Absolutely horrible service. No follow up on service calls, exceptionally rude Owner, hard to get a word in as you get the company line about delays, etc. Rather than listen to the customer, the owner suggested that they not contact us at all about our concerns. Yeah that's a great business model. Good Riddance.

I don’t know how they have the stars they do, disrespectful to say the least. I have complained to have them stop shooting dirt into my window, covering our patio in dirt and everything else that’s on the ground all over my furniture. It doesn’t get any better. I would run from these people and do it yourself. You’ll be much happier

Driver of their van cut off a semi and nearly ran me off the road jumping in to the exit going from I90 to Hwy 18 at the very last second. I left a voicemail and have the license plate number and description of the driver.

Considering this isn't the first complaint posted on here about your drivers you might want to take a good hard look at who you're trusting your company to.

They first observed our land in detail and further did amazing artistic landscaping planning for it. Their bulldozers and other machinery were modern and very helpful. Our place looks so stunning after they finished. Few of our friends are already considering to hire this company after watching our place.

Ryan and his team have been amazing to work with the last few years. They genuinely care about their clients and it shows in the quality of their work, communication, and also how they give back to the community with donations and volunteering to help make a difference.

Beware !! Not fair I’m business practices. Had Malone’s put in our new landscaping. Unfortunately, they did not prep the soil they laid down and it was most likely not sterilized soil. We told them many, many times we were doing this so as not to have so many weeds. A week later, the place was popping with weeds. In three weeks it was excessive. We paid &62,000. Had a balance of $2000. Owner would not budge on reducing that at all and has now threatened to put a lien on our house. For $2000. We have two landscapers say this was incorrect. Now we are looking at $5000 to have this corrected.
Additionally, they installed and activated a new sprinkler section. The control box for all the sprinklers is now flooded. Have left three voicemails. No response.
Be Careful ! Customer Service does not exist here.

Unprofessional drivers, they are an extreme safety hazard with no regard for the community around them. On multiple occasions I have been forced to slam on the brakes or swerve to avoid collisions with their trucks due to their failure to stop at stop signs. I hope the owner reevaluates who they have representing the company in public.
