We used cottage care as a back up to our normal house cleaner. She did a great job. She was friendly, arrived on time, was extremely thorough and did things that hadn't been done in a very long time. I appreciated her detailed work and thurough cleaning very much. If I ever needed back up cleaning again, i would call again and specifically request her based on her availability. I was that happy!

Alejandra, Julissa and Iris are miracle workers! They got our tubs/showers/sinks/toilets the cleanest they’ve been since they were brand new. We’ve had many professional cleaners over the years, and these ladies did a far better job than any of the previous cleaners. Their attention to detail is second to none, and we are so excited to have found them!

We started using Cottage Care in 2008 until we moved to eastern WA in 2012. They were amazing back then. We recently moved back to western WA, so we called them up and they are cleaning our house again. Vanessa does such a thorough job and we are truly grateful! Her attention to detail is unsurpassed and we look forward to coming home to a clean house. Cottage Care is very reliable and they always add a personal touch when cleaning. Thank you!

Vanessa is friendly, energetic and a WONDERFUL house cleaner. She is professional and hard working and I cannot imagine anyone else coming in to clean my home. If it were possible to give more than a 5 star rating she would be on TOP. Cottage Care is so very lucky to have her! We've been so satisfied with their services. We had a baby recently, and we needed help with everything. Everyone who's come to clean has been so lovely and the house is sparkling when they leave. I've never had any issues or complaints. I recommend them to every new mom I know in the area. If i could give 10 stars I would.

It's incredibly nice to have a caring and consistent staff the whole time! (I used other cleaning services in the past and they had high turnover rates, no one seemed to know us or the house.)

Cottage Care is a caring, responsible company and a pleasure to interact with. I've always had Sean as my account Manager. Lori calls with reminders and handles all the scheduling.

Nicest of all is Rosa, who is the cleaner who has been taking care of my home. She's been the primary house cleaner for us for years now. She knows our place very well and how we'd like to prioritize things. She really does an excellent job.

We have three cats, including one who is very opinionated. When we've had other service folks tend to the house, the cats often are agitated and unhappy. When Rosa comes to clean, the cats remain mellow and calm (even with all the vacuuming!).

I strongly recommend this company and Rosa in particular.

I just started using Cottage Care’s services and I am very impressed so far. It’s wonderful to have Sean as a point of contact for scheduling and questions. Monica did our first cleaning and did a fantastic job! The house looked amazing and we were very happy.

Kendra is amazing! The whole process from the estimate to having our first clean and every clean after has been amazing. Sean the owner is amazing at being flexible with scheduling and has made this an enjoyable service for my family.

I was a former user of Cottage Care and remembered the good service they provided. Recently I had a need for help in cleaning and I went back to Cottage Care. Kayla was the lady who was sent to do general cleaning and clean my refrigerator. Kayla did an excellent job. She was quick but thorough. I was so pleased with her work I have asked for Kayla to be a regular helper.

Very glad we discovered CottageCare and especially happy after Kendra came and helped put our house in order a few days ago. She did a fantastic job and going forward we will definitely schedule her to come back frequently!

I have been using Cottage Care for about a month now and have been really pleased with the service. Gabbie does an amazing job! As a single guy living by myself, it is really nice having a baseline of cleanliness and order in the house. I enjoy the freedom of having guests over whenever I want because I don't have to worry about the state of my home.

My wife & I needed our house cleaned for an upcoming family visit and we called Cottage Care after having no luck with several other cleaning companies. I really liked how open they were about pricing and their cleaning philosophies (no harsh chemicals in their cleaning!) and how they didn't lock you into a contract. The cleaner arrived and was so nice and respectful (both with me being there while she cleaned and with wearing a mask, I am still COVID-cautious). After a couple hours cleaning by herself she called in her supervisor (our house is pretty big for one person to clean!) and they both rocked it. SO impressed with how well they cleaned and how nice they were! Thank you, Ashley & Alicia, and I'll definitely be using this company again for cleaning needs.

I have had my house cleaned for many years and by far CottageCare was the best experience ever! Rosa showed up on time and went to work. She made my house spotless. It was refreshing to come home to a clean house! The communication from beginning to end was great! I can't recommend CottageCare Cleaning enough.

Cottage Care service from apt process to service completion is red carpet! Our cleaning representative ROSA arrived promptly verified service request and pleasantly continued with no interruption (Our cats tried) lol.

End result is better than anticipated, our home is cleaner than expected including a new fresh scent. Promptly my husband and I agreed to schedule monthly visits.

We just love it when Ashley Loy comes to clean. Not only is my house clean Ashley always comes with a smile on her face and a hug and a kiss for my dogs! She does an excellent job and we are so glad to have her

We have a very busy family and we are in and out of our house constantly. I suffer from severe dust mite allergies and was exhausted dealing with the symptoms of it each day. This combined with our chaotic schedule made the problem worse because I couldn't keep up with the cleaning, dusting and vacuuming. We've only had professional housecleaning done once a couple years ago and I was disappointed with the result. But, my health was demanding the extra help. I saw the positive reviews for Cottage Care and decided to book. Julie was outstanding! She was kind, and incredibly thorough. My house was sparkling and smelled amazing by the time she left. She worked so hard you would've thought it was her own home. And what a gift it was to this mom, because my symptoms are healing and my energy is back. I feel able to stay a bit more on top of things, and it was Julie resetting our home that made it possible. I will call no one else when I need this again! Such a great experience. So thankful!

We were looking for a reliable company to come clean our house every other week. We tried a few, and then a friend recommended CottageCare Seattle. We decided to give it a try.
We weren't looking only for the cleaning part. We were looking for someone who will do a great job, for a reasonable price. We looked for someone with whom we will be able to communicate easily, express our needs, and provide feedback if need be.
We were fortunate to get Sam, who always comes on time, with a good demeanor, and provides a consistent level of care for our house.
We always get an email the day before cleaning to remind us that Sam will be coming the next day. Payment is easy, using our choice of payment, with no need for cash at all.
All in all, we feel that CottageCare is the place to care for our family needs when it comes to cleaning our house.
Lastly, Sean is very responsive, he answers all emails and texts pretty quickly, so we are always aware of what's coming up.

I'm a solo parent and have been using Cottage Care every other week for the last several months to help with the kitchen and bathrooms. Iris has been wonderful, super friendly and efficient, and she leaves the place looking tidy and beautiful every time (and we have a lot of clutter to deal with). The company has been easy to work with and offers a competitive rate, we were even able to get an extra room cleaned each week for the price they quoted. Would definitely recommend!
