Casa Limpa has been cleaning our house for well over a year now and I highly recommend their services. They are professional, thorough, quiet, and most of all they put up with our barky dog who does not understand their value to us!

Anderson and Alex are both very professional and scheduling a cleaning is always very straightforward and they are very good with getting me sorted at the earliest times possibles. The quality of every clean is also very high and it’s clear they go in depth and hit the hard to reach spots too. Very receptive to requests as well. Cannot recommend enough!

For many years we have relied on Casa Limpa Cleaning Service to help us clean our Airbnb space and our home. They are very responsive and easy to schedule with, and most importantly, do a wonderful job cleaning. I often ask for special attention to different areas, and they gladly accommodate my requests. Special tasks: They have cleaned my oven, my refrigerator and helped me change lightbulbs and dust hard to reach light fixtures. If we have clean bedding ready for them, the team will make any and all beds beautifully. Their prices are very fair, and their teams work exceptionally hard to make everything sparkle. We are very fortunate to have a company like Casa Limpa who employ staff that truly care.

I have used Casa Limpa Cleaning at three of my properties over the past 3 years. One of them is an Airbnb with tight schedules. They have probably completed close to 100 cleanings for me over these years, and have ALWAYS done a fantastic job. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend them. We have used Casa Limpa’s cleaning services since 2017. They have been fantastic partners in cleaning our elderly family member’s home. They stay on schedule, and have always confirmed the upcoming cleaning in advance. They’ve happily accommodated our requests for different cleaning dates when needed. They have notified us if they notice anything that should be tended to, such as sugar ants, and set the bait in our absence. Rose has consistently done a great job, and we are very happy with their respectful, quality service! I highly recommend Casa Limpa!!

Had a regular clean but with the expectation we need a deep clean before officially starting a regular cleaning schedule. Like most cleaning companies, there’s the usual miscommunication between management and the actual team that comes in. They were not aware that they were expected to deep clean.

We’ve reiterated many times on what we need prior to coming in. Yet we still had to explain what was mentioned once the team got there. Again, whoever I spoke to was nice, and reassuring but face similar issues where expectations are not passed on to the folks actually cleaning

I also think while they’re probably a smaller family business, I’m not sure if everyone’s been trained for professional type cleaning. I’ve had to call out basic things like using bleach on deeper stains in the bathroom. Totally understandable that maybe they needed more time, and I don’t mind some of these issues but it’s clear that the team coming isn’t trained the same way one would expect cleaners for a hotel property to be trained (and if that’s not what you’re expecting this company will be fine for you). Our laundry hamper which is on the ground was placed on the bed before any vaccuuming eventhough i mentioned on the call we have an allergy situation with dust. They started cleaning and dusting and immediately without washing their hands or changing gloves, tried to change the sheets on the bed. Base boards were dusted only upstairs, but missed for the rest of the house. Back of toilet was not cleaned and still dusty. The same rag was used throughout the house to mop the house, although shouldn’t the same rag used to clean the bathroom be swapped out before being used for the rest of the house? When it came to mopping, our dog’s bowl was still in the ground and they did not move it out of the way before spraying the chemicals on the ground. While cleaning, something fell which we heard but they never came forward to notify us. I found it broken the next day and it was unprofessional that it was never mentioned to me. The shower also should have been sprayed with bleach, left for a bit to sit then scrubbed after for a quicker removal but they didn’t know to do that and after a first pass there was still dust at the door and pink stains remained.

I’d say, if you want your house cleaned and you’re not picky, it’s probably fine. But if you have high standards on what it means to be actually clean.. I wouldn’t recommend this company. They’re nice and amenable to feedback which is why I’m giving 2 stars, but just not professional enough because i shouldn’t have to be calling out basic expectations when it comes to cleaning.

Casa Limpia did an amazing deep clean on my house. Everything was spotless, from the baseboards to the light fixtures. I love the extra mile they go with little touches like sealing the toilet paper. They also do regular biweekly cleanings and work very efficiently. They’re great with my dog and communication is easy. Thank you to the whole Casa Limpia team!!
