Reviews of local pros in Kirkland, Washington

I've Hired Mike and his crew four times and they always do a stellar job on all things trees and hedges. Big jobs that require the right know how, rigging, and staff to get it done. They are profession, focus on safety, and he has all the right equipment to get the job done fast and effectively. .

This last week they removed a tree on a tricky slope and pruned some massive laurel hedges for us and it turned out great.

Thanks Mike!

Saved the Tree and my House - Thank You!!

I'm so grateful that I called Hitman Tree service. On a recent dark and stormy evening, I arrived home to hear my 75 foot evergreen tree making loud cracking noises when the wind gusted. One of the main trunks was cracking down the middle and aiming at my house. I frantically called tree services and was told that Mike would be there as quick as possible. With winds of 50 mph and the tree actively cracking, Mike suited up in his hardhat and tree climbing gear and headed up to put a strap around the tree to keep it from cracking further. Not only did he bravely do something I never would have, he saved the tree and house. Although he would have made more money by taking the tree out, he proposed bolting the cracking trunk together saving us significant money. His teams experience and integrity will make me return to Hitman Tree Service whenever I need tree work. Great job and thanks guys!

The Hitman Tree service was doing tree removal for a neighbor on a small dead-end street where my mother-in-law lives. They blocked the street multiple times over several days. When they were asked to move some of their vehicles they refused. They should not have been on both sides of a narrow dead-end street nor should they block access to an octogenarian's home. They were rude to my wife and daughter and their lack of planning led to my MIL being late to one of her multiple medical appointments. I do not recommend using them if you value your neighbors.

Two trees in my yard with more than 35 inch diameter have been removed by Hitman. They are well experienced. Their quote is very competitive.

I would highly recommend Hitman Tree. Mike and his crew did a great job for our tree removal.

- Very reasonable price (the best I got after quoting multiple companies),
- Professional and friendly crew
- Tree removal job well done
- Cleaned up the worksite thoroughly afterward

These guys are super. If you want a tree removed make sure you get a bid from the Hitman. Just go to the website, take some pictures of the tree, and you will save some money. I had a large Birch "30 inch stump" removed without a problem. They even cleaned up the neighbor's yard. Half the price quoted from two other local companies. Great job, fair prices, nice people, get a quote.

Exceptional service with affordable price. I quoted multiple companies and Mike's quote was very reasonable and detailed. Also, he could manage to give me quote over the email using measurement and photos. This not only save everyone time but also provides great convenience. After I agree to hire him, he managed to schedule it next week. I'm super happy about that. Plus, he arrived earlier than scheduled time and finish the job quickly with his wonderful crew. Very satisfied.

Mike and his team are amazing. They dropped my tree and left me small rounds and totally cleaned up my backyard and blew all the leaves away. They are amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs tree work done.

We have Mike and his crew come to cut 16 trees, these trees are hugh and some even reach 160 ft tall. he is top professional in his industry, also he is most integrity person I have ever seen.
There was a huge tree close to house, Mike was so confidence and did the amazing job by himself. His crew corporate extremely well, cutting and chipping are done at same time, total 4 days worth of work, his crew complete and clean up nicely.
Highly recommend Mike and his company. Trust worthy, no more shopping around.

Had a great experience using Hitman Tree. Mike was super quick getting me a bid for the work we needed done, it was surprisingly inexpensive, and they got the job done in only a couple hours! Would highly recommend Hitman if you need any tree work done. Fast, efficient, great value, and nice people.

Working with Hitman Tree was great! From the beginning, they were easy to communicate with, providing a detailed estimate and promptly scheduling the work. Their efficiency, professionalism, and focus on safety during the removal of multiple trees was impressive. The team's friendly demeanor and helpful advice made the experience even better. I highly recommend Hitman Tree for their outstanding service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Hitman Tree did an excellent job taking down a dead tree in my yard. Easy estimate process. Communication was clear, budget was good and they stuck to the schedule. They also made sure to leave the wood in easy chunks for removal. I highly recommend Mike and his team.

Wow, glad I found these guys. The online bid process was much easier than I expected and Mike's bid was significantly lower than the rest of the bids we got to remove 7 overgrown junipers. The crew was on time and completed the job much faster and more efficiently than I anticipated (which was nice because lots of our neighbors work from home). The crew did a great job of clean up and after the job Mike even walked around our property for a little consult on the rest of our trees...he said all were in great shape and no further work was needed (could have tried to up-sell me on unnecessary services). He even called me after the job, said he made an incorrect assumption on our bid and LOWERED the invoice, saving us even more! That's about as honest as you can get. Looking forward to recommending these guys to our friends and neighbors and will certainly use them again. Thanks Hitman!

I work as a project coordinator for a Property Management Company and we have been using Hitman Tree Services. We have used them at several properties that need tree removal. I recommend calling them for service and they are very knowledgeable at their craft. Looking forward to working with this company more in the near future.

Mike and his team removed three large team fir trees from our property. Two of them were close to our house, which made it an even more difficult job. Mike went above and beyond to do a good job. His crew was fantastic as well. Glad to recommend Hitman Tree!

Our tree was stuck in another tree and hanging over our house. It was a tricky and unusual situation. I interviewed a number of companies and Hitman seemed the most competent and accommodating. It was a difficult job but they did it correctly. They also had good value and service help. Definitely recommend them.

Do yourself a favor and just hire these guys! Had Mike and his crew out for a complicated job involving the removal of a tree along our fence line. The bidding process was smooth and the price was excellent. They got me on the schedule quickly and were here the following week.

The day of the job the crew showed up on time and everyone was super friendly to not only me but also to our neighbors. They were extremely professional and got the job done correctly. When they wrapped up they cleaned up the site super well. It seriously looked better than before. I had them do work for us 10 years ago and then just today. Both times they were top notch.

We got quotes from 5 or 6 other tree removal companies and Hitman's quote was just too good to be true, yet was true! Used their online form to input our tree information and got a quote right away. Clarified with Mike over the phone on what we wanted done to make sure the quote was correct. Just to be extra sure that he wasn't going to bait us with an estimate then switch to make it a few thousand dollars more, Mike was in the area so we had him stop by to put eyes on our project, and indeed it was an unbeatable quote!
Along with the amazing price, he has jokes and a joyful attitude.
His crew enjoy what they do and we can tell that they have fun being up in the trees working for Mike.
Trying to understand how they do their job at such a great price, learned that they don't have a lot of overhead costs, he has been in the field for so long he knows how to make every aspect as efficient as possible (keeping costs low), they do have older equipment--old doesn't mean doesn't work, means gets the job done at a cheaper price! They also have a fun-to-watch zip-line technique to safely and efficiently bring down large branches as an option vs. cranes. We will definitely be calling Hitman/Mike for any of our future tree removal/clean-up needs!

Thank you Mike and Hitman crew!

Praising Hitman Tree here. We had a Douglas Fir right next to our house, leaning precariously towards it that was a major safety hazard. I have been trying to get it removed for several years, and each aroborist that came out said for some reason it was too hard of a job and wouldn't do it. I was about to give up, and gravely accept that during the next big windstorm the tree just might fall on the house (right by our bedroom of course), when a neighbor suggested I call Hitman. I called Hitman, and an hour later Chris came out, took a quick look at it, and said they could do it no problem. Literally the next day the crew showed up, looked at the tree and said, no problem at all. It was down and bucked up in a few hours as my wife and I breathed sighs of relief. The crew was an awesome group of guys who worked hard and were totally professional. My wife loved them, and she's understandably cautious about people coming to the house to do work when she's home alone. Can't say enough good about Hitman. My final statement to them here is thank you. You guys very well might have saved us from serious home damage, if not serious injury or death, from a leaning hazard tree that nobody else would touch. THANK YOU!

Ken came out and gave me an affordable price. Very professional crew. Highly recommend!

Ken and his team did an awesome job cleaning up and wind sailing my two 100ft+ fir trees.
