I am a project manager, and am currently doing a bathroom in Poulsbo, WA. I was very pleased with the timeliness and skill of Swift Plumbing. He fixed one problem, and made excellent suggestions moving forward.

We needed our kitchen faucet replaced. Two guys came. Before they knocked on the door, they put booties on over their shoes. They gave us the cost and said they could do it while they were there. The price was reasonable, they did good work, and they were professional and friendly.

I had a leak under the sink. the facet and fittings had to be replaced. Andrew and Ian were able to replace me leaky facet with my new one, and the fittings and pipes under the sink. Great Job and reasonable priced!! thank you Swift Plumbing! Kate Port Orchard

Fantastic experience. Helped us get hot water going with a new water to tank after ours started leaking. Highly professional and responsive. Troy who came out was excellent. Highly recommend.

Our radiant floor heating system went down just before we were to leave on vacation. Swift couldn’t promise a technician would be there for two days. But they had a cancellation and sent the tech to us. He fixed the problem in an hour. Very competent person!

I hired Swift Plumbing and Heating to clear a clog in my sewer drain. They determined that roots had intruded 2 places in the line. They quoted me a price and estimated just short of two days to complete the project. Day 1 would be to hand excavate a trench to reveal the line. Day 2 was to replace the line and refill the area. The line crossed a pathway to a neighbor's house so they had the area covered and marked over night for safety. Their work was done on time. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable and informed me how their repairs would be made. The area was left clean at the completion of their work.

Swift is one of only a few companies that do radiant heating on the peninsula. In 2021 they replaced my old oil boiler with a SpacePak SIM-060, a 5 ton monoblock heat pump. While there were a few installations to work out Dennis and his team were always there to address whatever the issue was. I understand this was the first SIM-060 they had installed. I guess this is why they did not really know much about the operation. Almost 5 years later, the system does not perform as expected when the Ambient temperature is below 40 and the time is over night. Swift has been relentless in trying to solve this issue. It appears the manufacturer is stumped as well and has been of marginal help.

Given their responsiveness and efforts, I have made Swift my go-to plumber and have used them for several other jobs. I don't need to call anyone else for my plumbing and heating needs.

Tech was timely, personal and professional. Wish I remembered his name, but definitely would recommend to family and friends. In and out with a quick faucet swap. Great communication from both the tech and the office - this took an assessment trip, product approval and procurement directed by landlord, and return trip for remove and replace. Could not ask for better service and quality of work in place. Kudos to you!

Swift Plumbing was great! I called on a Friday morning for a clogged kitchen sink and they came that afternoon! Got it fixed fast and the price was very reasonable. Kellson was wonderful, too. Personable and professional and cleaned up after himself. I think I’ve finally found my go-to plumber!

Troy did a great job of fixing a hole in my water pipe. He was efficient, respectful of my home, and explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend his service.

We've used Swift Plumbing for a few projects around our house and have always had great service from them. Plumbers are very knowledgeable and answer all questions we may have. They are courteous and friendly. Always leave area clean.

A very good experience. Two visits. The first correctly diagnosed two issues. One having to do with our septic system, the second with a toilet left by the previous owner which needed to be replaced. Completely happy with the professional judgement and the transparent pricing. We then hired Swift to do the installation of the new toilet. Exceptionally professional and thorough. We are going to rely on them for all future work. Very impressed. I recommend them without reservation.

Swift Plumbing is our trusted plumber on the Island because the technicians are experts, they arrive on time and prepared to help with whatever leak, clog or issue you may have. Their prices are fair, no pressure to do upgrades, and honestly super friendly and indeed, very swift. Also the folks at the office are also super helpful, great communication and all around excellent customer service!

I've used Swift Plumbing three times since moving into a condo a few years ago--first to install a water heater, then remove/install two toilets, and then to remove/install a garbage disposal. Each time I had excellent service. The technicians were kind and efficient, and the work impeccable. They're definitely my go-to!

They were amazing! Showed me where and why my toilet seal was failing. Very transparent with charges and explained everything. Couldn’t be more please as to their professionalism and quality of work. Very respectful to myself, and my property. I’m an older widow, and have sadly gotten used to having to question and be very cautious of who I hire to do repairs. This company is trust worthy, as well as reliable! Post my experience with them, I will never go any place else for my plumbing and heating needs! Amazing job guys!!!!

Very pleased. Contacted Swift after realizing we had no hot water, and a simple reset didn’t seem to entirely resolve the issue.

Ryan came out on Monday (Feb 16).He spent maybe an hour investigating the issue and troubleshooting - all for NO CHARGE! He wrote it up as an estimate. He let us know one of the two heating elements no longer worked.

Received the estimate for replacement on Feb 18. Originally scheduled for March 11, but they had a cancellation and could fit us in on Feb 26. Steve was efficient and thorough and had the old water heater swapped out with the new water heater within a few hours. So very happy to have hot water again!
