Good experience getting our roof cleaned. Greg and team were great at communicating, explaining the services. Team onsite came promptly, sending updates over texts. They covered the plants around the house and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. Would use them again!

The entire Experienced team is wonderful. I had called around to several local businesses and the folks at Experienced were the most straightforward and affordable. The onsite technician, Christian, was also fantastic. He was so kind, informative, upfront, and extremely thoughtful in the way he works. I am extremely pleased with the services received and will be using them in the future and recommending them to my friends and family!

Responsive and quick to work through their services. We had Experienced Roof and Gutter clean our roof and driveway in February. The did a good job on the cleaning. I noticed a strange weighted pipe in our driveway and thought they forgot it or used it to weigh the pressure washer hose. Only after having a roof leak did I understand what this was. They knocked off or broke off the sewer pipe cap and did not say or mention anything I only noticed this after I blew the roof off months later and had water leaking in the attic.

If you damage or break something, tell the owner instead of ruining their attic and letting them discover it on accident. Now I have to repair what they broke and clean up the water damage.

Update- you are the right company as Mateo was the one who completed our estimate. Attaching pictures of your documentation. I’m bringing this up because it would not be much of an issue if shared by your tech but since I had to find it many months later and dollars later your company needs to be better

We recently had our roof and gutters cleaned by Experienced Roof & Gutter Cleaning.
Greg was patient when explaining the estimate and worked with us to reach a fair price.
The technician Asher did a careful and detailed job, and before starting, he clearly explained that not all moss would be removed immediately and that moss treatment powder would be applied to the remaining areas.
They also offer free inspections every six months and a three year warranty for moss regrowth.
So far, I’m very satisfied with their service and communication, and I look forward to seeing how their follow up maintenance goes in the coming years.

We had a great experience with Corey, the technician from Experienced Roof and Gutter Cleaning. He did an amazing job soft-cleaning and treating our roof and gutter. Just a few days later, the roof looks great- no more visible moss. They will do a check every 6 months and they guarantee that there will no more moss growing on our roof for the next 3 years. Corey was on time, fast and thorough and cleaned up after the job. He also was a trooper for putting up with cleaning our dryer vent, which hadn’t been serviced in more than 12 years. He is a pleasant and graceful communicator, he also documented everything , he took pictures and videos to show us what it looked like and what he did. We had Experienced Roof & Gutter Cleaning out to soft wash a cedar shake rough cut roof. It was VERY challenging to find a company to clean our roof, and most of the other quotes were wildly high in comparison. This company was very easy to work with and didn’t try to upsell me. Pricing was incredibly fair, especially compared with others. And that may make you think it isn’t the same high quality - but that would be incorrect. This company is professional, flexible to your schedule, every employee who came out was friendly, and they did a great job cleaning the roof and gutters. They are a bit slower to respond, but their work makes up for it. Local, family owned. Brennan was new on the job (but not new to roofs) and was super friendly, explained everything, and even gave some suggestions for improving other areas of the house. I would hire them again.

On January 18, 2026, Nathan started to clean the 2nd floor & 1st floor gutters in front of the house then cleaned up the driveway. He was unable to finish the back of the house because it was getting dark. He came back on January 20, 2026 and completed spraying with bleach chemical moss treatment for the back of the house roof, gutter & cleanup of the backyard patio & deck. The bleach chemical has chlorine-like strong smell which can have long-term side effects on human lungs like pulmonary edema, bronchitis which are particularly dangerous for individuals with asthma, emphysema or chronic lung disease.
I received the before & after photos they promised with my approved work order when Greg the Estimator came over last Thursday & assured me a free visit after 6 months to make sure all moss are gone. He was flexible and gave me options with listed prices for all their services. I selected the bleach chemical treatment for the roof, gutter & dryer vent clean up with a roto-router brush.
Great back office staff like Monica who answers the phone, Sam who helped me with the link for on-line payment & David the business owner who listened that I was concerned about the winter temperature 32°F at night may cause problem with the water pipes since they use 2 outdoor faucets to spray the moss & other organic matter with their chemical treatment.
My suggestions for improvement would be that the moss that dropped from the roof & gutters would be picked up & placed on a plastic trash bag so they won't grow on sod grass where they were dumped. Second, it would be prudent to use zinc powder like Moss Out from Home Depot or Lowe's because some households may have folks with lung disease.
In summary, I would recommend this business for their organization & many services for homeowners.
