Reviews of local pros in Kingston, Washington

West Sound Plumbing just completed a complete replumbing of my master bath. I’m remodeling and needed to move the toilet and vanity and install a new tub. I used West Sound earlier this year to plumb a new shower and install a new water heated. As before, this latest project was handled in a thoroughly competent and professional manner.

I’m finding that skilled tradesmen are in high demand and that they are booked out for months. I feel very fortunate to have found West Sound.

And a word about Forrest who did my work these past two days. He is everything you could ask for in a plumber. He is punctual, professional, and very good at what he does. He stopped a couple of times to discuss options and listened carefully to my questions and, when his work was completed he left his work area clean.

I will call West Sound the next time that I need help and will definitely ask for Forrest if he is available.

Gabe came out to our home today and was so efficient, fast and super kind! He had us fixed up in no time at all after first listening to me try to describe the sound I've been hearing in the pipes. Thank you again Gabe and thank you West Sound Plumbing Service for sending him!

Both Forest and Dakota did a great job in identifying and fixing the leak in my water filtration system. They both were very professional and were very knowledgeable regarding water filtration systems They were efficient and effective in performing the work.

We had a great experience with the purchase and installation of a DAB pressure booster system and a tankless water heater. Austin did a great job estimating the job and giving us details on options. Jordan and Cameron were great! Took the time to answer our questions, did a great job with the installation and set up, professional, and did everything on time and on budget! The new system is brilliant, super quiet, fastest hot water delivery to our master bathroom, and did I mention quiet? Would highly recommend West Sound and Austin, Jordan, & Cameron!

My wife and I have been renovating our home over the past few years. We converted the original kitchen to a master bath and walk-in closet. We recently became aware of the new GE washer and dryer combo units and purchased one to incorporate it into the new area. Since we have had West Sound Plumbing here for minor repairs the past two years, we had Austin come over, review what we needed and fit us into their schedule the following week.

Tom arrived on time and roughed in the new drain standpipe, water shutoffs and tapped into the existing plumbing. He had to remove several pieces of Sheetrock to access the work area and the way he removed it, made it very easy for me to repair the wall.

While he was under the house, he noted that we had standing water from a leak in the new shower pan. He took several pictures so that I could contact the manufacture for advice on possible repair. TileRedi requested we have the leak videoed so that their engineers could assess the necessary repair.

The following week Tom and his son returned to help me install the new washer-dryer combo unit. Because the machine is 325 lbs., it took all three of us to remove it from its lower crate and install it. He tested it and made sure it was properly operating and draining.

Tom and his son returned to the crawl space to video and assess the leak. He found that the drain pipe was not properly installed by the contractor that did the original work. He removed it, cleaned it and properly repaired the fitting. He will be returning next week to make sure the leak is permanently fixed.

I can't say enough about how professional this company is but Tom and his son are the two finest plumbers we have had working on our home. We've had three other contractors over the years and none of them were anywhere as professional as the plumbers from West Sound Plumbing.

Jordan came and helped us out at my business, replacing hardware on 4 sinks. He was quick, efficient, and did a great job from what I can tell.

West Sound Plumbing is a great company to work with and I highly recommend them. Jessica was always so friendly and helpful on the phone, and Austin was great to work with when I needed to have a natural gas line installed in my home. Friendly and professional, he always communicated well with me and kept me in the loop with all the permitting and inspections that were involved with the gas line. West Sound Plumbing's plumbing technicians were always professional and punctual for the appointments, and they were very conscientious and did great work. I highly recommend West Sound Plumbing!

Forrest and Dakota came to fix a leak under our bathroom sink on Christmas Eve and did an outstanding job. In 30 minutes they completed the service. I definitely recommend them!

We recently had Cameron come out to do some repair work for us. He not only fixed our leaks but was friendly, quick, and tidy. Would highly recommend him and West sound plumbing!

Forrest and Dakota were on time, very professional and did a top notch job. 10/10 would recommend and will be using West Sound Plumbing for any future needs.

Cameron showed up from West Sound Plumbing Services and was completely professional diagnose a problem and fixed it quickly. Will definitely be recommending Cameron and West Sound Plumbing to any of my friends in the future that need quick reliable help with plumbing needs.

Forrest and Dakota worked on three sinks for me this afternoon at one of our commercial buildings. They were amazing! Professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I could not be more pleased!!

I recently hired West Sound Plumbing to replace the gas valve at my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the work Forrest performed. From start to finish, Forrest demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. He arrived on time, thoroughly assessed the issue, and clearly explained the steps involved in the replacement.

The installation was completed efficiently and safely, with all necessary precautions taken to ensure everything was up to code. Forrest’s workmanship was excellent, and he left the work area clean and tidy. I appreciated his respectful demeanor and his willingness to answer all my questions throughout the process.

I highly recommend Forrest to anyone in need of reliable and skilled plumbing services. His knowledge and commitment to quality make him a standout in his field.

Jeremiah is great . He arrived on time, cleaned up after himself and very pleased with his work. Would definitely recommend West Sound Plumbing, especially if all the employees are like him.

Very profesional. Also. Very fair priced. Was billed by the hr for a smaller job. Had west sound come out after other plumbers tryed the flat rate cash grab/ would not break down cost of job=wanting to charge 800$ to install 150$ worth of parts in 2hrs time/labor. Weat sound seems like very an honest business.

Forrest and Dakota took on a huge job at our rental and they did a fantastic job. We really appreciate them making our place livable again. Would highly recommend West Sound Plumbing!

Cheers to west sound plumbing and their team. They are fast and affordable and even helped over the holidays when other businesses are closed. From top to bottom a real class act. The office team and the service team…especially Forest and Noah arrived early and finished ahead of schedule on New Year’s Eve no less. No other plumbing outfit in town to consider when it’s a big job!

Very friendly & courteous. It was raining while he was here & he left his shoes outside, which I greatly appreciated. I’m very pleased with his work & the whole experience was great. Thank you!
(NOTE: The Property MGMT company handled this work, so I can’t complete the options listed below…. But I couldn’t complete the survey until I made a selection.)

Forrest and Dakota came and fixed a leaky pipe system at the cottage I rent. they were both friendly and polite, and got the plumbing up and running very quickly. it was a pleasure dealing with them, and I would definitely recommend West sound plumbing to anybody that needs plumbing work.

West Sound Plumbing did a fantastic job correcting some shoddy work a previous plumber did. What I especially like is that a lot of their staff here have expertise in other areas like carpentry, which comes in handy. Forrest and Dakota made a great team at my job and not only does my water heater vent properly now, the pipework they installed looks nice too.

I recently started remodeling my bathroom. Westsound Plumbing sent Forrest and Dakota to help me with my plumbing part of my remodel. They were both very polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend using Westsound Plumbing. Both Forrest and Dakota deserve more than 5 stars for a job well done. I will definitely be requesting both of them for any future plumbing projects.
