Reviews of local pros in Kent, Washington

Matt, your estimator, was very thorough and gave me several options for the different services that you offer. He was great to work with. Jacob, the technician who did the work today, did a fantastic job. My roof looks beautiful compared to the mossy mess that it was prior! He also cleaned my gutters and power washed my driveway and walkway. Everything looks lovely. Great people to work with and highly recommended!

What I like about the Experienced Roof & Gutter cleaning company is their professional business model. From the time I called to get an estimate, they were very efficient in scheduling me for a follow-up and reminder with the name of the person coming on the day of the estimate. The sales estimator, Greg, was very professional, friendly, polite, approachable, and he took his time to explain to me the services they offer and why they are better than most roof cleaning companies. He sent me pictures of our roof and the things that needed to be cleaned. They also follow up with an email with information about their company, plus a sample video of their roof cleaning process. I found Greg to be the person to deal with for my roof cleaning. He was also successful in selling me additional services, such as hydrojetting, inside and outside gutter cleaning, window washing, and siding cleaning. I got an and text reminder prior to the day of service with the name of the technician. The Technician, Jason, and a trainee were very efficient in doing all the work, and they completed a reasonable job in about 3 hours. They also sent me the after pictures of the areas they cleaned. I recommend Experienced Roof and Gutter Cleaning company.

I had a really good experience with this company, and I would definitely recommend them to other people who need this kind of work done.

Greg was the one who gave me the sales estimate; he he was fast, professional, and gave me great photos and information about the problems that needed fixing on my roof and gutters. I found their process very thorough, and it provided me with more information than other similar companies did. Their pricing was very competitive overall, and their a-la-carte pricing allowed me to pick exactly what I wanted them to do (including solar panel cleaning — they shine like new now!).

When their team came out to do the work, they were professional, polite, and efficient. There was a minor issue with the job, but when I followed up to ask about it, they were quick to fix it. Within a couple of days, everything was perfect.

I recommend Experienced Roof & Gutter Cleaning highly and will happily use them again in the future.

Very professional and did a great job cleaning the gutters.

Great service! Highly recommend, they cleaned our showroom windows at our commercial space and did a terrific job!

Anthony was courteous and professional. It was a tough job cleaning our roof, gutters and windows, but he was thorough and the house has never looked better.

I recently hired Clean Buildings for window cleaning, driveway cleaning, and rooftop cleaning, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results! From the moment they arrived, the team was punctual, friendly, and clearly experienced.

I'm a GC and called them to give an estimate for one of my projects, I scheduled the date and notified the client who was in a big rush to get it done due to insurance issues. They arrived at the job site and said they were not willing to do the job because of a liability reasons and nonsense about some rotten siding piece, which has nothing to do with it. Eventhoug, the client is willing to sign a waiver for any liability mentioned by them !!
Anyway, they left me and my client in a big time problem in front of the insurance company, unprofessional ! in any way, and I will not recommend this company !

Had my windows cleaned in and out by Anthony and his team and did not even realize how dirty they were before, high quality work at an affordable price and a very straight forward booking process. Would definitely contact them again in the future
