Forrest and Noah did a great job for us installing our whole house water filter. They arrived on time, were very professional and friendly, explained all that they were doing and why, and kept a very clean work area. When they were done, everything was cleaned up perfectly and ready to go.

Forrest at West Sound Plumbing installed a whole house water filter and UV system for me. He was very professional and knowledgeable and a great guy to work with. He was good at communication and explaining how to maintain it all. In addition he knew the best way to organize it all on the wall for the best efficiency and ease of use and maintenance. I was very impressed and happy with the service outcome.

I needed help fixing a leaking bathtub overflow drain after a handyman's work failed. We've used West Sound before and once again, they really helped me out. Jessica was quick to respond, answer questions and get me on the schedule, and Jordan and Dakota did an excellent job on the repair. They assessed the problem, engineered and implemented a solution, thoroughly tested the results, and left the space even cleaner than they found it. They explained what they were doing and were both friendly and professional. My dog liked them too, and she's a good judge of character. 🐾 Thanks guys, great work!

I had a great first experience with West Sound plumbing. I had a leak in my kitchen faucet and discovered this Wednesday afternoon before Thanksgiving. They were able to get someone out within an hour, and Forrest was super fast and kind and found the issue right away (new faucet for me!).

Since I had to wait until Friday to buy a faucet, I couldn't be available for the install until today, and just as they did Wednesday, when I called this morning they had someone out within a couple of hours. Jordan and Dakota were fantastic and I'm happy to have my new faucet, and a reliable plumber for any future needs.

We had a great experience with WSPS. Our plumber Forrest arrived on time, was courteous and professional, and clearly explained some concerning issues he found. He completed a thorough repair under our kitchen sink and brought everything up to current county code. We really appreciated the attention to detail and communication throughout the process. We will definitely call WSPS again in the future should the need arise.

We needed our water heater replaced. Swift set us up with a timely schedule that met our needs. They showed up right on time and had the water heater in and running quickly and professionally.
