any outdoor work—landscaping, hardscapes, lighting, or irrigation—I highly recommend Malone’s Landscaping. They are true professionals who take pride in every project.

Malone's completed a major yard renovation for us and we couldn't be happier. They communicated well. We spent over 6 months working with their architects to get the design we wanted. They did a nice job of holding our hand and being patient while we worked together on the design. The construction process was professional and as represented. Yes we had some change orders. We added some lighting and a water feature towards the end of the project. The project manager, Jeff, was great. He was a calm problem solver. The crew chief, Elias, was fantastic. Those guys worked incredibly hard. They aren't cheap, but they do very, very good work.

Malone's helped us solve a complex issue on time and under budget. Our aging low-voltage lines were blocked with tree roots and we could not pull our new fiber optic lines. Malone's was able to locate and clear the blocked areas, perform the repairs, and did so quickly and effectively. This was a two-day job, most of which was in monsoon-type rain. We are truly grateful for their support, professionalism, and efficiency, and especially for their great crew, Emilio C., Juan G., Eric B., and Jose C..

Malone was a DR Horton contractor. They were used to fix the pitch of my land. However, they did not fix the sod that was pulled out, and when they tried, they over watered the grass and left me with $1000 water bill and dead sod. I was told they would be responsible for the sod they put down after renovating the land. They never came back again to resod, and the stuff they put down had weeds. So my landscaping sucks. I’d never use them. I finally just told DR Horton to put seed down but they even missed some of the places they were told to seed.

Jiaqi and his crew do a fantastic job! I’m very happy to hire him again for ongoing maintenance of my yard. He made the entire process too easy.

I can't believe I haven't written a review yet, Ideal Touch Landscaping is the best!! These guys are GREAT!! We've had them do our landscaping for the last 4 years and everything always looks amazing. They are quick to respond, have fair prices, do great work and are very nice!! Definitely call them, you won't regret it.

Our concrete back patio was full of cracks, had water accumulating in puddles close to the house, and had a broken drain system that did nothing about the water but did serve as a tripping hazard 🤦🏻‍♂️ These folks walked us through some options (plain concrete, stamped concrete, pavers), physically brought us some samples to look at and touch, and then worked very fast to not only completely redo the back patio itself but improve the drainage of the whole house by connecting all the gutters to a fancy French drain.

We initially hired Ideal Touch Landscaping to trim and replant some our hedges after some damage from the last snow storm. After the great work they did, we inquired about sprinkler installation for our front and backyard. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they had great communication through the entire process. Setting proper expectations and over delivering. I would recommend them to anyone!
