My house smells sooo clean! Due to barking dogs, I had to be in the same room as the team was working and was surprised at the vigor and energy that the team put into their work! I totally love that Manoella sings her way through the work. Years ago, I had a housecleaning service before i moved on to different, creative work but I never forgot the standards I held myself to. Smart Cleaning does a good job. And, importantly to me, the employees seem to be happy. So this feels like a well run business.

I love Smart Cleaning! They do a meticulous job, plus do the little things to leave my home looking nicer. I feel like they clean as if it were their own home - so carefully. Wilker is wonderful to work with if anything comes up.

I called Wilker on Thursday to check if Smart Cleaning Service accepts card payments because I wanted to book an appointment for Friday. Wilker was extremely courteous and explained the payment process clearly (they send an invoice via House Call Pro). I scheduled my appointment for 3 PM since their morning slots were already booked.

Later that evening, Wilker gave me a call to confirm the appointment and ask about my home—what type of floors I have, the number of rooms, etc.—so he could bring the right supplies. This extra step of preparation already made me feel confident in their service.

The team arrived promptly at 3 PM on Friday, a courteous and professional group of three, including Wilker and two super sweet women. They started upstairs and worked their way downstairs, keeping me updated along the way. Wilker even showed me their progress, which was so reassuring. You can tell he genuinely cares about his business and customers.

They didn’t cut corners, even moving heavy furniture to clean underneath instead of just doing the bare minimum. By the time they finished at 7 PM, my house smelled amazing! As someone with allergies, I could immediately tell the difference in the dust-free environment.

The bathrooms were sparkling—sinks and tubs bright white. The floors were thoroughly dusted, mopped, and vacuumed with their professional equipment. They even tackled the rugs, which my dogs sometimes have accidents on, and somehow managed to remove the lingering odors. The windows and sliding doors were crystal clear, and their attention to detail really showed.

The extra touches were incredible—folding towels, making the beds, and rearranging the couch cushions beautifully.

Thank you so much, Wilker and the Smart Cleaning Service team, for going above and beyond, especially on a Friday when I know you all have families waiting at home. You didn’t rush, even as it got late, and prioritized customer satisfaction. I truly appreciate your hard work and look forward to using your services again and recommending you to others.
