This was a visit for a quote on a new generator or the ability to fix mine. Joe, the salesperson, was very friendly but is very new and knows how to sell but not much about generators. I am sure he will learn a lot as time goes on. Just gathering prices at this time.

I was looking for a replacement for my 10 year old whole home standy generator. After getting three quotes, one of which was through Costco I decided on Generatech. I could not be happier with my decision. The owner Amir gave me a very thorough breakdown on what was required and I was extremely happy with the quality of the work that was done. This company specializes in Generac generators and these are relatively easy to maintain and service (both of which Genertech does). I would highly recommend them.

Our Generac generator didn't turn on during the most recent power outage. Amir from Generatech came by to take a look. He got the generator back in working order, explained very well everything he was doing, tested it to make sure the system was working (while demonstrating the transfer switch to me), and asked first before doing anything that would cost more money (installing a new battery). He also did a quick check of our furnace electrical as I had another "quick" question for him. Very patient, thorough, and knowledgable. I would definitely call Generatech and Amir again.
