Brandon and crew are always super great. They are skillful and knowledgeable and take extra care when working on your property. I have been using them now for a few years to clean gutters and windows and they always do a great job for a fair price. It's awesome knowing I can with confidence continue to use their services for years to come. They have made me a loyal customer.

Brandon is detailed oriented and happy to talk through whatever work needs to be done. He did an initial gutter cleaning and then came back, at my request, every single week from late September through early November to clean off my roof and keep the gutters clear of leaves from my 50+ year old maple tree. I’ve hired him again for this year and feel grateful to have found his business.

We hired Brandon upon recommendation from coworkers to remove moss from our roof. He did an excellent job at not only removing the moss, but clean up and prevention! We liked his services so much brought him back out for gutter and dryer vent cleaning the next year.

We were trying to find a roof cleaning service for a while and checked across several services in the area. Brandon and Urban clean had recently done similar tasks in my neighborhood and we decided to try based on the good feedback he received from my neighbors. Brandon and his team arrived on time and did a fabulous job. Brandon helped me out on routine roof maintenance questions that I had and also inspected if there were any repairs required. Fantastic job by wilma and her team, she works with me for 5 years already. She always left the apartment spotless and also helped with extra asks such as cleaning the oven and refrigerator. She always on time, very efficient and friendly people too. I’m very satisfied with her job.

The team has been cleaning our house every other week for over a year. They do a really great job.

They pay attention to the details, they don't complain about the legos (we have 3 kids) or how it always takes us 10 minutes to fully get out of the way, they make the beds and fold the towels nicely. They wipe everything down and mop and vacuum. They leave our backdoor windows without handprints. They take the trash and recycling out and wipe down the outside of the kitchen cabinets and trash. Honestly, it's really a good clean, and they're very efficient.

What I've appreciated the most is the easy communication, being timely and easy to coordinate with. There's no drama. They don't need oversight. They're understanding when the occasional scheduling conflict comes up for us.

Day to day, they're always friendly and smiling and trustworthy. We've met a few of their team over the 1.5 years, and really everyone is kind and good. It's never awkward if we need to be around the house or out of their way. They really do a good job and roll up their sleeves, and leave us with a fresh home every time.

As a working mom, it gives me a lot of peace of mind to have Landa Cleaning Services come clean our home. I don't have to spend the weekends mopping or cleaning bathrooms. And they simply have much more patience to do a good, professional job. I get to spend more precious time with the kids. Or sleeping. It's a no-brainer for me. Give them a call!

Actually, my mom who lives across the country first hired them for me when I had a knee injury and a newborn (yikes, not my favorite time period). We kept them on ever since because it was so easy. I'll say this was maybe the sweetest gift to get when I was going through a difficult time. I wish more people would gift this service to new moms!! Seriously!

These people cleaned our house four times. The first two times the work was acceptable, and the last two it was simply awful. Here are the problems we had in this short time frame:
1. No references provided on request, as Wilma said that she couldn't give out people's numbers without permission. Fine. Then she provided our number to a new customer without notice or permission, and he called us with a request for references.
2. Last two times, the floors were not washed, doors were left open that we requested to keep closed due to dogs (leading to destruction of shoes and other items), and other services that we had agreed to and paid for were not performed.
3. The first day they were supposed to clean for us, they were THREE HOURS late. After waiting for an hour, we called them and Wilma said that all times are approximate. And then we waited for two more hours for them to show up.
4. The teams that were sent to clean our house were different every time, hence instructions about the dogs we owned had to be provided anew each time. Of course, this was pointless, as the people Wilma sent RARELY SPOKE *ANY* ENGLISH.
5. Out of 4 times, Wilma came to clean only once. The only constant in the cleaning team was Wilma's elderly and frail mother, who came every single time.
6. When we fired her, Wilma gave us attitude and stated that she knew she wouldn't be able to work with us right away, which was exactly the same unpleasant and haughty attitude she showed throughout our brief working relationship.

In sum, while not very expensive, the services Wilma and her team provide are unpleasant, unprofessional and inadequate to meet even the lowest of expectations.

Very highly recommend Wilma and her crew! They are detail oriented and efficient! My house feels so. Clean after they’ve been here. I am very picky about having any one else besides me clean my house but they do a beautiful job. Hire them!
