We have loved our Powerful Sponge cleaning service for years. The staff is friendly, and consistently very thorough. I think that is the most difficult part to be consistent, but Gladeston’s team works hard every visit.

What was I thinking? At her recommendation I tried my neighbor's cleaning person. Not close to the quality of Powerful Sponge. Thankfully I could rehire Powerful Sponge. This is such a well-tuned operation. The cleaners are so well trained and work FAST. They're in and out in the time frame promised and everything is spotless. Reasonably priced for such high quality work and they use automated SMS notifications when they're on their way and have easy online invoicing. I've used Powerful Sponge for about a year and while it's often different cleaners, the results are incredibly consistent.

Unlike every other service we have hired, Powerful Sponge has been trustworthy, high quality for the price, and REALLY consistent in their wonderful services. These ladies do such a good job. Further, they are in and out in two hours while still cleaning your house BETTER than others who stay 2-3 times longer. Powerful Sponge service, responsiveness and flexibility of schedule can't be beat. Further, professionalism is exceptional; the girls who come couldn’t be more professional and polite. I just love their special little touches (I like, vacuuming the couch and putting bows on the tissue boxes. ), that makes coming home such a joy after a PS cleaning. sometimes our cleaning crew find things I have lost a week or two ago because they moved all the furniture and rugs out rather than just cleaning around them like most services do. Glaydston, PS’ local owner, couldn’t be more responsive and considerate. The value is great for the money, and I would never use another cleaning service in Seattle.

They left my apartment looking and smelling amazing. I did notice they seemed to run out of the green cleaning solution toward the end and had to use water on my granite counters, which I was a little nervous about.
