I contacted MM Home Services to help me get rid of construction dust from a remodel of my personal home. Construction dust is impossible to get rid of but Armando and his team did it! They were punctual, competitively priced, and did a 5 star job. Since then, I’ve passed their contact information on to several of my clients and will keep doing so in the future.

Mm Services has been cleaning my house for years. They do a fantastic job cleaning and are responsive, flexible and caring. With kids, dogs and a crazy schedule, Nellie and her team have been so helpful when things get crazy and I need to change or add cleaning tasks. My house always look amazing!

MM Home Services have been helping us keep on top of things for the last year- and before then with move in/move out cleaning services. Their work- compared to others that we've used in the past- is consistently superb. It's always a pleasure to come home after their visit to a gleaming house- their standards are very high and they pay attention to details in every room. The best house cleaning service I have used in 20 years. I had the house spring cleaned and they were amazing! They are now on a monthly schedule with me. They are efficient, thorough, careful and proud of their work. My husband is very particular about his space and even he was pleased. You can't go wrong with MM Home Services.

Armando and his team do excellent work. They are nice and professional. They’ve helped me to get my parents house ready for sale: interior painting, carpet cleaning, yard work, repairing fence, and deep house cleaning. He has also helped me with doing some replacing of boards on our deck, as well as staining and painting. He also repaired a whole on an interior wall, and has done dump runs for us. The quality is great and the pricing is reasonable. Armando has always responded to my requests quickly and tries to fit me in between jobs. For the most part he’s there when he says he’s going to be there. If he’s running late he always calls me, which I REALLY appreciate. I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately I did not receive the services I paid for. I booked a 4 hr cleaning and the housekeeper was supposed to arrive at 10am. They called at that time to say they were running a little late. They arrived after 11am. I left her with a list of duties and all of the cleaning supplies. I returned after some errands about 2 hrs and 45 min later to find that she was gone. Nothing on the list was done except for a sloppy job of vacuuming. Do NOT waste your money. Even after I sent an email along with pics to management, I was told that I could only get a refund of $29 and not $119(what I paid) because "she did clean for 3 hrs." She did not clean for 3 hrs and my 12 year old could have done a better job.

Wonderful experience with this company today. The technicians cleaned our dryer vent, inspected the wood stove, and completed chimney cleaning services efficiently. Their water damage restoration services and mold remediation helped make our home healthier than before Highly recommended this company.

I highly recommend this company for air duct and dryer vent services. The workers arrived on time, completed a detailed Dryer Vent Inspection, and cleaned years of dust from the vents. Their central air conditioning repair service was reliable, and their heating and cooling services helped our system perform much better.

Disappointed with the cleanup. Debris was just blown into the corners of the garden. Seemingly no attempt to pick up and remove. We have spent nearly an hour cleaning up debris.
