Unfortunately I did not receive the services I paid for. I booked a 4 hr cleaning and the housekeeper was supposed to arrive at 10am. They called at that time to say they were running a little late. They arrived after 11am. I left her with a list of duties and all of the cleaning supplies. I returned after some errands about 2 hrs and 45 min later to find that she was gone. Nothing on the list was done except for a sloppy job of vacuuming. Do NOT waste your money. Even after I sent an email along with pics to management, I was told that I could only get a refund of $29 and not $119(what I paid) because "she did clean for 3 hrs." She did not clean for 3 hrs and my 12 year old could have done a better job.

Wonderful experience with this company today. The technicians cleaned our dryer vent, inspected the wood stove, and completed chimney cleaning services efficiently. Their water damage restoration services and mold remediation helped make our home healthier than before Highly recommended this company.

I highly recommend this company for air duct and dryer vent services. The workers arrived on time, completed a detailed Dryer Vent Inspection, and cleaned years of dust from the vents. Their central air conditioning repair service was reliable, and their heating and cooling services helped our system perform much better.

Disappointed with the cleanup. Debris was just blown into the corners of the garden. Seemingly no attempt to pick up and remove. We have spent nearly an hour cleaning up debris.

Robby is really an upstanding owner of Ladder Heroes. I first had some pressure washing done by a very bad technician, poor pressure washing and knocked over furniture and decor. I shared my dissatisfaction to the company and Robby came out and took one look at it and agreed that it was unacceptable and decided that he would re-do the job for absolutely no charge. You just don't find businesses that are willing to make good on their promise of a good job and this company is a rare exception. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!

Robby and his team did a wonderful job - they did windows inside and out, gutter cleaning, pressure washed back deck, front porch, stamped concrete sidewalks and concrete driveway. He was thorough, courteous and helpful. I highly recommend! 5 stars!!

Unexpected 5-star rating!! Roof cleaning with treatment and concrete pressure washing done well. However, as the last Friday appointment of the day, felt 'clean-up' was rushed and not finalized. After sending a note with some frustration, company bent over backwards to 'make it right'. Extremely impressed with the customer service as a result, and would highly recommend Ladder Heroes to one and all.

Ladder Heroes apparently no longer stands behind their work. Definitely don't pay for moss removal, because they'll say they treated it, just for you to see four months later, your roof is greener than it was before their moss "treatment". Oh sure, they'll come back out and retreat it they say, just pay for another roof cleaning and moss treatment. Keep looking if you don't just want to throw your money away on that. The roof was otherwise cleaned and the gutters were somewhat clean(aside from that big chunk of moss I guess they thought I wanted to keep on them).

I use Ladder Heroes for all of my 80+ units that I'm a property manager for and they do great work every single time, their office staff and technicians are all wonderful!

I have a PVC roof with solar panels. Others wanted to only do the roof. Ladder Heroes did both. Arrived on time. Did a fantastic job. Looking forward to seeing them biannually instead of doing the job myself.

Ladder Heroes was able to provide an accurate quote after giving them my address and was a great value. They arrived when promised and did a great job clearing my gutters, cleaning the roof, and cleaning up debris that had fallen on the ground. Highly recommend!
