I have started to use Simple Steam this last year as the final touch on our new construction homes. Mikao always does a great job and is very thoughtful in protecting the other finishes while cleaning the carpets. Simple Steam has been easy to work with, scheduling is a breeze, and they are competitively priced. I would highly recommend their services.

Mikael always does a great job. I’ve always been happy and today excited. My Pup had so many pee stains. They are all gone. He deodorized, too. I’m hoping this will be good for pup. Mikao is wonderful. He is professional, and does an amazing job of carpet cleaning. Prices are reasonable and the work is excellent. We have used Simple Steam service twice and will use again. I highly recommend it.

Mikao did an amazing job cleaning carpets that smelled awful, as if they had never been cleaned beyond dry vacuuming, with lingering old pet urine odors. I had tried countless odor-removal products and even multiple passes with a Bissell Green Machine, but nothing worked — the smell always came back. Mikao completely eliminated the odor and left the carpets smelling fresh and looking like new. I’m truly impressed and will definitely use his services again.

Just had my carpets and sofa cleaned by Simple Steam, and I’m seriously impressed. Mikao was incredibly professional and friendly from start to finish. He arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and made sure every detail was taken care of. The carpet stains I thought were permanent are completely gone, and our sectional looks and smells fresh again. On top of the excellent service, the pricing was very reasonable—definitely a great value. Simple Steam has added years to the life of our carpet. I’ll absolutely be calling them again and highly recommend Simple Steam to anyone needing carpet or upholstery cleaning!!

I highly recommend Mikao of Simple Steam Carpet Cleaning. First of all, he has a very kind and gracious spirit which made me very comfortable having him in my home. He gave me a fair price for my small condo and finished in a timely manner. The carpets look great!

Our carpets looked great after Mikao's cleaning which was no surprise based on the reviews. I'm most appreciative of his integrity. We had some damage/discoloration on our landing caused by the hose. He made it right. He returned quickly, attempted to address, offered to bring in a contractor when that didn't work (not needed since we're planning on resurfacing) and issued a credit for part of the cleaning fee. Great carpet cleaning and great customer service.

Mikao has been cleaning our carpet for many years now. Our carpet always look brand new afterwards. The carpet always smell fresh and clean as well. He is very careful and very thorough with his cleaning. Mikao always does a great job with communicating time expectations, gives great recommendations to help us maintain our carpet. Recently saw these people for gutter/roof cleaning services. Work was okay but there was a lack of customer service and professional skills. They like to change the price on you and don't always respect customer wishes. Definitely should do a better job at training staff how to talk to customers in my opinion.

I'm so impressed with this company and their team. Scheduling was easy and very informative and they provided the right amount of information about different options available. They weren't pushy at a which I really appreciate. Our technician, Jon, showed up on time and to put it simply, he was wonderful. He was very clear about his plan, kept us updated as he went along, was very detailed and tidy. We had an excess amount of moss on our roof and we were shocked to see what a great job he did cleaning up. The final price was a bit more than the original quote but it was still reasonable. When we booked, they did mention that the final quote will be given when the technician arrives when they can actually see what they were working wit and that was also in the email confirming our appointment. We signed up for the annual roof and gutter cleaning and will likely add window washing to that as well. Thanks again, Jon.

He had an excellent experience with AA Window & Gutter Cleaning. The technician, Travis, was fantastic. He thoroughly explained his observations, the cleaning process, and what to expect afterward. Overall, I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.
