From the start, they were super communicative and made sure we were on the same page. Julie captured our vision perfectly, hardly requiring any adjustments--the design was exactly what we wanted (better than what we imagined thanks to Julie's ideas). Miki was incredibly proactive; any concerns we had (minor as they were) were addressed immediately and with great care.

Both Miki and Julie were a delight to work with. Their energy and positivity made the entire experience enjoyable. They were very clear about the schedule and there were no surprises along the way.

We decided to remodel our kitchen after downsizing ten years ago to a 1964 rancher. My wife and I have spent years cooking together, so we had a very specific list of requirements. Miki and Julie not only delivered on every one of them—they also guided us toward a modern design that worked beautifully for our space. Miki and his team did quality work, communicated with us consistently, and stayed on schedule. What began as a kitchen remodel turned into something much bigger: an entire home transformation that had a stunning impact on our lifestyle.

I really appreciate how Miki worked so hard to make sure we were satisfied every step of the way, including that bit at the end where there's a neverending set of little things you want to fix - they took it in stride and really delivered for us. Miki, Julie and their team worked with us on our Bathroom and closet remodel. It was a daunting project for us, and we had no idea where to start. Right from the quote process, Miki and Julie did a superb job of giving us ideas, and gave us a detailed estimate and walk through of the project. Julie also gave us great suggestions on reconfiguring the space to meet our needs. Once we started the project, Miki and the team were very responsive to any unexpected issues that needed a slight change in plans. Once the project was complete, Julie was very helpful in suggesting color and docor options, and Miki was very responsive to any feedback and tweaks that we wanted to make.

We had an outstanding experience working with Elevated Home Remodel on what started as a kitchen and primary bathroom remodel and ultimately expanded to include three additional bathrooms and a custom hallway built-in closet. From the very beginning, Miki and Julie were incredible partners. They took the time to listen to our style preferences and provided a clear, cohesive design vision that truly reflected what we wanted.
They spent a ton of time helping us select materials and colors, created detailed renderings of all the projects before work began, and even posted a detailed plan and schedule at the site—which was helpful for us and their team. Drew and Pete did a fantastic job building our new Suncadia home. They made the process so easy! From start to finish the whole thing took just over nine months, which was a miracle during the pandemic. Another miracle? They were so organized that even during all of the materials shortages we were never delayed. I appreciated their design input and the access to showrooms to choose our finishes. Also, given how hard this past winter was up in the mountains with the sheer amount of snow we are pleased to report that while many of our neighbors had ice damns and damage our house is in perfect condition. I can’t say enough great things about how the whole process went and how easy these guys (and their project manager Spencer) were to work with! I highly recommend!

We built our dream home completely from foundation with Bauer Homes and couldn’t be happier. Peter went above and beyond, and worked with us to plan our home design, budget, and foresaw with meticulous detail the completion of our 4000 sq. ft. home. He was always courteous, professional, friendly, respectful, and we appreciated his attention to detail and quality work in every aspect of my home. He always promptly returned our calls and emails, always kept us up to date daily with construction plans and budget, and always discussed choices and issues with us. Among the many home builders we consulted with, we chose Peter for his sincerity and insight, his willingness to work out plans and explore possibilities that would meet our budget and desires, and he was also the only builder who wanted to meet with us at the actual site of our future home, and envisioned the project on our property as a whole, not just the actual house. He even considered resale value, which was something we did not even think about! We had imagined a humble “normal house,” but what Peter built for us still within budget completely exceeded our expectations and imaginations. We now live in the most beautiful dream home and the envy of all my neighbors! It has been 1 whole year that we live here now, and we have had no issues concerning the quality of construction. The house is solidly built - and we know, because we were there with Peter with every step, including plans with the engineers and architect. Whatever small cosmetic issues we had since, Peter promptly came to fix it within a few days. We consider Peter a true friend and it was such great pleasure working with him, and we were blessed to have had him as our “partner” in making our dream home come true.

We chose the Bauer Team to build our custom home, based on our sense that they would not just be “builders” but that they would be “partners” with us in this endeavor. Pete & Drew, and Spencer - their great Superintendent proved choosing them was a great decision!
We had many ideas of special, unusual features we wanted in our Suncadia home, and knew some of these would likely complicate the building process. The Bauer team never hesitated to professionally and thoroughly tackle every special feature we wanted – beginning with initial planning for each one, followed with special attention to every construction detail. Just one example, is our beautiful wine cellar that required special attention to vapor barrier, insulation, wall covering, a glass wall and door, lighting, and cooling – the Bauer team meticulously and perfectly addressed each of those and we are thrilled with the result!
Beyond the many features we initially knew we wanted – were challenges arising from “things you never thought about, until the project is underway”. Pete, Drew and Spencer were wonderful in addressing any concern or desire for a change that we thought of as the project progressed – they listened and advised us, and once again – partnered with us to address our request. An example was how they helped us raise the ceiling in a couple areas where we realized we wanted more ceiling height, long after framing had been completed. And we are so happy with those higher ceilings.
As our project started winding down, all of the Bauer Team was totally focused on final intricate details, making sure no little detail was missed – the tiling, floors, walls, appliances, even meticulously cleaning. The result was that our “pre-move-in punch list” revealed unusually few items – basically a nearly perfect build, almost nothing more than a couple very minor requests that we needed them to do. The move-in couldn’t have been better. And topping this off, after our move-in, we’ve also had no noteworthy issues – only a question or two along the way, that the Bauer team quickly and thoroughly answered.
Pete, Drew and team were great to work with, and professionally delivered the exact home we envisioned, that is proving to have been built with excellence in every regard. We love our new home in every way, and we highly recommend Bauer Custom Homes!

Really happy with this team, they are absolutely professional, punctual, and everything was left clean and working perfectly. Highly recommend them!

Promptly response, call him for emergency main sewer drain clogged , accurately pinpointed source of the blockage, got pictures of the issue inside the pipe, it was a tree root that perforated main pipe reducing adequate flow , they were able to use jet to partially unclog the restriction and temporary make main pipe to drain until full repair of the main pipe is going to be made

When I had a plumbing emergency - mainline replacement of 700FT long! , Shamim and his 6-person crew responded with lightning speed, arriving within hours of my call. Their fast service saved the day, and I was blown away by how hard they worked to resolve the issue efficiently and thoroughly.

Great services by Yama and Shamim!! Got a clog in kitchen sink for couple of days and tried snake with my 25 feet auger, didn’t work. Called Shamim at night, Yama showed up 10AM on time, tried 100 feel snake as best efforts and finally the hydro jet, full of grease but finally get it working!! Thank you Kirkland rooter for saving my day!!!!

We had Kirkland Rooter come to our home for a second opinion on a leak behind our kitchen sink after an ambiguous opinion from another plumbing service. The technician conducted a very thorough inspection, including testing whether it was from a pipe coming into or leaving our sink, and narrowed down the location within several feet and explained his reasoning (free of charge). We decided to proceed with a direct diagnosis of the problem, and the tech was correct about the cause and location of the leak. They fixed the pipes and added some extra insulation around them to help prevent damage during freezing events, and went above and beyond to repair the surrounding wood siding and range exhaust fan that had to be removed during repair.
