I am not super into hiring cleaning services - cleaning one's house is personal. I prefer putting in my elbow grease. Life has been hectic lately and I needed some help with cleaning. After pouring into Google reviews, I decided to give Destak cleaning a call based on their reviews and details on their site.

First shout out goes to Raissa. Raissa has been amazing right from answering my text, scheduling time, gathering all the details, setting expectations, customer guidelines etc. Hands down top notch communications from Raissa.

On the day of, the cleaning crew arrived right on time. I explained areas I wanted cleaned separately. Both women worked relentlessly. I am simply blown away with their thoroughness. They asked me to check the kitchen for a thumbs up before final mopping. They did such an amazing job, I am sure I will hire Destak for repeated service. Muito Obrigado.

Freedom Cleaners has the nicest staff who have a strong work ethic and who are the most thorough cleaners I have worked with. The company is easy to work with and sincerely interested in good customer service. They are my preferred cleaning company. I use them several times a year for move out cleans.

Too expensive and lacking in attention to detail. The team was really nice and were good with my dogs. They cleaned bathrooms and most of the kitchen well, but when it came to dusting they missed a lot. I emailed the owner with my positive and negative feedback which contained a list of about 10 items that were missed or not done properly. The response I got back was nice, but there was a long list of things that they just simply do not do. I respect the business decision but as a customer that's not acceptable. If I'm paying somebody to come into my home I expect them to clean everything that I want cleaned (windows outside on the first floor, monitors and TV's, etc). The items that were missed, they gave me a small discount on and offered to come back and reclean them, but at that point it's just awkward. And I had company coming in town and had to just do it myself. So, the cleaners are nice, the owner tried to work with me to resolve some of my concerns, but this service does not fit what I am personally looking for in a cleaning company. Yesterday, I found another company for half the price and I'm happier with the job the new company did.

Highly recommended, professional and thorough cleaning. Evergreen cleaning has met my needs and gone above, along with bi-weekly cleanings my house stays nice year round. Extremely flexible and trustworthy. 10/10
