The ladies from cottage care have been helping me keep a large home clean for three years and have never disappointed. Their method is thorough, and demeanor pleasant. I would recommend this franchise to anyone desiring an efficient, affordable cleaning service !!

1st visit was okay, 2nd time I called to set up an appointment, Carol, who was very friendly set up our cleaning for the following week but told me to text Sean on Monday to confirm pricing. I text and called Sean several times and no response. I then called the cottage care cleaning and they again directed me to him. So I figured our appointment must still be on since we did set it up. Day of appointment shows up and no one calls, no one shows. I would’ve appreciated a courtesy call. Would not recommend this company.

Alysha was here today. It was her first time here and very friendly. She did a very good job in cleaning the kitchen, bathroom and living room around our two Scottish Terriers. Thank you very much!!

Iris did a great job cleaning and organizing and helping put stuff away and without being asked. Most cleaners just wipe around stiff but she actually lifted and moved things to wipe and clean under. So great. What a help!!!

I am very particular and love an immaculately clean home. Alexandra is the absolute best! She is on time, friendly, and thorough. Alex leaves my home spotless every time she cleans!

We've had Cottage Care cleaning our house for a few years now. It's so wonderful to come home to a clean house! They've been here consistently and I appreciate their services.

A couple of things - first, thank you so much for surprising me with Joli! I was beyond overjoyed when she showed up this morning. My house is immaculate right now. She really does an amazing job. Please, do whatever is in your power to keep her. She is truly a gem.

Which brings me to my second comment - I just finish work and went to my bedroom only to find something shiny on the bed. I had to look twice because I couldn’t believe what I was looking at. I don’t know where Joli found it, but she found my little bracelet that has little angel wings that my sister bought for me when our Mom passed away two years ago. I wore it everyday until about six months ago when I thought I lost it at work. After I lost it, I retraced my drive the following day. I parked in the same parking lots to look around. I thought I lost it forever…until Joli found it and placed it on the bed! I’m in tears of joy right now. She really is amazing 💖

I have been using Cottage Care for years. They are very attentive and always on time. Very good with communication always a phone call to let me know they will be there or if there is a problem. I have a huge house they do a great job. Thanks to all the cottage care staff! You are awesome!

The young lady did an awesome job! This was the first time for my mom to use a cleaning service and she was hesitant. However, when she walked in and saw the sparkling kitchen floor and counters she was impressed. The 4 star is because the gal was 45 min. later than expected and we had scheduled appointments to coincide with the cleaning time. The actual cleaning job was excellent.

Cottage Care has been providing cleaning services for me for at least 15 years, even after I moved out of their regular service area. They have done special projects (fridge, windows, pre and post move in, etc.) as well. They are efficient and cost effective, very pleasant to work with, and very security conscious. I'm very happy to continue service with them as long as possible~!

Cottage care is awesome. Scheduling staff is helpful and responsive, and Monica comes to clean every other week. My house looks great, and she is so nice! Totally worth the money.

I've been using Cottage Care for over a year - nothing calms me more than walking through the house after it's been cleaned. Dahlia does an amazing job - she goes beyond just the basics. My floors, furniture, fixtures - all look fantastic after her visit. Couldn't be more happy!

Used CottageCare for the first time last week. She did a good job; I don't have any complaints about the service. She was about 30 minutes later than I was expecting, but I assume there was traffic. I got confirmation and reminder emails, which was also great (and very professional). Sean, who will manage the monthly visits (and I assume is the local supervisor/manager/coordinator?) called after my first visit to ensure I was happy with service and talk about getting a schedule set up since I had indicated that I wanted more than one-time cleaning. Couldn't be happier with everyone I've talked to at CottageCare.

My only 'con' would be that getting pricing seemed a little nickel-and-dime since they go through everything you want done, what rooms, etc. I'm sure it's partly that I've been using the same service for years and they just do the whole house and that's what I'm used to now. CottageCare does estimates for you over the phone, so they don't have any idea if your house is a hot mess or what.

I'll update this review later if my opinion changes.

I have hired multiple home cleaning services, and CottageCare has the most friendly, reliable, and affordable service of all. On the one occasion over the past 3 years that the service was not exemplary, the manager has responded to my call within an hour and arranged a repeat cleaning. Love these guys.

Brooke at Cottage Care does a great job cleaning my home. I love coming home after work on cleaning days! She does a beautiful job and my home is so much more organized! So thankful for her work!

Carianne cleaned for us yesterday and did a fantastic job. She didn't miss a thing. She did a "walkthru" with me prior to starting to ask if there was anything I wanted her to concentrate on. We will be very pleased to have her back. I also appreciated the followup call from Sean to ensure we were satisfied.
