Eduardo and his crew arrived earlier than expected and after we agreed on a price they got right to work. They completed the repair I needed in an hour and filled the hole back in like it never happened. I will definitely call Precision Waterscape again when I need sprinkler system work.

We employed Eduardo and Precision Waterscapes to install a new sprinkler system in our front and rear yards. When Eduardo came to our home to bid the job, he explained fully what would be involved and included added options for us to consider such as wi-fi control. After discussing his bid and the options, we decided to skip the options. Eduardo provided us with a more competitive bid. We also asked that he use Schedule 40 pipe for the system as that is more resistant to breaking. He readily agreed for a small additional charge. The work was completed in the planned 4 days and our yard was left in almost perfect condition as the crew to great care to not damage our lawn or plants. At the completion of the work, Eduardo explained how to use the sprinkler control box. We highly recommend Precision Waterscapes for your next irrigation project or water feature installation.

Eduardo and his team gave me a very reasonable quote for the scope of work. They started within a few days and finished in the time they said they would. They installed a complete four zone sprinkler system on our large terraced yard. We have had no issues and are looking forward to having them back to add more sprinklers to the front yard.

I had 2 appointments with Ed. Ed did not show up in the 1st appointment. When I called him, he re-scheduled another appointment. Again Ed did not show up in the 2nd appointment, either. Both times, he did not show up and never called me to let me know know. It messed up my schedule and I lost my work time because of that. This is very UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL and UNTRUSTWORTHY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this service to anyone.

I found another great service to get the job done at half the price Ed had quoted me.

Oh my gosh! Jacob was fantastic! I called this company and they came out the very next day. Jacob was extremely professional. Originally, I thought I needed just two sprinkler heads moved, but he ended up having to move others too and fixed some broken pipes. While the work was much more than anticipated, Jacob stayed until it was done and ensured I was satisfied with the placement and work. He completed all the work in just a few hours. The price was more than reasonable for the amount of work and they were speedy too! I may plan to expand my sprinkler system and I will definitely be calling this company.

Precision Waterscapes gave me the best quote for installing the sprinkler. They were prompt and did an excellent job. A few months after Installing the sprinkler, the pipe broke as we removed a tree. Eduardo fixed it for free even though it was not their problem. Eduardo is very prompt, easy to work with. Overall went above and beyond my expectation.

We had them install a brand new sprinkler system. We lived it! It took them 1 day to install and it works great! We have ability to program start times with an app on our phone. They were very quick and nice. Just had them back to winterize our system and again very fast and professional. Thank you!! Would highly recommend!

Ed and his team from Precision Waterscapes were fantastic. They installed sprinklers and drip lines in our residential Tacoma backyard. They did amazing work. We used Precision Waterscapes to winterize our irrigation system last fall and Eduardo was speedy, professional and taught us plenty of new things about our system.

Now that spring is here we knew we had a few system repairs to do in order to get everything ready for the upcoming season. This time they sent a new technician, Jacob. He was awesome and did an amazing job. He troubleshot and fixed a number of things on the spot and super fast. Replaced and repaired several nozzles, capped a ruptured hose and re-routed a sprinkler. Smart, capable, friendly, knowledgeable, hard working, courteous. Really great.

Pricing was fair and worth every penny.

Eduardo and his team did an excellent job. Eduardo is extremely responsive and provided an estimate for our irrigation system design and installation project within a couple of days. They were able to start work quickly. They were on time, professional, performed the work on schedule, and cleaned up after themselves. They were also flexible with the unexpected due to other concurrent projects. We will definitely keep using them for ongoing system maintenance.

Eduardo came out and replaced a really bad copper pipe that was leaking and added a brand new shutoff valve. He was highly knowledgeable, friendly, knew what he was doing, and had all the right equipment! Highly recommend!

Ed and his team installed sprinkler system and landscape lighting in our backyard. They did a good job with the installation of the sprinkler system 5/5 on that and when we had an issue with lawn coverage they fixed it. With the landscape lighting the installers didn't seem that familiar with instlallation, we had to step in many times to breakdown instructions for his team when he was not present.

Main reason for low rating is that post install customer support is non existent. I was supposed to get a complimentary winterization for the year. Even after reaching out multiple times on different channels, there is no response. They promised a 2 year warranty, but I doubt I will get any support as they don't respond.

I had been recommended by a neighbor to use them, and I do not regret it. I wanted my driveway done in concrete, but Ed gave me a better suggestion (a paver driveway), and I could not be happier with the results. The price didn't break the bank as I would have thought!

The folks at Precision Hardscape have always done a great job for me. They answer their phone, show up on time or early, and have affordable pricing!
