Mariana/Potter Cleaning is my third and last cleaning service this year. She and her team does great work, doesn't cut corners, puts things back where they belong, puts clean sheets on the beds and is very conscientious. Always on time. Fairly priced.

I hired the company for deep cleaning. They did such a great job. Tough stains on bathroom are gone. Mariana was friendly, and incredibly response. In addition, her pricing was fair and reasonable. Now I’m using Potter service at my house biweekly. I recommend this company to anyone looking for deep cleaning and regular cleaning.

I’ve used Mariana now for a couple of years. As a mom of three and a dog mom of three I like that Mariana is accommodating to the schedule around our house with the kids AND very good with my dogs. She does a great job with the house and even changes out our bedsheets. She will add in other things like fridge or oven cleanings which is nice. She takes Venmo which is so helpful and good at commuting timing or changes.

I hired Potter Cleaning for a move-out clean of a two-bedroom apartment. Despite some rescheduling challenges, I'm still giving five stars because Mariana and team did terrific job in a short amount of time. They were much more thorough than I would have been if I had cleaned it myself!

I have been a customer for over a year. Marianna has proven to be trustworthy and thorough in her work. She is also communicative and flexible when scheduling adjustments need to be made. She always has a helper so she is efficient but they do a great job. I don’t expect her to organize our clutter (which I try to keep off the floor) but when she has extra time she will organize some areas too, which is always a welcome bonus. Her cleaners also did a fantastic job with the initial deep clean.

She always asks for feedback which I appreciate and nothing is better than coming home to a clean house! I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. Before starting, we had an in-person estimate where the size of the house and the scope of work were thoroughly discussed, including a walk-through. We agreed on a price for the full house cleaning. The cleaner Mariana came and worked for 1.5 hours, then asked to leave, saying she would return the next day as she had miscalculated the time and it was too late for her to continue.
When I checked the work, it was clear that what we agreed upon was not completed. When I raised my concerns, she then expressed concerns about the size of the house which had already been clearly communicated and agreed upon during the in-person estimate.
Despite the prior agreement, the work was not completed as promised. The cleaner did not fulfill the scope of work we had discussed, leaving me feeling misled and frustrated while knowing this was a time sensitive project for my home. I expected professionalism and adherence to the agreement, especially since the estimate was done in person and there should have been no surprises. This experience was far from what I expected, and I cannot recommend this service based on how this was handled.Unfortunately there is not an option for negative stars

I will be using this company for all future move outs on my rental property. They were prompt, easy to schedule, friendly, and hardly had to wait even a week to get the clean done. The first clean was not satisfactory. As promised they sent a team back out the next day and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend. Price is right too, I called about 7 companies for quotes.

I switched from Maid Pro to Rain City Maids just about two months ago and I couldn't be happier. When I first reached out for a quote Rachel responded quickly with a super friendly email and phone call. She was not pushy at all, but was super descriptive about everything they offer and do as a cleaning company. I told her about my past experiences and why I was leaving the other company and she really seemed to care and take note. They were able to get me on the schedule that week and I have looked forward to each clean since then.

They also offer a user friendly application/website so If I ever need to change the date of my cleaning or if I want to have them do a deeper cleaning of something all I have to do is log-in and change it or add it. Super simple. My twice-monthly cleans since day 1 have been close to perfect and I am so glad I switched.
