Needed a major plumbing project done and went with Pipers Drain Repair and will continue to use them for any plumbing projects. Wow, what a flawless experience. They were professional, had great customer service, kept me updated throughout the whole project, and do great quality work! Andrew, Patrick and his team were easy to work. Highly recommend!

We were feeling completely defeated after consulting with nearly 10 different sewer companies in the Seattle area and still not feeling confident about the right path forward - somehow every company had a different assessment and recommendation. We found Pipers through an online search, and Patrick came out to our house almost immediately for a consult.

From the start, it was clear that Patrick had deep expertise in sewer work. He took the time to understand our unique situation, explained our options clearly, didn't oversell us on what was needed, and was upfront about how new information could impact the project after they broke ground (given the fact that cameras could not pass through older p-traps and around corners). After consulting with Patrick a couple of times and asking follow up questions we felt confident that we were in the right hands. From beginning to end, Patrick was extremely responsive and had us on the schedule within a few days of our decision to move forward.

The team on site was great as well. Led by Tyler (Patrick's brother), they were on time, professional, and thorough. Tyler and his crew walked us through every step of the process, explaining everything in detail and making sure we fully understood the work being done. When they wrapped up, they took care to restore the yard as nicely as possible, given the invasiveness of trenching and digging deep holes.

Overall, given that sewer work is never fun and rarely discretionary, we were happy to work with Pipers and the professional quality service they provided from start to finish. If you need sewage work done, go with a company that specializes in sewers... rather than the larger companies that do everything from electrical to HVAC and plumbing (and probably subcontract half of it). The larger companies are laughably more expensive and probably don't do as good a job (based on the wild estimates and recommendations we received). We’re so glad we chose Pipers and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs sewer work done. Thank you Pipers team!!

Patrick and Tyler guys showed up promptly, gave a reasonable quote, identified the actual problem that other big name plumbing companies had missed. They showed me the videos to explain the issue. They fixed it well. Good communication, quality and fairness. I would recommend them anytime.

Blaine was literally the most helpful human. After a terrible experience with another plumbing company, I was pretty anxious, but Blaine came in and resolved my clog in under an hour, then stayed and tested it until I felt comfortable with it being fixed. I can’t recommend Pipers (and Blaine specifically) more - y’all have earned my business for life!

My experience with Pipers Drain and repair was an excellent experience with owner Patrick and his trainee. From the time I went on Angie’s list to help me with finding a plumber for unclogging our washer drain. I was connected with several businesses. It was a little overwhelming. I received a voicemail from Patrick owner of Pipers Drain and repair. I called him back and he was able to come and help me the same day with our drain. Within 1 and half hours I was back business doing my laundry. A BIG thank you to Patrick and his crew! I also have to include the kindness and respect that Patrick had for his clients. I most definitely will be using Piper’s Drain and repair if needed in our future!
