Urban Clean did a great job cleaning my roof, skylights, and gutters. While they are a little more pricey than the company I used previously, the quality of the cleaning was a huge step up. Communication and scheduling was pleasant and efficient too.

I am always nervous about investing in a new service provider because eight times out of ten, I get burned and have an unsatisfactory or horrible experience. The last roof and gutter cleaning company I used never cleaned up their mess and left our house's white siding dirty, along with a few other disappointments and a lack of communication.

In contrast, Bradon from Urban Clean could not be more respectful, professional, and informative. Along with gutter cleaning and moss removal, he would soft wash the exterior of our house. Before he began to soft wash, he informed me that he could see that the paint was going to peel off, and I needed a painter to come out and touch up our house before he cleaned the exterior with the pressure washer. I don't get that kind of thoughtful experience from other companies.

I highly recommend Urban Clean, and I've already referred them to others.

Brandon and his crew did a great job cleaning our gutters and dryer vent. They were responsive, pinctual and thorough. A bird had attempted to build a nest in our dryer vent and they were ale to clean out all the twigs. Once they were dont, Bryan sent us before and after pictures of our gutters so that we could confirm there were no issues.

I hired them for moss removal on roof top. Their price was the best. I also hired them for pressure washing. There was miscommunication and they missed a part and said would come back another day to get it done. Gutter cleaning was great and they also cleaned my dryer vent👍🏻. We first hired Brandon In October 2021 for holiday lights installation. He was reliable, on-time, reasonable and flexible to install the lights we had bought unlike the other companies that expect you to buy and install their lights.

We again hired him in January 2022 for the light removal and also cleaning our gutters.

We have a pretty steep and high metal roof (about 32' at gable top), and I've used Brandon and the team for roof and gutter cleaning since we moved in 2020. Their prices are very reasonable and the guys work hard. They clean up pretty well too at the end of the job and we have a lot of trees around shedding quite a bit of debris. Hasn't been the easiest to get on their schedule with ongoing pandemic issues and demand for their work, but it's worth the wait. I like the fact that it's a small local company vs having random people showing up every time you need the roof and gutters cleaned.

I am very impressed. I called and got estimates from several other places but Sarah and Brandon from Urban Clean were the most professional and honest.

I've had my fair share of feeling like I was taken advantage of or being ripped off or conned from various contractors and companies so it was nice to be able to speak to one that was actually helpful and honest. It really felt like I was chatting with a friend rather than a pushy door to door salesman.

Brandon is knowledgeable and took the time to explain things and was very respectful of what I did and did not want done. He was careful and even applied extra moss killer powder on the areas that had more moss.
