Met them at the county fair and made plans to have them come out to the house and take water samples, then discuss possibly a new water softener system. Put the entry on our calendar and then waited two weeks. They must be busy to wait that long ...
They never showed up. So I called and asked why they didn't show up. She looked at her schedule and saw no entries. No apology.

Received a call later and rescheduled. Appeared as promised this time. Received a quote for a very expensive system. Maybe it would work a little better than the DIY solution, but the cost was 10x.

The installation team arrived on time and finished early. They were polite, easy to work with and left our home spotless.
Scheduling the installation was easy and Pure Water Northwest was able to accommodate us and got our system installed quickly. I would highly recommend them.

I hate to write this post. Our experience has been extremely disappointing after the demo then purchasing.

To begin with, they set the setting for way too much water, so the water was over the salt. We inquired multiple times with the people who sold and set up the system with no response. When we finally reached someone we were told this is how it was supposed to be. Only for a salt bridge to develop down the road, and another one of their techs to tell us they now have different recommendations and validate it had been wrong the whole time. As well as telling us to add salt as it drops - now they recommend letting the salt get very low. No one ever called us to inform us on these new recommendations.

When the new tech came out, we had inquired for a cleaning and to have the salt bridge inspected. They noted they only could inspect the salt bridge and didn’t have it on their schedule to clean. He gave my husband instruction on how to clean. He told my husband to add a capful of bleach after he had added Iron-out to the tank. THIS CAUSES A CHEMICAL REACTION THAT IS HARMFUL.

I had to do my own research because the smell of the water was off and I was getting light headed in the shower. You’re never supposed to add these two to a tank at the same time, due to it causing a dangerous gas.

All around, we’re extremely disappointed for the lack of proper guidance, attentiveness, and care.

They made a miracle happen to get a sediment filter in place next day when my new well pump kept bringing in mud, but I had to chase them down six weeks later to get the results from the water tests they ordered that day. They still haven't answered my follow up questions from those results, and now it looks like the filter they installed is not working properly and is leaking.
They had five stars for the initial service, but how can they promote maintenance plans when they won't even follow up on what could be a bigger sale? I guess I need to call someone else to deal with the arsenic and lead they found?

Efficient with time, cost, and generous with knowledge. Had a softener and filter installed on a property with very hard well water, they didn’t just want to make a sale and walked through all of the pros and cons of each option. Very communicative. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service and excellent products. We got the Reverse Osmosis system for drinking water, and it's been great, the water is perfect. They clearly explained the contaminants and found the perfect solution for us. Everyone from the office staff to the tech was friendly and super helpful.

Incredible service from start to finish. From our first phone call, through the testing process and finally installation, everything was great! We’re very happy with the water we now have to drink. The complexity of maintaining the system and ongoing costs of changing filters and membranes wasn’t clear to me when we were sold the system, nor was the cost for the option of having one of the company’s technicians come out periodically throughout n manage that maintenance.

Excellent service. So happy we found Cydian and his team after months of searching for a full-home water solution. Huge relief working with a local company that actually cares. They were super patient in explaining our options in a scientific but not overly complicated way. Installation guys were efficient and professional. Communication was on point. They checked in with us after the project. But most of all, the water!...We could immediately taste and feel the difference. This was our best investment of the year. Highly recommend.

We had a water softener system installed by Pure Water. We are extremely satisfied with the system! Everyone we worked with was very professional and knowledgeable. I would absolutely use Pure Water Northwest again, and I highly recommend them!

I just had my installation completed and the level of professionalism was top notch. The crew was efficient, polite, and paid great attention to the little details that most people might skip. They didn't rush the job, but they didn't waste any time either. Everything is working perfectly and looks great.

I like supporting our local businesses and in general I’m happy. I do feel that if I was not home that the quality of the installation would not be up to my standards. Team is responsive to real time feedback but if I wasn’t there to request adjustments, I would have been unhappy with the installation.

Cydian, one of the owners came out and did a bid. I had already done the water tests and knew it was high in manganese, iron, and a little over the regulatory limit for arsenic. He stressed how there were legal disclosure issues if I tried to sell home with water I knew to be high in arsenic. I agreed to a water treatment system, including an RO system under counter. The tech that came out didn't finish the first day and told me it was because the water pressure in the water lines were way too high for their system. After having my well installer come out to see what the issue was, turns out the installer tech shut off a valve to the well pressure tank and it sent the water pressure to over 130 psi, which caused an outdoor faucet to fail. The well guy pointed out several other issues with the install, but they weren't critical. PWNW apologized and paid for the plumbing repair. There were a couple of other minor issues, but the big issue was that there was no plan to test the water after it was treated. I asked the installer tech, and he took a sample back. I had to contact Cydian because I never heard back and he showed me test results from their analyzer, which showed iron, but not manganese and especially NOT arsenic. When I contacted them to say I wasn't happy because they didn't test the water to make sure they took care of all the contaminants, the first response was: "we do not provide post-treatment testing. You are welcome to have the testing completed independently, and if the results are not within the acceptable range, your warranty will cover any necessary adjustments". And after I said "So I have to pay to have the water tested to prove your system works", and then I can legally say the water is fine when I sell the place, Cydian responded ..."we used to do post treatment testing, when we did the test always showed good results. So we stopped doing it." I've talked to a number of friends that are homeowners and they said they would have expected the water to be tested as well, especially if it was for a contaminant with regulatory limits. I'm fine with their finished product, though there weren't any written instructions about maintenance. I read reviews that think they're really expensive and they try to add on extra stuff. I don't know about price, I agreed to it and didn't complain, but yes, they do try to upsell you. I didn't feel particularly pressured, but I have a chemical engineering degree and I especially challenged Cydian's assertion that pure water tastes better. Absolutely pure water, like distilled water, is tasteless and odorless. If you take every contaminant out, you don't have better tasting water, you have tasteless water.

Nicest guys! Took several hours; a GOOD bit (understatement) of knowledge and craftsmanship needed to install the whole house water filter and RO system install in a new build. Couldn’t be happier with the installation and very happy to have healthy water. I love that the RO system has minerals added back in to the water.

Our reverse osmosis system has been successfully installed last week. The overall experience was exceptional. The technicians were highly professional and knowledgeable. The pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend this company for those seeking reliable and safe water.
