Really neat service! Lesly and Eloina did an amazing job cleaning our entire home and making it fresh and new in a couple hours. There are both visual and tangible differences and I truly appreciate their efforts.
The only issue I had was with scheduling - the cleaning team showed up half an hour earlier than the scheduled time, and they also had it written in their job board that they should start at that time. So it is clearly communication between the manager and me, and not the team's fault in arriving early. We had to shift our plans around to make sure the team can start without having to wait for us, so we really would like a clearer communication of scheduling in the future if possible.

I hired them for a one-time deep clean before my in-laws visited. From the initial quote to the final walkthrough, the service was professional and transparent. The team was efficient and respectful of my home. When they left, the whole house smelled incredibly fresh and clean, and I had the confidence to host without any stress. The look on my mother-in-law's face was priceless. I will definitely be using them again.

What sets Power Full Sponge apart is their incredible eye for detail. They moved my small appliances to clean behind them, wiped down the tops of the door frames, and even made the chrome faucets shine like mirrors. The team was efficient, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. My home hasn't felt this clean since we moved in. I’ve already scheduled them for a recurring service.

Mental health relief: It was amazing to see the thoroughness and systematic work of the two person team from Powerful Sponge. They were efficient and fast to get baseboards and door panels, an extended duster through the kitchen can lights, mopping and vacuuming edges and corners like they were fluent poets in the language of cleaning. Dealing with so many medical issues and mental health issues in the house, their work offered us much needed relief from our regular life challenges. So grateful and already looking forward to having them back.
