Unique has cleaned all my Rental units for the last 10 years, the service is very professional and always on the scheduled time.
At times I thought I would have to replace the carpet but they managed to save it and leave it clean as new!

The best thing about this method of cleaning is the carpets and other surfaces are ready to use immediately , no waiting for the carpets to dry which is important for turning around rental units

So I was totally going to give them a good review, they came out, and cleaned the carpet, but the reason I needed them to come out was to see if we could remove a stain. He tried to remove it, and it appeared mostly gone. He said if it came back to call him and he would come back out and try again free of charge. Well, it did come back, just as bad as before and I've left two messages - guy has totally disappeared off the map. Nothing, nada. Can't recommend.

The Doyle’s are friendly, and professional, by far the best experiences I’ve had with carpet cleaning. My carpets were cleaned with cleaner that didn’t leave my floors wet and cut the whole process time down by quite a bit. They were a delight to be around, as they moved from room to room cleaning the heavily set in pet stains and quoted me a price that was beyond reasonable for the amount of work done. I will most definitely be using Doyle’s Dry Carpet as my only carpet cleaning service.
