I hired Powerful Sponge for a move out cleaning for my rental. They did a great job with the windows. They were also flexible about my last minute request to do a carpet cleaning. Will work with them again. My tenants already did a great job with the house so I can't comment on the house.

Unfortunately, I sustained an injury
2 weeks ago, that left me pretty disabled.
Since then, I've been unabable and cleaned and kept up with my organization and cleanliness. Glaydston had a cancelation and was happy to get me on the schedule. I was able to get a same day cleaning, which is extremely rare nowadays. The cleaning was thorough, not rushed. Valentina and Pree came in and got straight to work. They were very polite, professional, smiling, and very happy to get the work done.
They did not complain about the workload, and they were able to get all of the nooks and crannies that you don't really think about when you're cleaning your own home. They gave me a quote and stuck to it! They did not try to financially exploit me like other cleaning businesses have done. I'm so glad to go forward with an ongoing service with Powerful Sponge Maid Services. A good thing about them is they were on time before time, and going forward, I will get to work with the same ladies again. Very pleased!

The second and third scheduled cleaning the team that I had begun to get lazy and start a cut corners on the cleaning. Even though they don't have the next location I go through. They're just trying to rush through their last cleaning for the day so that they can go home. I did inform the owner about this, and he said he would change to a new team, but that would have made me wait in additional months before I can get on a new team. I did not want to do that, nor did I want to wait, so I just decided to cancel. Wait then and go with a different company.

The entire team at Powerful Sponge is great. They keep me informed of scheduled cleans and arrival times. I’ve NEVER had them cancel on me once in the 4 years they’ve been cleaning for me. They leave my house sparkling and smelling great. Could not be happier!!

Best service we have had. They are always punctual and are receptive to requests and rescheduling when done on time and are sensitive to our need of no external shoes in the house. Love the clean feeling after always. Also like that they provide a regular team for visits, Ana and Fernanda our team are consistent and great.

We have been using powerful sponge for a while now and are very happy with their work. The ladies are so nice and they do a great job. They also are so sweet with our dogs, and that’s always a plus. We have them come once a month and they are quick and efficient. One issue we’ve had with other cleaners in the past is that they take forever to get the place clean and it can be really disruptive to your day.

Glaydston, the owner, is helpful and accommodating. He came out initially to give us a price and services. He also lets you know what cleaning products they use, which I love.
