Constraction reviews in Kirkland, Washington

Carlos did an excellent job installing our new cooktop with attached downdraft. Usually I do a lot of handi-work myself but did not have time nor did I want to take this one on because it was gas related. Carlos installed it flawlessly, timely, and on the schedule he promised (which is hard to find). I would highly recommend this services! Very professional!!

I hired Carlos to install a new oven. He came over later that day and did an inspection, before the oven arrived, and found that I would need a new outlet and that current wiring was poorly done and unsafe.
He came back and installed new wiring and removed my very heavy oven.
The new oven ended up being damaged, but Carlos and Miguel helped out a lot and gave me really good advice about how to deal with Home Depot.
Overall they really went above and beyond. They were very responsive, fast, friendly, informative and knowledgeable. I enjoyed working with them and will use them again soon!!

Carlos did a superb job on some renovations in our kitchen. He replaced a cracked electric stove top involving fixing electrical wiring. He had creative cost-saving ideas for an under counter area involving appliances and the use of exiting cabinetry to make it blend in perfectly with everything. He was thorough and pleasant to deal with. We are delighted with the job and will definitely call him for future projects.

Carlos and his team did a wonderful job replacing carpet, replacing kitchen fixtures, and helping make sure my condo was up to code. Carlos was communicative, on-time, and went out of his way to adjust his schedule to match my work schedule. He always explained the rationale for his recommendations, which I appreciated. Highly recommend!

CC REMODELING is very professional. The show up on time and do excellent work. The work is completed when promised and the price competitive. You can trust these guys!!!

This is my second experience working with Carlos and he is always very courteous and engaged throughout the project. Tends to come in under or at the bid price. I'll definitely be using him further as I need more work done.

Carlos did a wonderful job on my bathroom and sauna remodel. Great attention to detail - the results were outstanding. Carlos is easy to get a hold of; through text or phone call he quickly responded. He also kept me up to date on the process as I was out of town for much of it.
I would definitely hire Carlos again for any future projects!

I had the pleasure of hiring Carlos for the installation of our microwave, during which he also managed to fix our exhaust duct. What impressed me the most was his prompt response; he arrived immediately after our phone call, demonstrating a remarkable level of professionalism. His work was not only quick but also of excellent quality, which exceeded my expectations. Given his expertise and the splendid job he did, I am seriously considering enlisting his services for other home repairs. Highly recommended!

All around great service. We installed our floors and it was just perfect. Well installed, on time and perfect!

We initially hired Carlos to do some interior painting as well as coordinate some new carpet installation. As the project progressed we eventually asked him for a LOT more, from drywall repair, tile work, to painting our entire deck and parts of the exterior siding. He was EXTREMELY flexible and able to handle everything we threw at him in a short amount of time. Great communication and cooperation really helped us get done what we needed to get done (and relieved a lot of stress in the process). Will definitely use him in the future!

Carlos is a very responsive and professional. They go out of their way to make sure things are done properly and they clean up when they are done. I never had any complaints about them. Also Dedicated enthusiastic, ready to solve a problem and willing to put their best foot forward, no matter the hours. Definitely I will gladly keep working with them.

My elderly Dad needed some grab bars installed in his shower to help him get in/out, and Carlos and team did a fantastic job: the bars are rock-solid, placement is perfect and my Dad loves them…many thanks Carlos! I highly recommend C.C Remodeling Construction.

Carlos was great at installing our downdraft gas range! We had some issues coordinating with Home Depot delivering the downdraft but Carlos was super flexible adjusting our install dependent on Home Depot. When he was installing, he identified some dangerous wiring in our place and corrected it as he installed our new stove. The process was smooth and we’d definitely work with Carlos again!

Carlos came highly recommended by a close friend and he is by far the most professional, honest, skilled and patient individual I've had do work in my home. I needed a valve replaced under my kitchen sink and Carlos fit me into his schedule the next day. He went above and beyond what I initially contacted him for and I couldn't be happier with the end result. I will trust CC Remodeling Construction with all my home repair and remodeling needs from now on.

We looked for a long time to find a contractor who could and would install grab bars on tiled bath and shower walls. Many didn’t know how to locate studs through tile. Carlos had a high powered stud finder. He was thorough in locating the proper place to attach the bars. He confirmed placement prior to drilling. Carlos was easy to work with and did a good job.

Carlos responded quickly to my request for an installer, quoted a very reasonable price, and scheduled the work immediately. Oven installation required some woodwork installation and electrical supplies. He did a great job not only matching the wood to the existing cabinets but installing the new woodwork. I was impressed with how careful he was to ensure everything was done to standards as he said - as he would have them done in his own home. I highly recommend him and definitely will use his company again for any future projects!

Carlos was amazing to work with. Hired him for a small job but ended up having him do quite a few things. He kept us informed and showed up when he said he would. We definitely will be hiring him again for our next project!

Carlos helped to fix a leak around a window, which had caused some moisture buildup in our wall. He was very communicative with both us and our landlord, and was flexible with scheduling. Most importantly, he quickly and effectively corrected the problem.

I've had the pleasure of working with C.C Remodeling on multiple projects, including my deck, fireplace, plumbing work, and various minor repairs. Throughout our collaborations, I've been consistently impressed by his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things right.

Carlos is meticulous about following state codes and ensuring that every aspect of the project meets safety standards. His dedication to quality and compliance gives me peace of mind, knowing that my home is in good hands.

What sets Carlos apart, however, is his exceptional customer service. He and his staff are friendly, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that I'm satisfied with the work. Their positive attitude and professionalism make the entire experience a pleasure.

I highly recommend C.C Remodeling to anyone seeking a reliable, skilled, and customer-focused contractor. I'm grateful for finding him and will definitelly keep trusting him repairs at my home.

Carlos came by this summer to provide an array of contracting services, including demolishing and rebuilding my deck and front steps, creating a custom made pet access door, painting, drywall, new floor installation, and more. If we had a project we wanted done, nothing was too small and Carlos and his team helped us identify an affordable solution. It can be difficult to find a general contractor who is a good fit, and who you feel comfortable working with, so I want to express my sincere thanks to Carlos for his work and expertise. I’m thrilled by the quality of work, and impressed by his extensive capabilities. I will be recommending Carlos to friends and family, and if I have future projects, he will be the first I text.
