Waste baskets in the master weren’t emptied. And overall doesn’t feel like there was deep cleaning: bedroom wall has visible layer of dust.

I’m updating this review because even though the avice review was retrained, I was still asked to take it down by the business owners. One star because instead of asking me for what went wrong and fixing the situation, I got a long list of why everything was right. Btw they are also over priced, you’re better off using someone else. Never using this service again.

I confirmed with Gabriela my cleaning service, when the time came around she did not arrive on time. I called & she advised me she had “alarm issues” in the morning but would arrive at 1pm. It was 2pm & she still did not show up. Very unprofessional. I cancelled my service request.
