Molly maid does a really good job. These are good people. im glad to have them. I have so many issues that cleaning isnt always on the top of my list but molly maid removes that burden from me, I appreciate you guys. Thank you

I always look forward to coming home to my sparkling clean house when Molly Maid has been here. They clean everything, floor to ceiling in every room! I’ve hired independent cleaners in the past. They ask, “what do you want me to do today?” Molly does it ALL every time!! And they really do an excellent job… my house shines 🥰

The two ladies spent a total of three hours at my home and did a thorough cleaning. I feel comfortable moving into my new home with such great relief that I know it is very clean. I enjoyed listening to their chatter. I'm not fluent in Spanish but the tone of the conversation was pleasant. I would hire from this company again if I need the extra help.

I recently hired Molly Maid for move-in cleaning services, and they exceeded all my expectations! The team arrived on time, fully equipped, and ready to tackle every corner of the space.

Molly Maid's customer service representatives responded promptly to my inquiries, and scheduling an appointment was efficient and straightforward. My request was for bathroom cleaning only, with a quoted rate of $138 per hour for two cleaning professionals. While the cleaning team arrived an hour behind schedule, they commenced cleaning immediately upon arrival. The cleaning was performed to a high standard, exceeding expectations.

One star was removed for the lateness. I will use their services again.

This week I had a new team. Team 27 came to clean my apartment home. The two ladies that cleaned my home was Candy and Maria. They were very professional, polite, considerate. I was very pleased with their outstanding work!

I'm extremely disappointed in Molly Maids. I've used them before and it was great. I made an appointment over a month ago to have my home cleaned today. They verified that they would arrive around 9:30 am. By 10 am I called to ask for an ETA. I was advised that the team that was supposed to go to my home went to another home. Then she advised she would send a second time and they would arrive by 10:42 am. They never showed up and the supervisor is now ignoring my calls. I left my home to continue with my day. I called them from my husband's phone and she answered lol. I cancelled my cleaning. The team showed up at 11:20. I will never use them again and will make sure I inform others to do the same.

I am incredibly disappointed with the online scheduling tool. They said they don't accurately reflect their availability online. Why bother with the online scheduling then? My first time trying to get a consult for a client's home, they called an hour before to try and reschedule, we said no we would like to keep the original time, and they said they "may or may not be there" and would call back. They did not show and did not call back. That was about 3 weeks ago and they still have not called back. For some reason, after that experience, I decided to give them a second shot with my own home. They again called to try to reschedule my booked time, I reiterated that they said they were available at the time I selected, and they told me they post those times but often they aren't actually available. I have made accommodations to my work schedule to be available for this consultation and now they are trying to reschedule last minute. This is not a good first, or second impression.

We use Molly Maid for our bathrooms and kitchen bi-weekly. Works out great to have that lift off our plate. Always polite, on time, well done work.

The lovely ladies who did my move-out clean were sweet, friendly, and left my house looking spotless and brand new! They worked incredibly hard and smiled throughout, even though they had to be exhausted the end of the day! I would hire them again in an instant…great work ethic, great attitude, and amazing results!!

Super great! Today, after the cleaning, my house looks like a new construction!

Have had Molly Maid for more than a year and am very pleased with my cleaning team. They complete the cleaning tasks and my home sparkles when they have been here. Nothing like coming home from work on a Friday (that is the day we schedule) opening the door to their sparkle and the freshness of a home ready for the weekend!

Service: 3/5 – The cabinets or balcony were not cleaned as promised.

Communication: 2/5 – Scheduling was easy for near next day service. Kip was actually very great to communicate with. But I was misinformed or communication fell through. The cleaning team did not inform me that they would be arriving outside the scheduled time window. (Doesn’t seem like a big deal but I WFM). They also refused to clean a section of the home that I had confirmed twice with sales. When they left, they simply said “bye” from the door without checking-in to ask if I needed additional cleaning. This was also promised by Sales. I reached out to client services, and their response was to offer same-day cleaning, but with an additional charge.

I should have supported a local business.

I’ve been using this cleaning service for a while now and couldn’t be happier. My team 26 is always punctual, professional, and incredibly detailed. They consistently go above and beyond—every corner is spotless, and my home always feels fresh and tidy after they leave. Their reliability and attention to detail give me such peace of mind. I requested a deep clean from Molly Maids, and they went above and beyond what I was expecting! The estimate covered dusting and wipe down of all surfaces, vacuuming and mopping, and full bathroom service. The cleaners left every inch of my house glowing, including my toaster oven, 120 year old piano, and my shower looks brand new despite our mineral rich water. With friendly service, speed and excellence, I highly recommend Molly Maids.

The ladies that come in to do my once a month cleaning doing an outstanding job. I have hardwood cherry floors that can be very particular and they are always gleaming when they are done. They even vacuumed the upholstery on the furniture to make sure that they’re getting all dust.

Had a one time cleaning for an event. The job was very well done but it was very expensive compared to the prices that I have been paying in the past for regular cleaning (about 4 x the price). I am assuming this was because it was a deep clean - but I will find out soon as I asked for an estimate for regular cleaning.

Hired for a one time clean (my in laws are coming, and I was feeling a bit embarrassed). They were very thorough in the quote. When these amazing women arrived they were a bit earlier than planned, but they were off to work so fast! They realized the quoted time wouldn't allow them to do all the things on their list (like I said, I was embarrassed because it's 7 years of living here, unable to do detail cleaning), so the office called me to discuss and approve the extra time, with a revised quote. I was so impressed with how beautiful a job they did and their communication. I'm literally trying to figure out now how to budget for routine cleans because of how nice my house is!

It is wonderful to come home after a long day at work to my home sparkling clean and fresh. They also pay attention to details that let me know I am not just another customer to them. They put clean sheets on our beds and they are made up as in a 5 star hotel.I highly recommend Molly Maid
