Giving a 5 because a '10' isn't an option ! This company and its employees are very good workers, very knowledgeable and happy to explain what their findings are and work plans going forward.
My opinion, you will never be sorry giving them your business.

Steve has serviced our equipment for years and always does a superb job. Likewise we’ve used Swift Plumbing for years. They have always been focused on making sure they get it right. They have always gone the extra mile to make sure we’re satisfied and have had a positive e experience. They’ve always exhibited the greatest of integrity.

My wife and I recently had some plumbing related work done at our home. This companies friendly staff, fair pricing and fast turn around time has been amazing. I initially thought I needed a larger gas line for some appliances. The technician investigated and deemed it to be something much less expensive. The two technicians that came to the house to peform the work, Dennis and Josh, were incredibly professional and personable.

They did excellent work installing our tankless water heater. We have had Swift do a number of jobs and they are always friendly, respectful, and do what is needed for the agreed upon price. It's nice to know there are still companies out there who believe in customer satisfaction and doing good work.

Swift Plumbing did an amazing job on my home. We were left with unfinished work during our remodel and Corey Duke stepped in with absolute skill and professionalism.

I needed to switch out an already plumbed sink. I had the sink and faucet already purchased and on site. I was quoted $1840 for the job. I asked how much of that was labor. Answer was $460 estimated labor.
I asked for an explanation on what materials were needed that added up to $1400. I even said, “maybe I didn’t explain the job correctly” because I just needed the sink switched out. Besides a small amount of plastic piping and a sink basket(which already was included in the new sink I had but he insisted they bring one)) , there was no good answer on what amounted to $1400. They wouldn’t itemize it either. So I waited a day and called the office, thinking admin could give me more insight. But it was just a straight no, we don’t itemize. I feel like the estimate was insulting and being stone walled from explaining what materials added up to $1400 is even weirder. So I canceled and have no plans to call again. Since my job request was a simpler one, I had an experienced handyman get it done for $40 in materials and $180 in labor. Super bummed with my experience with Swift and relieved I knew better than to take their word at face value.

This was my first experience with Swift Plumbing and wow one word sums it up for me PROFESSIONAL! Professional from start to finish and what a relief to know that it was going to be taken care of in a timely top quality manner and I didn’t need to worry any more about being without hot water !

These guys were awesome. They stayed late to finish our water heater install. Got the job done quickly from time of initial call. Very professional. Will call them again if more plumbing issues arise.

Two cheerful, polite guys arrived when expected. They fixed the clog in my sink quickly and the fee was less than i thought it could be if it had became more complicated.

We needed a simple repair that turned out to be not so simple. Swift was able to come the next day and found a great solution - we've used them before and always been very impressed.

Each time I call Swift, I am greeted by a super friendly scheduler. They are always quick to respond to any plumbing issue. The person on the job (lately Corey) has always been professional, friendly and respectful of my home. The quality of their work is, of course, excellent.
