Highly recommend. Very detailed work. Even took the initiative to help me get the pest control since wasps nest was found during the roof cleaning. Also helped to clean the dryer vent for free. Already booked him for next year!

I highly recommend Urban Clean. I'm fairly picky about cleaning companies of any sort, and after years of subpar service, I came across Urban Clean, and have been using them for the past few years! The owner, Brandon, is easy to work with, professional, thorough, and an all-around nice guy! I love supporting small local businesses. I've used them for cleaning our roof, windows, gutters, and had them soft power wash our gutters last summer. Not only do they do a great job, but they are very reasonably priced as well. I look forward to them coming every year.

We have a pretty steep and high metal roof (about 32' at gable top), and I've used Brandon and the team for roof and gutter cleaning since we moved in 2020. Their prices are very reasonable and the guys work hard. They clean up pretty well too at the end of the job and we have a lot of trees around shedding quite a bit of debris. Hasn't been the easiest to get on their schedule with ongoing pandemic issues and demand for their work, but it's worth the wait. I like the fact that it's a small local company vs having random people showing up every time you need the roof and gutters cleaned.

I am very impressed. I called and got estimates from several other places but Sarah and Brandon from Urban Clean were the most professional and honest.

I've had my fair share of feeling like I was taken advantage of or being ripped off or conned from various contractors and companies so it was nice to be able to speak to one that was actually helpful and honest. It really felt like I was chatting with a friend rather than a pushy door to door salesman.

Brandon is knowledgeable and took the time to explain things and was very respectful of what I did and did not want done. He was careful and even applied extra moss killer powder on the areas that had more moss.

Photos were taken of my roof top before and after treatment, which I found useful.

I had Brandon and his crew out to my 3,600sq/ft property in Edmonds. He was very responsive and gave me a detailed quote for less than I have paid in the past. As for his work, it is top notch. He provided before and after photos of all of his work and completed the job in a timely manner. Any mess he made was cleaned and the house looked fantastic when he left. Will recommend to friends and family.

Brandon and his team did a great job cleaning the moss off our roof. He cleaned out the gutters, and made sure the downspouts were clear. He cleared out our dryer vent and even hung up some woodpecker deterrents that we provided. We are very happy with his work and plan on having him come out next year. We have already gotten complements on our roof!

Brandon is detailed oriented and happy to talk through whatever work needs to be done. He did an initial gutter cleaning and then came back, at my request, every single week from late September through early November to clean off my roof and keep the gutters clear of leaves from my 50+ year old maple tree. I’ve hired him again for this year and feel grateful to have found his business.

We hired Brandon upon recommendation from coworkers to remove moss from our roof. He did an excellent job at not only removing the moss, but clean up and prevention! We liked his services so much brought him back out for gutter and dryer vent cleaning the next year.
