Highly recommend that you NOT do business with them. Windows, carpet, and home were done very poorly. They came back - home was OK the second time, windows were still very bad, and carpet was awful! Stay away...

Great on the phone customer service. I was overall impressed with the service. Two items on the check off list were not done, but no one is perfect :) That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

Two ladies who came to do our house did a fabulous job of cleaning our house thoroughly. We couldn't be happier with the result and definitely recommend to others.

The ladies worked hard to clean my condo. They did even more than I had hoped that they could accomplish in the time that they were here. Since it was a Groupon voucher, I was not sure whether or not they would give it their all, but they certainly did. I am extremely impressed.

My girlfriend recommended 12 Clean to me a couple months ago and I've found for the most part that their prices are affordable and they usually do a great job cleaning my home. We've had them out 5 times since Fall of 2015 (once every three weeks) and they usually do everything we expect them to. I think the only thing we've noticed cleaning wise is that occasionally there are some issues with dusting. There are some areas we'll find that doesn't look like it's been dusted correctly after they leave. I haven't voiced that complaint as of yet but it's only happened 2/5 times so far. I likely will bring it up if it continues to be an issue.

Another item is that when I signed up for a contract with the company, I had been informed by the person in charge of the initial cleaning that every 4th cleaning would be free once the contract started. Supposedly, based on my last email conversation with the company, this was a miscommunication. Instead it is in fact that only the 4th cleaning in your contract is free. So it's a one time deal per contract. If I had known this, my husband and I probably would have opted for cleanings every 4 weeks instead of 3 which amounts to 13 versus 18 cleanings a year. Especially since our home doesn't get very messy.

In contacting customer service about this, the supervisor only allowed them to provide me with a free oven or fridge cleaning for the misunderstanding. This is rather disappointing since I went into the contract with the expectation that I'd receive at least 4 free cleanings during my 1 year contract.

On and another thing, even when my 4th cleaning came, I was charged for it. So make sure to keep an eye out and notify customer service after your 4th cleaning if you were charged (if the special applies to you). As it's clear they aren't quite on the ball with that promised free cleaning.

Having rental properties im very familar with cleaning companys and expected performance on.a move out cleaning. I hired 12clean because my normal company was not available. What a mistake! I paid for whole house cleaning. 79 checklist and confirmed day before after receiving an email about additional hrs for purchased. I did not purchase set amount of hrs, but a move out cleaning approx 470.00 . I was assured house would ve cleaned for new New tenants moving in the next day. Well they called because thier were tools on bedroom floor which had new carpet n they wiuld not be cleaning anyway. The jest was more money or a,preclean. 3600 ft house the only floors to clean a bonus for them bathrooms n kitchen/living room. The other 2000 ft they didnt need to do. Of course when they bid it they did not know they didnt have to do it.
Bottom line half my house,was cleaned n the 2nd cl cane to sell me more time. Said it was exsessive dirty because water stains in toilet that u use pumice stone to clean , consider that excessive. Their cleaners even said it wasnt excessive but the boss said it must be our they would be done. Never have I had such a poor experince. The women.are great, get paid pennys , another reason not to use this company. Stay away from this company they have have done this to others. . He may promise a clean.in.the future but he certainly wasn't going to finish the job today. while the ladys sat in car waiting to be told what to do.
I think selling more time is thier normal mode of operation.

Terrible customer service by tommy. Was accused of being a racist when I inquired if their employees were working legally, then banned from future service. Talk about a hit dog hollering.
Cleaning left much to be desired, I.e. toothbrush holders and soap dispensers not wiped down.
Different cleaners for each appointment. It would be nice to know when they are sending MEN to do the cleaning as I am usually home alone. Also, arrival window is too broad- 4 hours of waiting is unacceptable. I would not recommend.

Horrible cleaning job. Only Half of the house was "cleaned" by two people in 3 hrs. My house is only about 1200sq ft. They wanted to charge more to clean the remaining two bedrooms. I have three bedrooms.

They did not scrub bathtubs or they don't know how to clean a bathtub.
They did not clean bathroom floors.
They did not sweep properly.
They did not sweep behind the doors.
They did not mop the floors.

I'm going back to Molly Maid.

Also, I walked in to the house about half hour after the arrival ETA to be met with two very surly and unfriendly women who looked completely miserable. So I just left again.

Do not hire this company!
After showing up late, I left the two cleaners to do their jobs. 90 minutes into the job, I received a call indicating they could not finish the refrigerator in time and would need to charge me another $40. I said that I had paid for 5.5 hours of cleaning and with two cleaners, they have about 1.25 hours left. She said, Oh, right, okay. End of conversation…What I did not know is that they would skimp in other areas.
1) Cobwebs left behind and was clearly checked off on the inspection sheet left behind.
2) Bathroom floor was left dirty.
3) Microwave was not wiped out.
4) Oh, and much more but you get the idea.
I sent the company pictures, I received a call from a male employee who had zero desire to make things right, instead he simply made excuses and kept interrupting me. I asked him, “I’m coming to you with a complaint, did you just call me to make excuses? Are you interested in making this right?”
To which he interrupted in a very huffy tone, “Well, are you going to listen to me?”
The answer was no, and I ended the call. There are a lot of options for house cleaning available in Seattle, I am surprised by a business model that does not value customer service. Offer me a coupon, offer me an apology, offer me anything! But do NOT demand your customers listen to your bullshit.

Having had less than stellar experiences with several other local cleaners, I was pleasantly surprised by 12clean. Two ladies showed up to clean our home, and had little time for the usual (painful) banter I'd experienced with other cleaners as they actually came TO CLEAN MY HOUSE. After quickly walking the spaces and hearing areas I would like them to focus on they made quick, vigorous and detailed work of all our dusty nooks and crannies. You could probably find a less expensive cleaning service, but not a better value for your dollar. If you want hard-working, detail oriented and professional cleaners, call these guys. Your shiny & sparkly dust-free house will thank you.

I really like their organizational system and how they have great communication with phone calls and emails. Always reliable and professional, but also not so big that they aren't personal. In addition to cleaning our own home I refer them to clients in real estate who are selling their homes and their move out cleanings are so convenient.

Absolutely horrible company. We called them up to schedule an appointment for the next day and gave them a 5 hour open window to come in, and they never showed up. We tried calling them and went straight to voice mail, until 20 minutes after the window was up they finally picked up and said they "forgot to schedule us". My mom scheduled this service for my SO and I so she waited at our new house for them, the entire time they were supposed to be there.

The girl finally arrived after about an hour or two, and cleaned for 4 hours. We paid for 6 hours. She looked us in the eyes and told us that another girl would come in 15 minutes to do the rest of the time, and left. Needless to say, no one showed up. We tried calling the company but no one picked up.

During this visit, the cleaning wasn't good. A lot of gritty residue was left all over the bathtubs and sinks. They skipped cleaning the microwave and oven. Plus a random person came in for a couple minutes, then left?

We told the company and they sent two more people to redo the next day (because redos can only be scheduled within 24 hours) and they did another poor job with the tubs, skipping the microwave and oven again. They left after almost an hour. And I'm not even kidding when I say they left an actual TORTILLA SHELL on my kitchen floor, as well as sticky residue on the tub. The manager is also rude and careless, so don't expect to get much help over the phone.

BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. This is a cleaning service that will attempt to extort money from you and charge your credit card without approval. Read their HORRIBLE Yelp reviews! Do not provide them with keys to your house.
The cleaning was mediocre and they took 7.5 hours to clean 1500 sqft. They didn't clean my toilet, my stairs weren't cleaned, they didn't dust the floorboards as they indicated on their 49 point check list. The cleaners were supposed to show up between 8-12, they showed up 30+ minutes after their 4 hour window expired. They didn't call to inform me when they would arrive until after the 4 hours expired.
Tommy the administrator of this establishment is unethical and will charge you for services not request or explicitly declined. I called and informed him at the time of service that I did not want to receive or pay for any additional cleaning beyond the 5.5 hours I purchased initially. I was then charged for extra cleaning that was not approved. I contact him after being charged to request a refund he then became aggressive and could not prove proof that these services were requested. He called me a liar and would not refund the erroneous charges. He told me that he has a recording where I approved additional cleaning and when I requested that he provide me with this recording he attempted to extort an additional $5 from me simply to send me a recording that doesn't exist.

Buyer beware don't use this service unless you want to be fraudulently charged.

I have had 12clean clean my house and my AirBnb for a year and they are fantastic. I usually need to change the work order a little and they do exactly what needs to be done. Last time I had Sandra and she was great. I have not had a bad experience. I have had several other cleaners that I liked, but I forgot to get their names.

I absolutely loved the ladies. Not only did they do a wonderful and amazing job on my house...but I called 12clean after they left and gave them a glowing review. I even asked that I keep the same women bi-weekly. The women were easy to get a long with and if I could afford it...they'd be here everyday :) Have recommended 12clean to a friend and will recommend in the future as well as present. Thank You 12clean!!
