The technician did a great job cleaning my roof, had a lot of moss. He also cleaned my exterior windows. Professional and friendly.

My experience with Experienced Roof and Gutters was good from the start with the sales team to the technician. They were all happy, friendly, and good at what they did. Zach the technician did an excellent job.
It seems this company must be good to work for to have employees consistently working as though they enjoyed their jobs. Also the pricing was competitive and fair.

We had Experienced Roof & Gutter Cleaning out to soft wash a cedar shake rough cut roof. It was VERY challenging to find a company to clean our roof, and most of the other quotes were wildly high in comparison. This company was very easy to work with and didn’t try to upsell me. Pricing was incredibly fair, especially compared with others. And that may make you think it isn’t the same high quality - but that would be incorrect. This company is professional, flexible to your schedule, every employee who came out was friendly, and they did a great job cleaning the roof and gutters. They are a bit slower to respond, but their work makes up for it. Local, family owned. Brennan was new on the job (but not new to roofs) and was super friendly, explained everything, and even gave some suggestions for improving other areas of the house. I would hire them again.

On January 18, 2026, Nathan started to clean the 2nd floor & 1st floor gutters in front of the house then cleaned up the driveway. He was unable to finish the back of the house because it was getting dark. He came back on January 20, 2026 and completed spraying with bleach chemical moss treatment for the back of the house roof, gutter & cleanup of the backyard patio & deck. The bleach chemical has chlorine-like strong smell which can have long-term side effects on human lungs like pulmonary edema, bronchitis which are particularly dangerous for individuals with asthma, emphysema or chronic lung disease.
I received the before & after photos they promised with my approved work order when Greg the Estimator came over last Thursday & assured me a free visit after 6 months to make sure all moss are gone. He was flexible and gave me options with listed prices for all their services. I selected the bleach chemical treatment for the roof, gutter & dryer vent clean up with a roto-router brush.
Great back office staff like Monica who answers the phone, Sam who helped me with the link for on-line payment & David the business owner who listened that I was concerned about the winter temperature 32°F at night may cause problem with the water pipes since they use 2 outdoor faucets to spray the moss & other organic matter with their chemical treatment.
My suggestions for improvement would be that the moss that dropped from the roof & gutters would be picked up & placed on a plastic trash bag so they won't grow on sod grass where they were dumped. Second, it would be prudent to use zinc powder like Moss Out from Home Depot or Lowe's because some households may have folks with lung disease.
In summary, I would recommend this business for their organization & many services for homeowners.

Stone was on time, gave out detailed informations on each service needed and very professional. He checked everything i needed to do to my roof and windows and also told me if I needed that service or not. He got the drone out to check areas we couldn’t see. Replied to all my text Messages at any time, even off work. Thank you so much stone!

I had such a great experience with this company! Brennan and his coworker did an amazing job cleaning my roof and gutters. Not only did they take care of everything thoroughly, but they also went the extra mile—blowing away debris and leaves from in front of my garage, around my neighbor’s car, and even into the yard where debris had fallen. Their attention to detail, hard work, and professionalism really stood out.

Both of them were incredibly hardworking and kind throughout the process, which made it a pleasure having them here. And I can’t forget to mention David, the owner—he’s super nice, always working hard himself, and very responsive whenever I had questions.

Overall, an extraordinary team! I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Experienced Roof and Gutter Cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning our roof, gutters, and driveway. JJ came out and gave us a fair estimate. He was very professional and friendly. I can't say enough great things about Zach, the technician who completed the job. He was very nice and did such a thorough and wonderful job! I will recommend this company in the future!

I don’t have photos yet. But JJ did a great job giving us a reasonable bid for the services we needed. Then on the day of service, Asher and team completed the work in one day. They went above the scope of the agreed services and knocked out problem areas we didn’t even anticipate. Thank you team! We will refer you to everyone and invite you back annually for preventive items such as dryer vent cleaning and such.

My service was easy to schedule, quickly done, and well-executed. I worked with Matthew as my estimator and Ash (Asher? Maybe) as my technician. Both were highly professional and good to work with. I will refer friends here.

The technician Jacob was thoroughly professional and efficient and did a great job. The roof is clear of moss for the first time ever the house and siding looks phenomenal after being cleaned and I can see out of my windows again. I highly recommend Experienced Roof And Gutter as a great value for the money and they do a great job for half what I was quoted from another company.

Great experience! Mateo came out the same day I called, explained the services thoroughly, and managed to schedule us for the next day. Blake and Andre did the soft wash roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, and outside window cleaning of both house and detached garage. They communicated as they worked to ensure I was aware of their progress. They did a great job and from start to finish and the customer service was excellent. I will definitely refer my family and friends to this business and will call them back for any further services we may need. Really appreciated their professionalism. Thanks!

I hired them for a roof cleaning/moss treatment and moss removal from my shed roof. The crew was on time, professional, communicated well, and finished quickly. The work itself looked solid and the price felt fair.

The only issue was the initial cleanup. They left a lot of moss/debris on the fence, in the gravel strip, and on the ground, which was disappointing.

That said, they responded immediately, came back the next day, and cleaned it up properly. I appreciate how quickly they owned it and fixed it. Based on the quality of the work and the way they handled the follow-up, I’d use them again.

12/24/25 Update: Changing my 3 star to 5 star. Owner (David) reached out on several occasions to address and correct problems. They truly care about customer satisfaction. Will be doing business with them again in future. Thanks David!

Initially reached out to them for dryer vent cleaning quote (ended up using another vendor) but they offered quote on moss cleaning on roof-- which I appreciated the quote and photos. Reading almost perfect reviews, I went ahead to schedule.
-PROS
-Price was competitive and fair
-Very responsive in my questions and was able to get us on the schedule quickly

-CONS
-I hired them for 2 properties and they left a massive mess on the back patio and front sidewalks. Also, they didn't mention (I also didn't ask) the cleaning chemicals will spill into tenant's garden bed.
-I requested hydro jet cleaning on pipes and they responded "oh we forgot to do it" at one of the properties
-We got a message from technician PRIOR to work even started, asking for a Google review.
-Another message asking if I can ask tenants if they left their tools on site

Not sure if they are contracting labor out to 3rd parties as I wouldn't expect this level of service as a 4.9 Google rated company. I know good labor is hard to find nowadays-- in hindsight, I could've asked better questions regarding moss cleaning-- do they remove moss from roof and transfer to sidewalk? Or if they will do cleanup on the ground.

We used Experienced Roof and Gutter last week to clean our roof and windows. It was a very mixed experience, and we will probably go with someone else in the future.

Brian, the estimator, was great and communicative. He did take longer to give me an unsolicited bid on gutter covers, which was slightly annoying but not totally unexpected.

They were able to move us up on their schedule, which was a plus, but the actual experience was less than ideal. The technician, Jacob, was very pleasant and communicated clearly. However, in the process, he dragged his equipment through our garden bed and destroyed a plant we had been working on establishing for over a year. He was apologetic, which I appreciate, but unfortunately, as you can see in the picture, there was nothing to be done at that point. In addition, and this one is on me, upon further inspection around the house, it seems like there's plenty of small deposits of debris they left piled up in places and there was a window they did not clean that I specifically pointed out to Brian.

All this to say, they were fast and communicative, but we were let down by the quality and care, and we will try a different company next time.

Greg gave me a very fair estimate for roof cleaning and treatment, and he was pleasant and professional. Nathan was also great! He did the cleaning and roof treatment. A hard worker, thorough, and im very pleased with the result! I will use them again.

I just met with JJ yesterday from Experienced Roof & Gutter. He was exceptional! He explained each service that the company offers and why they are important to a homeowner. Pricing was very clear and the discount tiers for multiple services made my decisions easy. JJ helped me come up with a plan to fully address the gutter situation at my home (think overflowing with leaves and needles from the neighbors trees and too high for me to be comfortable trying to tackle it myself). JJ talked me through the different types of gutter guards out there on the market and the benefits and drawbacks of each. He got me a great deal on gutter guards so that all those leaves stay out of my gutters! I can’t wait to see the results!
Ultimately, I decided to do a soft wash roof cleaning, moss removal, moss treatment, gutter cleaning, cleaning of the outside surfaces of the gutters, hydrojetting of the downspouts, and pressure washing of my driveway. That last one is just a little treat for me (yes, that’s how you know you’re an adult). My service appointment is just two days away. Can’t wait to see the glow up of my house.

The looks of the cleaned roof brought immediate positive reactions frrom the neighbors, and from us! I believe this good cleaning added years to the life expectancy of our roof. :)
