I chose Three Tree Roofing after narrowing down my search to a few companies and getting similar bids from each. Three Tree was the easiest and the most helpful and cooperative roofer to work with, and I'm glad I ended up going with them. They let me negotiate on the price slightly since I was working with insurance money to get a complete re-roof and gutter system done. I went for a hand split cedar shake roof that also required some carpentry work to damaged rafters, and having one company that can do it all made my life much easier. CJ and Neil were always ready to answer any questions I had, and Miguel and his team did amazing work and had no problem answering my questions each morning when they showed up to continue work. I'd highly recommend Three Tree Roofing.

We've had two experiences with Three Tree roofing in the last 6 months. Both experiences have been very good. Everyone has been friendly and good to work with and we quite satisfied with the roof and new gutter flashing.

Three Tree is a local company with extensive experience and knowledge. Of the four companies we had come out to our house, Three Tree felt the most comprehensive in providing options and came in at a great price. While communication leading up to the project was lacking, the crew did great work and kept the area clean each day. I’m very satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

My roof replacement project from cedar shake to composition (CertainTeed Pres TL) is complete and I am very please with the results. Paul M, my sales/acct manager provided a great project bid. Derek the business project coordinator was great on updates. Jose and his crew was top notch in the work that they performed. Very efficient, despite the spotty rain showers. They ensured everything was covered at the end of the each day to avoid any leaks, etc. Total time was about 5 days. Cleanup was good and no damages to the house itself. They took care to be respectful of the property.
I highly recommend. I initially did five bids, and Three Tree Roofing I did last...per recommendation from a neighbor. I am so glad I went with Three Tree. Give them a call.

My neighbor had their roof recently replaced by Three Tree. Looking at their roof it looks pretty good. My review is cleanliness. I live next door and when they were removing the old shingles, they were dropping them down between our homes. Im sitting in my office which is directly next to my neighbor. I could hear some items hitting the siding of my home. I took a look and noticed several black streaks on my siding. There were a couple black streaks on my neighbors home too. After they finished for that 1st day, they picked up all the old shingles, cleaned the streaks off my neighbors home, but did not clean mine. I did not contact them, I figure I would clean it myself later or at least let me know what they had done. Several days later after completion, they did not clean off the streaks on my home. They were careless in protecting my home from falling debris or at least let me know what happened. Im sure the next thing is "Why didn't I contact them?" My response is this, "Why should I?" I know one worker saw me taking photos of scene. Only advice I can give is Watch your home if Three Tree is doing a roof next to you. I had my roof replaced a year prior and nothing like this happened to my neighbors home.

All communication I had with Three Tree Roofing was prompt, clear and courteous. The crew that worked on our roof were hard-working, friendly, and respectful. They showed up on-time and worked hard all day. They seemed to enjoy working with one another, and always had a smile and a wave for me. They were careful about staging their materials in a way that did not harm my garden plants and left the yard clean when they were done. I won't be getting another roof, so I can't say I would be happy to use them again for that job, but if I ever need other work done, I'll contact them in a minute, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good, reliable roofing company.

Everything from start to finish was done with with a level of professionalism I had not experienced before. The salesperson was knowledgeable in all aspects of the product and service. Scheduling was seamless and done within the stated time frame. The actual roofing was done at the exact date and time stated, clean up took place daily and they even finished the job early! They also have metal in addition to shingle roofing options that are a great alternative. The entire process was worry and stress free. I wholeheartedly recommend their service to anyone needing roofing services.

I am very happy with the new metal roof Three Tree roofing installed on my home. Over the years, I've had many companies come provide bids to replace my roof but I felt like my interaction with Three Tree Roofing was just a bit different than the others. That, in combination with what I felt was a very reasonably priced estimate led me to choose them to replace my roof. My interactions with everyone from their company felt top notch (Danny - Sales, Matt - Project Manager, and Godo and his installation team). I would have no hesitation recommending Three Tree Roofing to my family or friends.

We recently had our roof replaced by Three Tree Roofing and I would highly recommend their services. Their bid was competitive, and they fixed a drainage problem that had caused part of the roof to rot at no extra cost. The communication was good, and materials were dropped off and picked up as planned. The team showed up when expected and cleaned up afterward - however, we are still finding nails, but maybe that is to be expected. Overall I'm very satisfied with the work they did.

Three Tree Roofing did such a wonderful job updating our custom 70's cedar shake mansard roof and flat roof sections of our home. They were kind & respectful of the property and our treasured landscaping. They worked with us when we had differing opinions on the look of the finished roof and it all turned out beautifully. They completed the job quickly and did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day. We had several bids from many other companies and one of the contractors who did not work on our style of roof recommended Three Tree very highly which is ultimately what made the decision for us to go with Three Tree. I couldn't recommend them more, and if other roofers only have great things to say about this company, that speaks volumes!

We replaced two skylights and the entire roof.
They provided their own portapotties. Easy to communicate with and always on time. They gave different solutions and showed us different products. Pricing was competitive. They were finished in 3 or 4 days and cleaned up everything when they were done. We are very satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend this business.

Working with Three Tree was a truly great experience. From initial estimate through installation, everything went as promised. The guys really honored our property and left every night with things picked up and tidy. I wish the world worked as smoothly as this project went.

The crew worked very hard and very fast, unfortunately there was a language barrier. We had asked to be contacted for any areas of concern, (the house is 112 years old), however this did not happen. The high end thick material we chose made the roof defects more noticeable from the curb, since the company just covered the problem areas. In retrospect, the area was a framing issue, and should have been addressed before the roof went on, I was not informed of any of that until afterwards when it was too late. I think this company would be a better fit for house flippers and newer construction.

Wow! Three Tree Roofing is a PNW gem. This is who you hire when you want top quality work. They have solutions for every budget. We went with steel and get so many compliments on it! Three Tree saved us money by suggesting we use a local manufacturer of the steel panels.

What we appreciated the most is that all of their employees have a 401K, medical insurance, paid time off, and are treated with respect. Now when we admire our roof that will last the rest of our lives, we can have the good feeling that the people who built it for us can afford a nice life too.

We had no idea how much nicer our home would look! It never had much curb appeal being built into a hill, and a generic mid century kind of box. But now it has as style and presence. TY Three Tree Roofing!

Edwin and his crew who removed and replaced the roof was amazing. Very hard working crew and attention to detail shows in the work. They cleaned up everyday before leaving and took extra time to pick up the nails before blowing everything off.

These guys were very easy and friendly to deal with. Prompt, quality service that delivered exactly what was promised. Would not hesitate to go with them again. I only didnt give them 5 stars because nobody's perfect, but these guys did try.

We love our new roof and gutters! After getting 4 estimates, we are happy we chose Three Tree Roofing. The roof with almost invisible ridge vents and the matching gutters look great - so much better than a friend’s tried and true old-style new roof! It was an excellent process from start to finish.

Sonia was professional and provided a thorough estimate. She was the only estimator of 4 who checked our attic and found that we needed to replace some plywood and add eave vents. She wrote the estimate from her mobile office van outside my house. Rather than waiting a few days, she brought it to me right away, personally going through it together while showing me the system and products they use. I had confidence in the accuracy because of her thorough inspection and measurements. Their products and systems are inovative, higher quality, much longer lasting with longer warranty than what the other companies offered – not the tried and true old ways. I was fascinated that they cut a small strip in the plywood and put a venting product all across the ridge. But check that out for yourself, as I do not guarantee my technical accuracy. 😉

Victor led the 4-man crew to complete the tear-off and new roof in 3 days. They were polite and respectful, with no loud music, yelling, or swearing (unlike a friend’s recent roofing crew). They kept my yard clean every day, hand stacked and carried the old shingles to the dumpster, carefully looked for any fallen waste, blew and disposed of all the debris. They even saw the need, offered, and put a roof on my small uncovered patio.

Our new gutters with guards were replaced a few days later. Patrick gently helped me to see that black gutters would look much better with my black roof and black fascia boards than the white I initially chose, and they were absolutely right! I’m so pleased with the finished look! The crew came up with creative and effective solutions for my quirky old house. They explained the process as I watched them make the gutters on-site. They returned the next day to swap out black for the temporary white downspouts.

Three Tree Roofing was not the cheapest of my 4 estimates, but we were not looking for cheap. Their professionalism, accuracy, timely communication, quality of products, and excellent workmanship exceeded our expectations. Also, while the roof was in progress, I learned a former colleague is closely related to the co-owner! I love having a personal connection as it gives me even more confidence in my choice.

They were great from the first meeting with Danny (sales) to the last day when we did the walk-through. Noe and his crew worked extremely hard between rainy days. Neil, the owner, was always available to address my questions and concerns.

The process took longer than expected, but I really like the final results. Roof looks great.
