Tie (Tanner) showed up on time, cleared out the gutters quickly, and cleaned up all the debris. After finishing, he noticed a roof harness anchor cover had landed on my patio--and he climbed back up to reattach it. Super professional and detail oriented.

I’ve been using ladder heroes for three or four years now to clean my gutters and roof. They’re very responsive and they always do great work and clean up after the job. and if there’s an issue with their work, they’ve been very empathetic and timely coming to resolve it. They’re reliable and I’ll keep using them.

This was my first experience with Ladder Hero’s and I felt that they did a great job. I would highly recommend their roof and gutter cleaning and moss treatment services, as they were efficient and very communicative throughout the cleaning process. I didn’t give a five star rating only because it got dark at the end of their work so some of the cleanup work was missed, which is understandable given the circumstances.

Tie did a great job cleaning our roof, our skylights, and pressure washing our driveway and stairs. He did a fantastic detailed job even when things took a little longer than estimated; He didn’t cut any corners just to get out on time. Everyone I spoke too was very friendly and helpful, and we’ll be using them again for sure.
