Constraction reviews in Kirkland, Washington

I’m not satisfied with the final result. The finishing was sloppy, and it didn’t match what we originally agreed on. Would not recommend.

Work was rushed and lacked attention to detail. Overall, not a great experience. The team was not very organized, and the project did not meet my expectations in terms of quality or timeline.

Very professional and easy to work with!!!

great job

leo is absolutely professional

Great roofer. Very professional work and pay attention to the detail. I will use Leo again.

Léo and his crew were amazing. His level of professionalism is sometimes that only a few companies can offer, and I'm glad that I choose him.

Great work, thorough, and friendly. Leo is an honest guy. They didn't just turn and burn, they took the time to show me the damaged areas and again when they fixed it.

My experience with Leo construction was the best that I ever had. Leonardo came with his team and they did an excellent job, responsible, trustful and on time. I highly recommend.

Leo and his crew have helped me maintain and clean a ceramic tile roof. They are efficient, a delight to work with and do excellent work. Highly recommend!

Very experienced and technical roofing and construction company. Leo Construction is honest, fair, accurate, and highly skilled! Their craftsmanship and ethic are unmatched. I would recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks Leo!

Leo construction built me the most beautiful roof I could imagine. It truly is a work of art.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to build your roof! And Leo is the nicest guy you'll ever work with.

Leo Construction is the best in the business—genuine, honest, and extremely hardworking. Leo himself is deeply committed to his community, always sharing his expertise and ensuring that clients fully understand the process. His approach makes communication seamless and the entire experience smooth.

I highly recommend them!

Leo over the past few years helped us with a few projects. His team replaced our roof first, then replaced our collapsing wooden staircase in our front yard. Both times his team finished the project super quickly and did a good job. He is our go to person now whenever we need something done in our home.

EXCEPTIONAL! We have worked with Leo Construction since 2020, when he was the lead on our roof replacement. The attention to detail continues, and we rely on their roof cleaning services in our heavily treed neighborhood to clean and prevent moss damage. Truly above and beyond, and the best we've ever worked with.

Very impressed with Leo's great workmanship! Responses and updates are always prompt. Very collaborative at working out a design and giving reasonable recommendations. 5/5 Will hire again!

Leonardo and his team are simply the best! From start to finish, the entire roofing process was handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and a clear focus on quality. Leonardo’s expertise and dedication truly set him apart.

The project was completed on time and within budget, and the results are absolutely flawless. The new roof not only looks amazing but also gives us peace of mind knowing it’s built to last. Leonardo went above and beyond to ensure everything was done perfectly, even cleaning up the job site meticulously afterward.

I highly recommend Leonardo for any roofing project—he’s knowledgeable, reliable, and delivers top-notch results. If you’re looking for a trustworthy roofing professional, look no further! Thank you, Leonardo, for your outstanding work!

Leo Construction Services did an excellent job repairing and rebuilding our deck after it was damaged in the 'bomb cyclone' last year. Leo is extremely detail oriented and everything was completed to our satisfaction. He was professional, everything was cleaned up each day as work progressed and he made sure we were completely satisfied with the results. He also communicated well on progress, ordering material etc. I highly recommend this company for deck building. We have also used Leo for roof and gutter cleaning and that experience was also excellent!!! We have more projects in this area next year and plan to use Leo's Construction Services again!!! Pics of the before and after of the deck are below.
