Constraction reviews in Kirkland, Washington

Kirkland Rooter helped us out with some plumbing issues we had today. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I love working with yama because they always provide quality service and they're super reliable. Highly recommend. Thanks

Shamim and his team did an excellent job.
Fast, clean, and very professional. I highly recommend them 👍🏼

Our house has a disjoint connector between the house and city sewer.
Shamin came in 30 minutes after the call and quickly provided a plan and reasonable quote.
The project was done the same afternoon and my issue was resolved.

The process was efficient and professional, will definitely come back again for future needs.

We had an amazing experience with this company, especially with Mr. Shamim. On the 4th of July, when most businesses were closed, we had a pipe burst in our home, and we were in a panic. Mr. Shamim showed up quickly, was extremely professional, and fixed everything perfectly.

Not only did he resolve the issue efficiently and at a very reasonable price, but he also left the area spotless. His professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were truly impressive. We are so grateful for his help and would highly recommend him and this company to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and fairly priced plumber.

Thank you again for saving our holiday!P

I recently used Kirkland rooter for a plumbing issue, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly and helpful. The plumber arrived on time, was professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. They explained everything clearly and provided a fair estimate before starting the work.

The repair was done efficiently, and they left the area clean when they finished. I appreciate their honesty, quality workmanship, and prompt response. I highly recommend Kirkland rooter to anyone in need of reliable plumbing services!

Kirkland Rooter is awesome! They are the most responsive service professional I’ve ever used. They handled both an emergency service and traditional plumbing services. The technicians are professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Kirkland Rooter and Milad are awesome!

Milad arrived promptly, was very personable, and quickly figured out what the problem was. Highly recommend!

Outstanding Plumbing Service!

I had an amazing experience with Shamim! From the moment I called, his service was professional and responsive. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and left the area spotless after finishing the job.

Not only did he fix the problem perfectly, but his pricing was also fair and transparent—no hidden fees or surprises. I highly recommend Shamim to anyone in need of reliable and high-quality plumbing services. Will definitely use him again in the future!

I called Kirkland Rooter as a last minute emergency, it was after hours and my water heater gave out and was leaking and flooding my garage! I was able to booked with them same day and within an hour they had arrived gave a good quote and got the job done! Highly recommend!

Kirkland Rooter was absolutely amazing!! I had a leak from my dishwasher, and because I had not been using it, I was panicking there was an emergency issue with my plumbing . He explained over the phone what he thought was going on, and that I likely did not need to waste my money having a plumber come out. He asked me several questions to determine whether it was a pipe issue or the dishwasher. He had me text him a photo of my faucets under the sink to check if they were super old and potentially would cause a worse problem if I tried to turn it off, as well as letting me know which one to turn off. He responded immediately to my text and said to go ahead and turn it off carefully and watch for leaking. All was good. He went WAY above and beyond to help me avoid the expense of having someone come out unnecessarily! He also gave me advice on places to buy a new dishwasher with the best prices on installation. I cannot recommend this company enough!!! He is honest, ethical, and the rate he quoted to come out and do an evaluation of the problem (if I had really wanted that) was excellent and less than a previous plumber I had used a few years ago. I am so relieved I found a great plumber I can call in the future should any issues come up! I highly recommend this company!

I highly recommend Kirkland Rooter! Shamim and his team were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood the work they were doing.

What really stood out was their attention to cleanliness; they were so careful to keep everything tidy and respected my home like it was their own. I truly appreciated how friendly they were, answering all my questions patiently.

It’s not easy to find such reliable, honest, and skilled professionals these days. I’m so glad I chose Kirkland Rooter and will definitely call Shamim again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

Great service, incredibly polite and astonishingly quick! Very knowledgeable and experienced. I live in a condo and they were intimately familiar and knowledgeable about the nuances of HOAs and how to shut off water in shared residences like my building.

Highly recommend them, especially if you live in an apartment of condo!

Kirkland Rooter was quick to plan their visit and provided us a quote and the process for leak fix promptly. They also provided more than one pricing - with or without new hardware - which was great. Highly recommend Farshid, he had the right knowledge.

Farshid came out and replaced our tub spout with quick notice on a Sunday. From contacting them to job completion was within 3 hours. Thank you!

Kirkland Rooter came out today to fix a faulty kitchen drain and work on gas leaks in existing lines. The technician showed up on time and we reviewed the items to be repaired and he got to work immediately. The repairs were made to my complete satisfaction. The technician was knowledgeable and very professional. I would recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Milad was able to come over within 30 minutes of our after hours call to fix our clogged tub drain quickly and efficiently. Such a relief as we were leaving town early the next morning and having a pet sitter come to stay. Thank you Milad!

Great experience! We had a plumbing emergency at night, and the team showed up within an hour to check things out. Milad came right on time the next day and fixed it.

Kirkland Rooters are quick, professional, and reliable. They show up and get the job done. Their prices are fair and offer great value for the quality of work they provide.

Waste of time,
If I could give a negative star I would. I called Shamim to help out a friend with a plumbing issue in his bathtub and the main water shut off.
I have NEVER been so rudely talked to on the phone.
Suffice it to say, we did NOT hire him and would not recommend anyone call this company - unless you like being treated like a piece of excrement.

We got some urgent water leakage issue, Milad gave a thorough analysis and did a professional job to seal our toilet with reasonable price. We would recommend them for plumbing jobs.

Milad did a great job fixing our sink leak and replaced the disposal. The total job from when I called to resolution was 1 hour. Super fast service.
