Milad did an excellent job snaking the drain of a shower that was backed up from the septic t-tank. He was prompt, professional, resolved it quickly, and left the area clean afterwards. Thank you, Milad!

A few days ago we were made aware that an elderly family member had an exterior clogged drain issue and contacted Kirkland Rooter. They were there within a couple of hours and within two days had solved the entire problem (including the additional work that was found during which included serious digging as water was going under the house). These guys stood out there in the middle of a huge rain storm, had the owner come over to confirm when things became complicated, and left the place all cleaned up. The homeowner was absolutely impressed by their customer service, knowledge of the issue, and work. Most importantly, as an older woman living on her own, she felt safe with each of the crew members that were onsite. We are going to be recommending them to everyone from here on out! Called this morning. Fast response to clean our two slow drains.
Very nice person and got the greasy blockage in kitchen and hair clog in bathroom cleared up.

Called to get them to come help with our shower and toilet being backed up. They went the honest route and told me over the phone how it was likely a septic tank needing to be pumped.

other companies probably would have taken the appointment and sent someone out to inspect and/or do work and then charge me to only then tell me the issue was the septic.

Hard to find honest companies sometimes. These guys are one of them!!!

We had an emergency backup where the problem wasn't toilet related but was a broken transition piece in the pipe underground. Needless to say it was a more serious problem than I thought. Shamim and Kirkland Rooter came within 1 hr of my phone call, and diagnosed/video camera'd/fixed the problem perfectly and made everything look like it was never touched. 10/10 customer service.

Had a clogged sewer pipe and Kirkland rooter came out quickly and diagnosed our issue. They were transparent on the fix and came back the next day which was Sunday. We have an old house and piping so with the sewer line replacement they even added a CO that we previously didn’t have because of the type of old pipe we had they got us back up and running quickly.

I had an old toilet that started leaking and I called Shamim in Sunday afternoon. He quickly sent a technician, Milad, to my house. Milad checked the situation and quickly suggested the best fix solutions. He put extra care in his work to make sure the fix is done properly and will last forever. The job was done nicely and big thanks to Milad who came out in Sunday afternoon to save my day.

I tried for a few hours to unclog my toilet, but I was unable to. A really nice gentleman named Milad Was able to get it fixed in five minutes! They arrived about 30 minutes after I called, On a weekend no less. These guys are amazing!!! Thank you Milad!

Shamin was prompt, courteous, and fixed exactly what we needed. He gave us a quote before arriving and didn't change it after finishing. And it was on Saturday night. We needed additional service couple of days later, and Milad came over and also did a great job.
