Working with Josh and Valor Plumbing was some of the easiest, seamless, and reasonably priced work we’ve had done at our home. Our garbage disposal was not working, and we could figure out what to do. Josh explained all the details of what he would diagnose before he did it, checked in to help explain what he was going to fix, and tested everything as well. I even appreciate his integrity was not overcharging for extra services that were unnecessary in explaining the services he wasn’t going to do, because they weren’t necessary. I called Valor because i had a leak at my water tank. I got a quote from South West plumbing for 5000 dollars to just replace my tank. When Josh came out to look he quoted me 3400. So i went with Valor and he was quick to respond and also did the job super fast. Left the area clean and was very professional. I can’t recommend Valor for plumbing enough. Best plumbing company i have had the pleasure of using.

As a business owner, it was essential to have a trusted plumbing service. In the food service industry, running water, working facilities, and clear drain lines are critical. Eric came to the rescue when someone managed to flush their credit card down our toilet and we had an inconsistent flushing issue. He also handled a water heater repair on very short notice and helped us replace drain lines with larger piping. A lot of this work occurred during off hours to ensure there was minimal impact to our business. Highly recommend.

Noticed a small leak at the pressure regulator value over the weekend. Call Southwest Plumbing to come look it over. After googling knew it wasn’t a major repair but wanted to get it taken care of. Southwest quoted over $1900 to do the work. Called my son who recommended Josh with Valor Plumbing. Josh called back first thing Monday morning, said he could come out that day. He quoted the job for half the price. Called back to say he could come sooner than expected, arrived when he said and completed the job quickly. Josh was very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend Valor to friends and family and will gladly call him if work on plumbing is needed. Thank you Josh!!

My family cannot recommend Valor Plumbing enough. After a problem with our septic grinder pump needed outsourcing, Josh from Valor took care of getting us the resources we needed from another company, and checked in with me multiple times to make sure the work was getting done. He worked tirelessly to diagnose the problem and then did everything possible to make sure we were taken care of. Josh made an incredibly stressful situation far less horrible. He answered questions and gave reassurance when we needed it and took care of everything he could over the course of the time it took to fix our problem. Valor Plumbing is our new go-to for any plumbing related issues, and we are recommending the company to all our family and friends, as well. 5 stars for sure!

We were so impressed with Valor plumbing! We called them at 9 AM on a Friday because we had no hot water from our oil boiler. They said they could come out that same day and get us hooked up with an electric water heater (which is what we were wanting to do). Diego showed up within two hours and was later joined by Josh and another ten member. They took care of everything even after running into a couple of issues due to the way our pipes were setup. Everyone on the team was friendly and provided detailed explanations of what they were doing. We highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.
