Mario and his crew were wonderful to work with. They were on time, polite, efficient and communicated throughout the process about timing and what to expect. If we ever need another tree removed, we will definitely call Mario.

I had 4 bids on this project and Mario was prompt, considerate, flexible and affordable. He and his team were amazing to watch work and took down our (wet and mossy) double-trunked 100' giant maple (and cedar in foreground, but the maple was the beast) with ease. The tree had a fungal infection and had to be removed per an arborist. Mario and team were respectful of our property, polite, and cleaned up nicely.

Above and beyond expectations, especially after the visits I'd got from some of the more "established" places that drove up with inflated trucks, prices, and egos. Highly recommend Better View Tree Service--thanks, Mario!

Mario and his crew were very professional and personable. Everything he promised was delivered and then some (ground the stumps really deep and they even split some of the wood). I feel like we really lucked out with him, honestly. It couldn’t have gone smoother.

I wanted my forest of laurel removed and I had the best experience ever! Mario and his crew are the best! They came in, took care of business. Had that forest gone lickety split! They also helped my 80 year old mother at another location and she was glowing with praise for them. That’s not a common occurrence for her. If you’re looking for tree service, do yourself a favor and get mario to do it. You’ll be thankful you did! I forgot to get good before pics but i got half of a before and a couple during pics and a couple after pics.

I had a great experience with Better View Tree Service. To start off, Mario picked up the phone when I called to request an estimate. I believe that he came either the next day or 2 and emailed a written estimate that night. His pricing was the same as the other companies but he included stump grinding. They came early to the site and worked very hard. I inspected the job they did and they ground the stumps to ground level and re-distributed the mulch (as required by my HOA). My driveway, the street was left in a very clean condition.

I had a fantastic experience with this tree company! The team was incredibly skilled, fast, and efficient, and they left the area spotless. The pricing was also very reasonable. The only downside was that they were not always on time for our appointments, but their excellent service definitely deserves a five-star rating!

Saul and his team is great! They helped me removed 3 big trees that too close to house, and pruning 5 trees. Job was perfectly done, not only removing the tree safe and clean, also protected all the sprinkles for irrigation system.

A few days later we realized the main pipe of irrigation system was entangled with the root of removed tree and broken during the removal process. Saul responded quickly, came back on site, dig out the broken pipe and replace with new ones.

We had a big Madrone tree fall from another property into ours and rest on one of our trees. Very concerning situation with imminent damage and danger to people. Sky answered on the 2nd ring (on a Sunday), had someone out there within 30 minutes to assess the job, then a full crew within an hour of that. We were in awe of their safety measures, communication and coordination with each other. It was a dangerous job with a high probability of unintentional damage to our property, or harm to people/passersby, but they finished with neither! Very impressive ... great teamwork, and a real testament to their knowledge and professionalism.

We are extremely happy with the service Saul and his team provided. We had a very large Douglas Fir right next to our house (close to deck, house and fence). Saul's crew was very careful and did an amazing job cutting down the tree, stacking the rounds and cleaning up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them for any tree service needed.

I’ve had tree services from Saul and his team twice this year, and I couldn’t be more impressed! In the spring, they did an excellent job pruning, and during a storm, they went above and beyond by removing fallen trees and leaving the area spotless. The entire team was professional, efficient, and worked seamlessly to get the job done quickly and neatly. I highly recommend Saul and his team for any tree services—truly a reliable and hardworking group!

If you don’t care about your property and just want to get cut trees quickly, they maybe ok.

Pros:
The owner Saul had quick response for the estimate and very helpful.
The work itself was very quick, just got cut trees in a half day with decent price.
Cons:
His workers didn’t respect property, left lots of mess behind.
They left lots of branches hiding under pile of sawdust and their trash includes beer cans and water bottle caps. Drinking and smoking while working…
The flowers and vegetable garden bed were stamped and destroyed by their heavy equipment, feet and gas can.
They moved around our bricks, planters pots, chairs but didn’t move back to where they were originally.

Conclusions
Disappointed.
Finish cutting trees in a half day was good but it would have been better IF they spend a few more hours to complete clean up and taken care to the property with respect.

Wight's Deck and Design did an excellent job of replacing our old deck with a beautiful new one with premium TimberTech decking including lighting, railing and a super solid decking framing structure that easily conforms to all local code requirements. The highly experienced construction crew showed up exactly on time as scheduled and worked diligently through out the entire construction process. They were also very helpful in choosing design features such as railing and lighting.
When using PVC decking of any brand it is especially important to use a builder who has all the critical tools and lots of experience to get the job done correctly. Many of the general contractors who do not specialize in decks don't have the level of experience or tools necessary especially for PVC decking for doing the best job possible and yet may cost you more at the same time.
You will be very pleased if you choose Wight's Deck & Design for your next deck or similar project.
