I hired these guys to do a deep clean on my house. I'm a single parent with 3 teens so I sometimes just cant keep up. I've had a different company do this before, and it was mediocre at best. TwoMaids were super good to work with, and very clear in their competitive pricing and solid communication. They arrived on time and worked fast - very impressive. Nothing they said they would take care of was forgotten, and nothing was swept under the rug! 😜. I'm gonna probs talk with them soon about getting some regular help.

Nick and Jose did a great job deep cleaning our apartment. They followed instructions we had given and were thorough despite our cluttered space. We did find that our apartment door was left unlocked but this was our fault because we forgot to mention how to lock it (it uses access codes). Luckily, we were just a few minutes away by the time they had finished. It's nothing better communication can't fix.

Scheduling and coordinating was extremely easy, thanks to Mina. She was responsive and communicated with us throughout the process, answering any questions I had.

The service price is steep though it's a locally-owned business despite being a franchise.

I couldn't be happier! I used Two Maids - Bellevue for my move-out cleaning, including a deep clean of the kitchen. They cleaned every single corner, including the blinds and window ledges—everything is shiny and spotless! I really appreciate their hard work, sending multiple people, and I felt the price was well worth it. I also appreciated that they listened to my focus areas, especially the kitchen stove and hood. Thank you! I’ll definitely use them again for my next move-out clean.

Booking was easy and straightforward. Communication was prompt. The employee did a thorough and excellent job, loved the results. I will likely continue using them. He did add half a room to the price after seeing the apartment. Also he arrived at the tail end of the 2-hour window, plus a hour and half of steam cleaning, I ended up spending the entire afternoon waiting. I wish there was better communication, maybe a text message saying "employee will be arriving in 15 minutes"?

Excellent experience with this small business. Mikao did an outstanding job from the first phone call to completing the job - answered all my questions, very friendly and courteous, and did not try to sell me on services I did not need. He was also very careful in the house - wearing booties and placing guards around the corners of the hallways to protect them from the equipment. Great pricing and my carpets look fantastic. Highly recommend!

Mikao did a fantastic job cleaning our office carpet, there were some very bad stains to the point where our landlord was already talking about using our security deposit to replace the carpet. Mikao stopped by a few days before actually doing the work and he said he was very confident the carpet would look great.
The day of the cleaning he showed up on time and in a couple of ours the whole office carpet looked like new, looks great and even better; no need to change it.
We are very happy with the results and will certainly recommend and use Mikao's services again in the future!

We had a great experience with Simple Steam. We have been using them for the past couple of years. They do a very thorough job of upholstery and carpet cleaning. We will definitely use them again and strongly recommend their services.

We've used Simple Steam Carpet Cleaning multiple times and in 2 different homes we've lived in. They recently came out and Mikao did a whole-house carpet cleaning for us. Not only are they responsive and professional, Mikao listened to all of my concerns ahead of time and got every spot out from the last couple of years of babies, toddlers, and dogs. Our carpets were left super clean (possibly cleaner than when we had them first installed!) and smelling great. They dried within just a few hours and huge bonus is that it's all non-toxic so we didn't have any worries with our young kids. He completed our entire house in just a few hours, and we were also in a bit of a time crunch so they were so kind in accommodating us on short notice. Highly recommend!!!

The Simple Steam technician was VERY professional. He was able to do what he said he could, and eliminated a terrible “wet-dog” smell from all the carpets in the house. I highly recommend Simple Steam.

Recently had him in for a carpet steam clean for the second time at my restaurant. We had a really busy summer so the floors were in pretty bad shape. He tried his hardest to get the carpets cleaned but he was honest and told me we needed restoration work done. Clearly communicated why and what was different for restoration, and then spent 10 more minutes afterwards to work on some troubled spots.

Really appreciate his attentiveness, punctuality, and professionalism. Will definitely have him back and recommend his services to anyone.

I couldn’t have asked for a quicker response, timely appointment, adjustments to meet my changing schedule, assessment of the problem areas, extra support, even further tips and analysis then I received from Mikao! I’ve had my carpets done a few times by other providers and they were NOT satisfactory. MIKAO IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND, I will be using his services again if/when needed! My carpets look fabulous, the carpet grain/stitch has not been damaged, all pet Oder has been removed, spots gone, carpet looks brand new!!!!! 11/10!!!!! We had a cat and have a 1 year old so the messes were adding up in the home. We called to clean our living room carpet, couches, and Queen mattress. We were able to schedule within a couple days. Quote was straight forward. Our technician was Mikao. He was super professional, friendly, respectful, prompt, and just did an overall great job.
Loved the transparency. Scheduling was easy. Text coordination was great. The service done was well worth it. Best spring cleaning refresher for the home. Prices are reasonable and we are happy with the results.
