Pacific R&R did an amazing job removing moldy drywall and cleaning out the mold from the wall. James was great to talk to during the estimate and he provided all details to my satisfaction. Their pricing was reasonable and they were able to schedule me in pretty quickly. The floor was even cleaner when they left! Detailed report included photos. Highly recommend.

Pacific remediation did an excellent job at rebuilding and remodeling our home after a house fire, that’s part of my kitchen on their home page. Steffen came immediately to get my home secured.
He was supportive and was very creative to help with design ideas. My home turned out beautiful, updated and modern. Some of the sub contractors were not reliable. Steffen was not able to control reliability of the subs and it often seemed like his staff may be having issue. It took 10 months to complete the interior. My cupboard paint is not holding up at all lots of chipping. I requested my warranty information for cupboards etc. when they came to get the last check. I was assured they would be sent.
I did not receive them. I’m happy that they were able to do a nice job on the repairs.

We had a hot water pipe burst in our crawl space and the plumber who found and repaired the leak recommended Pacific Remediation to assess the damage. We are so grateful they did! Their incredible remediation team did the extensive work to remove flooring, dry wall etc and dry out the damage. They were professional, friendly and committed to doing the job right. Then came the restoration part. We were lucky enough to work with Tyler. He is a true craftsman. We knew we were in good hands as we watched him methodically take on all parts of the repair. His work is of the highest quality and he never rushed if something needed special attention. He was friendly, thorough and did beautiful work!! We would highly recommend Pacific Remediation. We had an excellent experience working with Pacific Remediation and Restoration. Steffen and James (co-owners) and Ashley (project manager), along with their skilled team, provided top-notch service. I am impressed with the quality of their work, following a storm where a tree came through our roof and required water remediation and restoration of our house. Tree removal, water mitigation, new insulation, roof, walls, ceiling, paint, and flooring. Everything was handled by PR&R and their subcontractors.

I'll never forget the initial day I called PR&R (in a panic) and Steffen picked up. My intention was to talk to a few contractors and compare but there was no need. Steffen's calm confidence immediately put me at ease and I knew we were in good hands. My intuition served me well. He headed over and got straight to work on protecting our property from further damage, with the help of James's remediation team. What a great first impression! From there, he always took the the time to chat, explain details and ensure the success of the project. I have immense respect for him and the way he does business.

Working with Ashley, our project manager, was a dream. Her easy going yet confident demeanor, feel-good energy, and sense of humor made the experience enjoyable. She regularly stopped by to check on progress and walk us through what was to come next. Together, we admired Tyler's meticulous repair work. then left my apartment a construcion site. They told me the process would be 4 hours, then turned into days/weeks. If I knew my apartment would turn into this I would have never started this process until after holidays. No communication whatsoever.

We used Pacific to remediate a leak in our bathroom and to do the whole remodel. Would totally recommend. These guys are the best contractors I have ever worked with and we are so happy with the finished result. Although I’m glad to have a beautiful bathroom, I’m sad to finish working with them.

James and his team are excellent. My wife and I just bought a house and our master shower drain was completely disconnected. This dumped water into our kitchen ceiling and walls. The first company that came to look at my water damage in my kitchen took one look and said the whole thing had to be gutted. So I called Pacific Remediation and Restoration at the request of my agent.

James came out, started assessing the water damage, asking me questions, and explaining how the whole process works and why they need to use certain tools, etc. Very informative! He also let me know that a salvaging of the kitchen was possible, but that he'd try everything he could first to dry it all out with minimum damage. Well that's exactly what happened, Pacific Remediation was able to get it all cleaned up in a timely and professional manner, with only dry wall tear out and some cosmetic damage to the kitchen. Super honest company, fantastic quote. My suggestion: don't waste your time with any other water damage repair shop.

My house was burned down 2 years ago, and I have been working with Pacific in the last two years remotely to rebuild my house in Bellevue. They pay attention to details and extremely professional. Superb. Pacific Remediation really saved my basement. I originally had another company do a mold remediation and they didn't complete the job after they didn't pass the test. I called James and Hanley and within a week, they were at my place cleaning up the mess and doing a stellar job. Passed mold inspection with flying colors. Not only were they friendly, they were fast, efficient and really stand by their work.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a water damage situation. After they started drying everything for a week, I find out their plumber left an unattached water line in the garage, so we had MORE water damage! If you like attention to detail and don't like pushy, aggressive people please avoid.

When our rental home burnt down a few years ago, it was one of the worst things that happened to us. The garage was completely burnt down and the main house sustained substantial smoke and fire damage. Needless to say, we needed to do a substantial clean up and restoration to the property. I checked and interviewed about a dozen contractors and Steffen and Pacific Restoration and remediation stood out. Their communication was excellent, the price was fair and the team easy to work with. They were set up with the latest contractor portal so selection of parts, fixtures and equipment and approvals were easy. Their project manager Ashley was outstanding and efficient. Steffen was amazing to work with. His attention to detail was great and he personally was very involved with the design and gave numerous suggestions to improve the layout. His team was adept with helping with the insurance reviews, sub-contractor selection, city and county permit filings, inspections and overview. The only cons were that a few of the sub-contractors turned out to be unprofessional but Steffen was quick to remedy the situation and replace them. The project also took longer than expected because it was in unincorporated King county with a different permitting process and a few other unexpected issues which are to be expected in a large construction project. Post construction, the inspection went smoothly and had surprisingly few issues to address. The home was so beautiful once it was complete, that there was a bidding war to rent it. A year later, we had a few issues cropping up like an AC system malfunction and a leaking sink. Steffens team responded promptly and fixed them. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company for their reliable and professional work ethic. Over the past few years, Steffen has become more of a friend to our family and we are very grateful we got the chance to work with him and his team.

David and his team at Kirkland SERVPRO are a TOP NOTCH, professional crew. From their Office Staff to their Field Technicians, they know what it takes to give EXCELLENT customer service.
By walking me through the cleaning and containment process for my water leak, I knew what to expect and for how long.
They took great care of my personal belongings, (including my PUPPY!) and handled everything in my house as if it were their own. SERVPRO genuinely cared about my situation and helped ease the anxieties of having my house (and life for the time being) extremely disrupted.

Kirk and team @ Servpro were outstanding from the moment we reached out. We had a water leak in our bathroom that had gone under the tiles and we needed someone to evaluate the damage. Ashley did an amazing job talking us through what to expect and when the team came out to evaluate they were very thorough and straightforward in what needed to happen. We ended up having to wait a little while to get the job going but they kept us in their queue and when we were ready they were out right away and did the job quickly. We needed to have dryers and de-humidifiers left at our home for 3-5 days after the bathroom was gutted. Some companies would have taken that opportunity to squeeze as much out of us as they could but Servpro let us know after 48 hours that they were no longer needed. Overall the job came in on time and well below the estimate. We would recommend them to anyone that needs water remediation services!

Our upstairs water heater totally crashed - flooding all three floors of our house at 3am. I couldn't reach our insurance company (Nationwide - was not on our side throughout the next 12 months!), our insurance agent, and finally left a message w/Servpro of Kirkland. Other than the 911 response team (who let us know this was a water main issue), the next friendly and comforting voice I heard was that of Ashley Fry at Servpro. Her team was out there not much later and they began the water mitigation process immediately. Servpro Kirkland was the BEST! The whole team!! They were the only part of the whole year-long process that kept me sane. I cannot recommend Servpro Kirkland enough. And Ashley was a jewel to work with. Other than 911, Servpro should be your first call. This was no small project and Servpro hung in there with us all the way.

One caveat, if you do go with Servpro, whatever you do, don't go w/Kustom as the renovation crew. They were a disaster almost every step of the way. Unfortunately, they are on the Servpro recommended list of renovation providers. We should have known when it was spelled Custom w/a "K."

Maureen was very prompt and professional with her services. She effectively communicated next steps and time lines. She was thorough and detailed in her work and has a strong grasp of the technical aspects of her work.

Servpro helped with our water mitigation after a pipe leak in our crawlspace. Ashley walked us through the process of filing a claim through homeowners insurance and made sure that everything was covered through our insurance. She responded to us quickly, day or night, and answered all of our questions and gave great advice. Dave Parr came out to inspect the work after it was done and took the time to point out and answer questions about what to look for as homeowners. The work was completed in a timely manner and they also packed and moved back our things during our floor restoration work. Highly recommend ServPro!

Last week we hired Zack from Servpro of kirkland to repair water damage to our kitchen hardwood floor and downstair ceiling. we are super happy with the work they did. People from Zack's crew are very professional. They communicated with us very clearly for what works need to be done and duration of the work. They respect our property. We are especially happy with the quote of this job. Because we got quotes from other companies, their prices are a lot more than Servpro's price. The price is even better when job is done because Zack came to check the work progress on Saturday. The floor and celling are all dried already, so they took out the equipment earlier than the date they quote for us. The short duration of drying time saves us money. Overall they are very honest people. -jenny
