After the recent wind storm my insurance agent suggest I contact Ashley Fry at Servpro. She was quick to respond and schedule a tech to come out. Our first tech that did the inspection was Scott. He was courteous and very professional and answered all the questions my wife and I had. After scheduling the work, Chad and Hector showed up to do the moisture mitigation and remove some drywall at the request of my insurance. After going over the work to be done Chad and Hector got right to work protecting our carpet and belongings from dust and debris. Throughout the performance of the work being done, Chad made sure to show me what was going to happen next and then finally called me over to look at the damage in the area where the tree had almost broken through into the living space. I was able to take photos and then he explained the work that had been done. The whole time I was very impressed at the lack of mess especially due to the amount of drywall that was removed. Care was also taken to not do more damage than necessary. Chad then explained the equipment that was being left behind and how long it might have to stay. Both Chad and Hector were courteous and very professional. The first follow-up after the mitigation equipment was setup was performed by Scott. He determined that everything was nice and dry and the equipment didn't have stay any longer.

Overall my experience with SERVPRO of Kirkland was very positive I would highly recommend SERVPRO of Kirkland to anyone that is seeking their services.

We came home to water leaking from upstairs bathroom into kitchen. Nick and Dallas and the entire ServPro team of Kirkland were incredible. They had the mess cleaned up and deep drying underway within hours, coordinated daily checkins, and took great care to keep the home tidy and functional. Nick D from Servpro of Kirkland came out to my property to inspect substance staining from a Tenant that was being spat out of a window onto gravel and a children's sandbox. Within an hour he had the area cleared from contamination and chemicaly treated. Next day there was fresh clean gravel to replace the stinky brown residue(chewing tobacco by all references).

Maddy in the office was nice to work with too. She made the process quick and efficient.

We had a water heater leak and had some flooding, which required us to replace all of our flooring and dry out the first floor. Nick D was the lead coordinator and he was great. Profressional, gave me an idea of what the process looked like (my first time experiencing this) and was very communicative. Nick A, Mitzy and Erique all helped pack up and move out our stuff so that the floors could be ripped out. I would recommend Servpro of Kirkland again.

We recently worked with Nick from Servpro to address a mold issue in our home, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the start, Nick impressed us with his deep knowledge and skill—he explained the process clearly, answered all of our questions with patience, and identified things we would have easily overlooked.

Keaton, Sven, and Hector did a great job removing the damaged carpet and treating the subfloors to prevent further issues. They also took care of our crawl space, treating the soil to ensure everything was properly sanitized. Their attention to detail gave us peace of mind during a really stressful time.

A few days later, we had additional water accumulate from heavy rain. Dallas, Brandon, and Hector came back out and quickly took care of the drainage. They were efficient and respectful of our space.

We had condensation pipes leak from an AC unit on the roof and, being on the first floor, were hit the worst. Nick and team were on it. Nick's communication was amazing... Constant updates, heads-up whenever they were arriving (our dogs are a handful), setting healthy expectations every step of the way, and moving quick to get us to the next stage of repair. 5 stars

Nick & Scott were very knowledgeable and helpful about finding and treating Mold. They did a thorough test and found no mold. Still they disinfected the affected area where we had leaks to make sure it is clean and ready for our new flooring. We highly recommend them for your needs. They were both very polite and nice.

Working with Scott Holeman, Project Manager, from Servpro of Kirkland was an exceptional experience during a very difficult time. When my toilet overflowed and caused water damage to both my apartment and the unit below, he stepped in with professionalism, skill, and patience that made all the difference.

From the urgent first response to the final stages of reconstruction, he communicated clearly and politely, ensuring I understood what was happening and what to expect next. He remained calm and effective throughout, even when outside challenges—such as insurance complications—made the situation more difficult. His ability to keep all parties, including my landlord, informed and reassured was invaluable in preventing further stress and frustration.
What stood out most was his strong work ethic and consistent follow-through. He took the time to do the job right, making sure every detail was addressed, and never wavered in his professionalism. His efforts not only minimized damage but helped rebuild trust with my landlord at a critical time. This level of dedication is rare, and I am truly grateful for his integrity and service. I’m giving Servpro three stars because their equipment did eventually dry out the room, but the experience overall was frustrating. When I called, I was told there would be an additional $100 after-hours fee, but the final charge was $400 instead — about a third of the total bill. Maybe I misheard, but if the actual fee was $400, I wish they had made that clearer — that’s a big difference, and I might have called someone else.

Their team helped with the drying but misdiagnosed the source of the leak, saying it was from the foundation when it turned out to be the roof. I also had to keep following up to get the report, which they said was delayed due to computer issues. I will definitely get someone else next time.

A previous contractor did a bad job on fixing a leaking shower bench that leaked again after only 3 years. Based on the great reviews, I then contacted Servpro of Kirkland and they sent Scott and crew out to evaluate the drying process. They were considerate and knowledgeable and avoided tearing up the ceiling below for the drying process. Keith then handled the organization of reconstructing job. He showed me and explained to me about why the previous work failed and gave me a couple of options of how he would handle a proper fix. Eventually Keith brought Marco over and they both agreed on the plan moving forward. Marco did an awesome job on the tile shelf and it has a proper rim/lip this time. He also fixed the slope of the shelf to force water back off the shelf into the drain. My custom glass shower was put back in with no problems and sealed better than it was the first time. From one call to Servpro, all this work happened, in order, without me handling any contractors separately which is exactly what I wanted. They would text me with a time and show up promptly on time. Based on the quality of the work, they are handling the repaint/repair of the kitchen ceiling below that was affected by the leak. Everybody I dealt with seemed to be an expert at their job which is all you could ask for when dealing with home repair. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I cannot thank Nick Mercy enough for the care and professionalism he showed when responding to my apartment emergency. A severe upstairs toilet overflow had soaked through the flooring into the unit below, and the situation was overwhelming. From the moment he arrived, he was prompt, patient, and incredibly thorough.
He immediately worked to reduce further destruction and guided me through every step of the process in a way that was clear, direct, and polite. What impressed me most was his calm and steady communication—not just with me, but also with my landlord and the other parties involved. Even when my insurance company delayed and complicated the process, he kept the focus on solutions while demonstrating outstanding ethics and professionalism.
This was not a quick job; it took many days of cleanup, reconstruction, and careful coordination, yet he never rushed the work and consistently communicated what would happen next. The level of respect, diligence, and integrity he brought to this stressful time truly changed the outcome of the situation for the better. Because of his efforts, my landlord and I were able to move forward positively, and I am continuing my lease with confidence. I am deeply appreciative and highly recommend him.

Maureen and her team, are amazing. They were kind, caring and with all of my belonging. Seeing all of my belongings packed with such care definitely lowered my stress level.

Keith and Cale who were my projects managers were exceptionally customer focused, patient and responsive to all my concerns. They both made sure that I was satisfied with the end product. My home looks better than ever.

We had a major mold and leak issue. Production manager Maureen Lopez and her team Were there the next day for testing and the day after for removal. The work was done in a very timely manner and Maureen kept us in the loop every step of the way. She also works with her team which was great to see. Thank you to Derick,Maureen and their team for very professional work.

Our ground floor apartment started flooding on a Saturday morning, 9/20, and it quickly became apparent that it was a pretty serious issue. After about 7 hours of the plumbers working to try to stop it, we realized we had to evacuate and called ServPro. They came out within about an hour and started pulling everything from the closest affected rooms. They worked so quickly and they were so kind. By 10:30pm, all the important stuff was packed up or moved as far from the flooding as possible. Unfortunately they had to go back TWO more days. Monday they helped pack out the rest of the apartment WHILE the restoration team was working and the whole place reeked. Tuesday, as they were moving the last of the big items onto the truck in the morning, the flooding started up again, but they still came out after hours to make a 1.5 hour drive to drop off our stuff at a storage unit and the place we’re staying so we could have our essentials. They then had to drive back to us again Wednesday to deliver the last of our items. They never slowed down, they were always kind and polite and funny, and they made a truly terrible experience a little less bad.

I cannot begin to say how impressed I am with their service, their attitude, and their commitment to try to make things right.

- Nick D and Nick A, the dream team who worked into the night to keep our stuff from being ruined by sewer water
- Maureen and Oriana, who didn’t let industrial machinery and active flooding slow them down and got our loose items safely packed away
- Cale Stasiak and Keith Gorman, who made a loooong drive just to make sure we got our last few worldly possessions safely delivered (and who offered help if we needed it later on)
