Constraction reviews in Kirkland, Washington

Naser has transformed two of my bathrooms previously poorly done. He pays attention to details, he communicates every step of the way and the end product is very good. I recommend him for home remodel. He is worth waiting for.

We just finished our kitchen remodel, and we love how it turned out. The team was very skilled and detail oriented. Nasser is professional, patient and always made sure we were happy with every step. Our new kitchen is everything we dreamed of, and highly recommend!!

Luxe Remodeling did an awesome job with our bathroom remodeling. Their quality of work and attention to detail is great. I was impressed by how respectful and flexible Naser was. He sent the quote for our project on time and was very quick with the scheduling. We are also planning to do our master bathroom remodeling with this company. I highly recommend Luxe remodeling.

We had an excellent experience remodeling our home back in July with Luxe remodeling. The quality of their work and their attention to detail is very impressive. I loved the 3D kitchen and bathroom design they provided, it was great to have a clear picture of how my kitchen would look like before the work starts. After our kitchen and bath remodel we hired them for floor replacement which was another great experience. I am very happy with the result and absolutely recommend this company.

We are very happy with the quality of service we received from Luxe Remodeling. The craftsmanship was superb and exceeded our expectation. We would definitely recommend them for any high-end remodeling work and would surely go back for our next project.

We hired Luxe Remodeling to remodel our master bathroom last year and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish the experience was great. They were so friendly and really listened to our ideas. Nasser even gave us tips on what materials would work best and stay within our budget.
Nasser and his team were so professional. Every day, they showed up on time and kept the area clean. Nasser is incredibly smart and creative, we had a plumbing problem before the project starts, he took the time to explain everything to us. He showed us what caused the issue and why it needed to be fixed, and how he planned to solve it. His clear explanations always made us feel confident about his work.
The bathroom was even better than we imagined. Even now a year later, we still love how everything turned out. It’s become one of our favorite part of the house. I highly recommend them.

Naser did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel. He gave a fair bid and he was upfront about unknowns with our subfloor damage He has amazing attention to detail and it shows in his work. He finished the project ahead of schedule. We will definitely use him for future projects as they arise.

Naser provided a great quality experience for my kitchen remodel. He handled ordering the supplies as well as install. The one issue I had was with communication. He is very soft spoken and I had trouble interpreting what he information he was asking me for. After we came to an understanding though his work was impeccable. He held both his work and those who helped him to a very high standard. I would encourage others to use this company for remodeling work but make sure you are very clear on questions or info you communicate and clarify what Naser is asking.

Luxe Remodeling is a great choice for home remodeling. I recently had the pleasure experience remodeling my three bathrooms (main, guest, and half), and I couldn’t be happier with the result.
Nasser was extremely skillful and patient as I navigated the process. He communicated well with me and understood my wish list, at the same time to advice it from the viewpoint of professional. The quotation was specific and the additional cost were explained clearly. The final finishing exceeded my expectations in all details, especially the tiles!
I highly recommend Luxe Remodeling to anyone looking for a quality remodeling at a reasonable price.

We looked at five contractors for completing a total bath remodel in one of our most important rooms, our master-bath. Looking at contractors for skill and trust creates apprehension at best. Anyone can appreciate we were keen to get the job done to our satisfaction – the first time. We made the right choice in our contractor! Nasser at Luxe Remodeling did not disappoint us in competency, price, and trust. Now we have a beautiful five star master-bathroom we will use for a long time to come. Nasser has an eye for detail and design. He is professionally skilled, meticulous, methodical; a perfectionist. His pricing was very competitive. As we worked through the project, Nasser and his crew quickly communicated confidence in their skills and standards of excellence, not for just the appearance of the project, but, equally important, the unseen workmanship behind it. We are completely satisfied with our master-bath project and the contractor, Luxe Remodeling. We will be choosing Luxe Remodeling for our kitchen remodel.

I worked with Luxe Remodeling for my home remodel and Nasser (GC) and his team were absolutely the best! It was a full home remodel (2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, hand railing, replacing interior and exterior doors, remodeling two fireplaces, treating wall texture, full home repainting as well as LVP flooring and carpet).

The project was complex and involved removing multiple load bearing walls, as well as transferring the kitchen to make an open layout, nevertheless Nasser handled every stage of the project with great professionalism. All the way from the demolition stage, working under permit, framing, electrical and plumbing work, to the final touch ups, Nasser demonstrated great grasp of the many details that go in construction projects, knowledge of the city codes, and unmatched attention to details (even for details that get hidden behind the walls!!).

One thing I really enjoyed was not only how well Nasser supervised his team to ensure high quality craftsmanship, but how hands-on he was, working directly on many parts of the project himself and demonstrating his great experience. He’s a true magician!

During the project Nasser showed up on the job site Every-Single-Day!! Ensuring supervision for all work done at the home the entire time. Nasser also went above and beyond in supervising work that was done at the home outside our contract (e.g. HVAC system replacement, and building a french drain around the home).

At the start of the project we shared designs for what we aspire for our home interior design, and we got exactly what we dreamed of! Luxe remodeling is definitely now my go to recommendation for any future home improvement project!

====== Update 9/1/2025 ======

I hired Luxe Remodeling for a second project this year which is to renovate my ~450 sqft backyard deck and yet again Nasser did a phenomenal job! The project included redoing the decking boards, the railing as well as many parts of the deck framing including the support posts and the ledger board connection to the home.

Nasser handled the entire project with excellence, ensuring that all parts are done with high quality and meeting Kirkland building codes.

In addition and since it has been more than a year since my previous review for the full home remodel I did with Luxe Remodel I wanted to provide an update that everything at the home continued to function without any issues or leaks whatsoever! It's great to have a piece of mind with quality craftsmanship from Luxe Remodeling!

The best professional in his field. He does his job qualitatively. Without a single mistake. Our family was very pleased with the work. Everything was clear in time. Now we recommend it to all our friends. And the next repair will be trusted only to this company and no one else. I advise you as the best company in your business !!!!

We are DIYers and pretty handy ones at that - Tile though isn't for us. Alex just left and the work they did on the kids shower tub surround is awesome! I chose and procured the tile and bathroom fixtures and they did the rest. And it looks beautiful! Reasonable price. Very very clean, precise thorough and awesome communication. Also to note - efficient. They also thought of some of the little things that we didn't that make a world of difference (like the head of the shower head?!) Needless to say - we need to start planning our bathroom now and hopeful Alex and team will be available to help us with that as well.

My bathroom was fully remodeled with this guys. We made a great plan to get everything done while we were on vacation. They called me during vacation to figure all nuances and my family was super happy with results. We’ve got ceiling raised with new lighting, new tiles everywhere, new cabinets, countertops, sinks, new plumbing, new bath. New texture and paint on walls. We were very glad with quality, timing, and more importantly price.

Alex and his team are a dream team. We ended up having a leak in our master shower that was leaking to our 2nd floor. I just needed a tile cutter to cut the area bigger for a bigger face plate. They were so precise and accurate and did an amazing job. We than had them seal our tile and grout in both bathrooms. What a difference that makes for mildew and mold buildup.

We then ended up with a cracked tile in our kitchen. And Alex and his team quickly fixed it within one day of reaching out.

Overall he has done four projects for us and has been completely professional, timely, fair priced and amazing. I didn’t think I ever needed a tile guy but I am so glad I have one now. You can’t go wrong with using Alex and his team for all tile projects.

We had a great experience with Gibson Fence and Deck. This was our second project together. This time, they did an excellent job on both our arbor and fence. The craftsmanship is fantastic. Everything feels very sturdy and clearly built to last. They were on time, very communicative throughout the project, and incredibly easy and pleasant to work with. We especially appreciated that the crew came up with a creative idea to improve the landscaping borders and steps along the side of our yard. Even though it wasn’t originally in scope, they were able to add it without adding much time or cost. The whole process was smooth and professional and we’re really happy with the result. Highly recommend.

They replaced our old fence with a brand new one in only 2 days. The new fence looks much better than the original as well. They do excellent work.

A true masterpiece was created!
Thank you again guys!

We recently had a privacy fence installed in our yard to block our home from a busy street in Kirkland, and it turned out even better than we imagined. The fence gives our front yard a sense of peace and privacy that we have never had before.

Damon took the time to answer all of our questions and really listen to what we wanted. But what made the process stand out even more was the crew on site. Jerry was incredible throughout the project. We had a large cedar post which needed to be fitted into a tricky corner of our yard. It was heavier than expected and the angle was awkward, but Jerry didn’t hesitate to solve the issue to make sure it fit perfectly. That level of care was consistent throughout the whole fence. He checked in with us daily, asked for feedback on placement and spacing, and made sure every detail matched our vision.

By the end of the project every board was straight, the spacing was perfect, and the cedar’s natural beauty really shines. The crew left the yard cleaner than they found it, and they genuinely care about doing the job right.

I can honestly say this was one of the best home improvement experiences we’ve had. Damon and the team made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The result is something we will appreciate every time we step outside.

My porch was falling apart at my house here in Kirkland. I called Gibson Fence and Deck and had a great experience from beginning to end. Great communication and they helped with a full replacement of my porch, railings, and fixtures.

Gibson Fence and Deck built our deck and railing here in Kirkland. The crew was super friendly and easy to work with, a positive experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.
