I’m staring at my backyard as I write this and I’m still in awe! The concrete part of our project was an absolute nightmare- but shortages, covid, subcontractors… it happens. Malones as a whole was great! Worth every penny that we saved for our project! We live in a smaller neighborhood and trying to figure out what works and how to make our yard feel and look how we wanted with a pool/hot tub was not an easy task. Jeremiah was the absolute best! Talk about detail oriented, always answered messages, came when he didn’t need to, just to make sure things were to our standards! The design, the turf, the swimspa, the deck, everything combined we could not have been more happy with the outcome! Jake- was great also! The deck and yard crew were also the best! So friendly, professional, and despite giving them a few heart attacks when I didn’t see them outside and I let the dogs out (still feel bad) they were always there working so hard and efficiently! Very impressed with the outcome! Highly recommend!

I strongly disagree with the response from the owner. They offered a one time clean-up, but weeds will come back time and time again, so now we pay a gardener who is fantastic. THEY DID NOT offer any other kind of customer service to resolve this problem. The workers were all very nice, and did their best. But the owner is a very unprofessional, unpleasant person and conversations with her make it clear money is what's important to her. Not her customers or the service. Unpleasant from the get go and unwilling to work with us. There was 3% left to pay on a very large and expensive project. She would not waive that as we were not satisfied that part of the landscaping. As a matter of fact, she tried to put a lien on our house ...... for $2000. WHAT??

Malone's is an outsanding landscape service. They are great to work with, on time and reliable partners in keeping our grounds beautiful. Highly recommend them.

We hired Malone's Landscape Design Build to do a very large backyard renovation on our 3 acre lot. The renovation included extensive grading, retaining walls, concrete patios and steps, gas fire pit, irrigation, plantings/grass and farm fencing. They also managed the permitting, grading, electrical and gas work when our pool and spa was installed. We were extremely pleased with the design and execution by Jim Malone, project management by John and on-site crew headed up by Jose. Everyone was professional and the attention to detail was exceptional! Our yard is an oasis thanks to everyone who worked on our project. We are beyond happy and plan to rehire the team in the future. Thanks to everyone at Malone's!

We've used Malone's twice now for major landscaping projects, and we've been delighted with the quality of their work. They built out a new raised deck with hot tub, upgraded our patio area, built a shed and added a paved walkway and staircase. Jim, Jeff and team all worked hard to ensure a quality job, and they've been back several times after the completion of the project to make sure we're happy. We've already recommended them to several neighbors, and are planning a small addition to the project with them.

I recently hired Malone's Landscape for a pond and fountain installation, driveway expansion, and other landscaping work, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and delivered expert results. Throughout the project, they kept us informed with timely updates and explained everything clearly (both written and with renders). They also brought in electricians for the electrical work, set up an irrigation system, and the end result is beautiful. I had a previous negative experience with another contractor, but Malone's fixed the mess and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for their expertise, quality of work, clear communication, and overall professionalism.

They do a great job with our apartment complex, HOWEVER, it's really frustrating when they use the leaf blower and get dirt all on my patio, and in the seams of my sliding door. I also have lawn furniture in my patio and dirt is all over it and on my outside walls. It would be nice if they can be more mindful, more courteous, more demure because it's really irritating when I try so hard to keep my patio dirt free so I don't drag it into my apartment and have dirt stuck to my sliding door and outside panels. Ugh. Only once, they got on my patio and blew away the dirt they put there because I was standing there staring at them.

Malone's Landscape has done a stellar job in beautifying the grounds and common areas of our building! They are always responsive and are extremely quick to address any issues! If you are looking for top notch landscaping services, I highly recommend Malone's!

Malone's provides excellent customer service and landscaping to our condominium. They are reliable, responsive, and reasonably priced. We love working with them and highly recommend them.

Everyone at Malones is very professional and they do a great job. They installed our front and backyard, a paver driveway and a large paver back patio. We love it.

Malones has always been great with their service, but Richard and Javier took it to the next level. They corrected a couple of longstanding issues with our irrigation quickly and were very professional.

I use Malone's at two condo/townhome associations I manage. They are extremely responsive and always come through as promised. One association has a five-year plan that they are on year two and couldn't be happier with the results so far. The account manager, Daren is always responsive and is very proactive in providing different ideas and bids for different necessities in the different seasons, as well as bringing things to our attention that we may not have seen or know about. If there is any type of issue with anything, as soon as I contact Daren, he is there. If it is the end of the day, he is there first thing in the morning. If I call in the morning, he usually has a solution by the day's end.
I believe that with his leadership, his crews want to do a good job and that is what my associations experience. Thanks Daren and thank you Malone's.

I am the Facilities Maintenance Director for a number of condos here in Seattle. Kelly, from Malone’s Landscaping, came out to one of my properties and did a fantastic job of upgrading our sprinkler system because we had multiple issues. He got everything up and running and tested each phone to make sure they were working properly. I appreciate his hard work to make sure that our whole system was functioning correctly

Mark came out, gave me an estimate to power wash a clogged, mossy freestanding 6 ft. Fountain. Came back and did a wonderful, awesome cleaning & leveling job and recommended Algaway - to help prevent the algae growth.
Price was competitive.
I'll refer them & use them again in the future.

I’ve been a Malone’s Landscaping customer since 2008, when they transformed my backyard with patios, a waterfall, plantings, irrigation, and lighting—the full works. Seventeen years later, it still looks just as beautiful, which says a lot about the quality of their design and craftsmanship.
Around 2014, we brought them back for a front yard project that included a gorgeous stone wall, garden beds, and irrigation. Once again, the result was stunning. Now, in 2025, we’ve added even more outdoor lighting—tree uplights and additional pathway lights—and Malone’s delivered the same outstanding service as always.
For this latest project, Vincent’s initial visit to the careful installation and fine-tuning, everything was handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and grace.
